Muy buena ubicacion, nos recibio Filippo, quien muy amablemente nos mostro el alojamiento y nos dio recomendaciones de q lugares visitar y como llegar. Habitacion comoda e impecable.

El alojamiento no cuenta con ascensor algo que deberia estar bien especificado ya que habia que subir 2 pisos por escalera sin ayuda del personal con el equipaje. El edificio esta bastante deteriorado y descuidado, la habitacion estaba refaccionada pero su ducha era tan pequeña que no es comodo bañarse. No repusieron jabon, ni elementos de aseo como shampoo que era sumamente escaso apenas un sobrecito de 7ml, no reponen toallas. El lugar de desayuno esta algo distante del alojamiento y muy reducido las opciones que ofrecen.

Hotel is located right in the centre, staff is quite helpful, spacious room.

I understand that it is historical building, there is no elevator. But the guy at the reception helped with suitcases. Cleaner ladies helped to lift the bags down with special elevator)

I liked the roof terrace views and didn’t expect to have a small private area to myself with a hammock so that was a bonus! The room was very comfortable and peaceful which is just what I needed on this trip . AC was great too.

The stairs with heavy suitcase on arrival! To be fair the property manager offered to take it up for me but I managed myself - you pack it you carry it - so only myself to blame !

El acceso tenía muy feo olor por los techos de basura que nadie limpió durante nuestra estadía. Y el estacionamiento queda lejos.

The host was very friendly and clear on how to check in. Great communication and help on what to do and where to eat. The room had a vaulted ceiling, comfy bed and a small but efficient bathroom. The rooftop was a sun trap and a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down.

The room was next to the cleaner's cupboard and just off the main reception room so it was quite noisy. The fridge in the room made odd noises too so I didn't sleep particularly well.

La posizione della struttura in Lecce è straordinaria! La cittò (una meravigtlia) a portata di mano! Veramente un'ottima soluzione non solo per visitare Lecce, ma anche per muoversi in Salento con i mezzi pubblici!

Tremendous hospitality with extremely detailed guidence before they gave us the keys. The AC was quiet. Everything was great. 10/10 for me.

Posizione veramente strategica. Ad pochi passo dal centro in un minuto i si può arrivare all'anfiteatro romano e credo in 5 minuti non ti di fino al Duomo. Nel tragitto si possono ammirare anche altre chiese . Camera molto spaziosa e pulita con climatizzatore indispensabile costo che abbiamo alloggiato a fine luglio . Sofia molto gentile e premurosa nei consigli per orientarci a Lecce. Colazione appena fuori le mura in una deliziosa pasticceria..

Direi niente a parte la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio fuori dalle mura. Alla fine abbiamo optato per un parcheggio multipiano li vicino.

The location is nice. The building is an old palazo so this is also very authentic and nice. The room is big and the bathroom very small. The area is super close to everything. The host gave us a map and great recommandations for food.

You need to schedule your arrival time. We discussed several times with the arrival hour and when we arrived in an unbearable heat even though we notified we still waited. Shower too small. No information about the breakfast.... even though we had breakfast included. No information about if we can leave our lugages in the area in case we have a very late flight. We asked and received the answer when it was time for check out...

Great location in the center. Staff were very friendly and greeted us with lots of advice on the area and places to see and eat. Our room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and cool in this heat. Loved the roof terrace to have an aperitif at sunset. Just perfect!

A really nice B&B in a historical 17th century building. Our host Francesco was ready to help with anything we needed, and he also gave great insights on the Lecce city center. Excellent place.

Un séjour parfait dans ce superbe B&B. Situé au coeur de la vieille ville mais dans une rue très calme. Magnifique chambre, très spacieuse et très propre. Vue incroyable depuis le rooftop. Personnel sympathique et très bonne communication.

La gentillesse de notre hôte et ses conseils pour visiter la ville. Sa disponibilité à notre arrivée. La literie est super confortable et la chambre était nickel. Frais en été.

Le seul petit défaut pour des personnes âgées ou de grosses valises , il n y a pas d ascenseur.

Beautiful room in a wonderful historical building in Centro Storico Lecce - this was the perfect place to stay for our time in Lecce - we only wished we could stay longer. The host Filippo was excellent - he gave us the sort of recommendations you can only really get from a local, so were able to try the local Lecchese specialities and make sure to visit restaurants that were all quite good. Plus there is an excellent view of the city from the rooftop terrace.

Había una bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza que había que pagar aparte si lo ibas a usar (queda muy cutre) y una llave para poder tener las luces encendidas. Si uno sale con las llaves el otro se queda a oscuras…

Totul a fost minunat. Filippo a fost de un real ajutor, ne-a prezentat o harta a orasului, ne-a dat sfaturi despre locurile unde sa ne plimbam si restaurantele lui preferate :) Despre camera doar de bine, foarte curata, foarte cocheta, patul foarte moale si comfortabil, baia spatioasa. Vederea de la balcon spre o straduta linistita din centru, foarte frumoasa si ea. Terasa minunata, am prins un apus superb, un loc bun de relaxare spre seara, cand se mai domoleste caldura. Noi am stat 2 nopti, a doua zi doamnele de la curatenie ne-au intrebat cand am iesit la micul dejun daca dorim sa ne faca curatenie (nu a fost nevoie, dar am apreciat intentia- foarte dragute si zambitoare si dansele). Preturile la minibar foarte decente, 1 euro o apa, cam ca la majoritatea restaurantelor. Per total chiar ne-am simtit foarte bine si vom reveni cu drag, cand ne vom intoarce in Lecce. Grazie, Filippo!

Nu avem nimic de adaugat, totul a fost minunat.

Véritable palais rénové. Nous étions dans la suite San Matteo aux amples dimensions. Très au calme, bien que situé dans le centre historique de Lecce. Alberto a su prendre le temps pour nous distiller ses précieux conseils. A recommander sans réserve!

Es war sehr laut teilweise da die Wände sehr hellhörig sind und der Lärm von der Straße uns das schlafen erschwert hat

Situation géographique, la grandeur de la chambre, la proximité des rues animées, des transports, la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil, la propreté, le calme.

Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et la première soirée, vers 22 heures, des personne parlaient très forts pendant assez longtemps. L'idéal serait que la porte de la chambre rez-de-chaussée soit doublée afin de ne pas entendre le bruit. Nous avions cela dans un Riad au Maroc et c'était très efficace.

It was perfect, Alberto is very nice, welcoming, he gave us very good adresses to go lunch, dinner, breakfast, activities etc. The palazzo is beautiful and wow, the jacuzzi terrasse is insane. The experience is worth it. Best location in town. In the middle of everything. Lecce is magic !

La localización excelente, la decoración estupenda y la amabilidad del personal inmejorable. Nos aportarón muy buena información y muy práctica y nos dieron consejos excelentes sobre restaurantes y sitios donde disfrutar de la ciudad.

Ha ido todo muy bien pero hay pequeñas cosas a mejorar: - El desayuno, el primer día faltaba algo salado y luego la oferta era escasa comparada con otros sitios. - Dada la política de generar menos residuos aconsejaría colocar dispensadores de jabón en la ducha así se evitan envases pequeños. - En el momento de hacer el check-out dejamos la maletas en un salón al que tiene acceso mucha gente, seria buena idea disponer de una sala un poco más recogida. Por el resto genial

Idéalement placé dans la vieille ville, La chambre est top, rénovée avec goût dans un vieux palais historique, l’équipement est nickel, l’accueil est bien rodé avec de nombreux conseils et explications. Le petit déjeuné est correct (bon pour 1 boisson et 2 pâtisseries dans une boulangerie de renom à 3min de l’hôtel)

Très bel immeuble et emplacement idéal. Bon accueil et conseils pour la visite de Lecce appréciables. Chambre confortable, spacieuse et propre. Possibilité d'utiliser, moyennant payement (5€ de l'heure/personne), un jaccuzi sur le toit du bâtiment.

Salle de bain très petite, douche étroite. Beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder à la chambre, difficile avec les bagages.

Siamo appena tornati e siamo pienamente soddisfatti della camera molto bella e confortevole dell'occoglienza del proprietario che ci ha dato delle informazioni risultate molto utili, della cura per la pulizia degli ambienti e anche della posizione centrale. Consigliatissimo! ci torneremo e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici.

We stayed in Centro Storico B&B for 4 nights in mid april. Filippo checked us in and was an excellent host. The check in was smooth and Filippo's recommendations for the area were excellent. The team had clearly put in a lot of care and attention as they had developed their own map of things to do/see and places to visit and eat at! We checked in quite late but Filippo took the time to take us through all of the details and even ran us through their excellent map. An added bonus was the rooftop. Excellent views of the Duomo tower and over Lecce. (Open 24/7 for a breakfast coffee or an evening wine). The location was excellent. While we found Lecce a very walkable city; the B&B is perfectly located in the centre of the old town. There was a mini bar provided in the room with a selection of local wines, water, bottles of beer at very reasonable prices. All in all a fantastic stay! Would 10/10 recommend

Our stay at Centro Storico B&B was exactly as advertised—and more. Alberto, the lovely host, welcomed us warmly upon arrival, immediately making us feel at home. The rooms are uniquely decorated and impeccably clean, with thoughtful amenities like a minibar, fridge, and hair dryer. Housekeeping was impressively consistent, with the room refreshed daily like clockwork. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace—an inviting space where we happily spent hours relaxing. The location couldn’t be better. Wandering the surrounding streets felt like uncovering hidden treasures at every turn. The atmosphere of the B&B is lively, warm, and truly special—an ideal place to wake up and start your day in Lecce. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the old part of the city and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. The room was charming, as was the host, Fillipo, who provided a lot of useful information about the city. No The room was very clean and very quiet.

I liked everything, but potential guests who find stairs difficult should know the B&B is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

L'accueil les conseils et la gentillesse

L’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse, on prend son temps pour vous donner de bonnes adresses et faire en sorte que vous vous sentiez bien. L’emplacement est idéal, on laisse sa voiture à quelques centaines de mètres et on se déplace à pied afin de profiter des magnifiques petites rues du centre. Le confort +++ (literie, calme, fraîcheur…). Tout est au top!

Tem que agendar o horário da chegada. O responsável não estava presente quando chegamos, mesmo tendo avisado, mas aguardamos só 15 minutos. O prédio é bastante antigo e dividido com outros estabelecimentos. A troca das toalhas só é feita a cada 2 dias. Não é possível chegar de carro na porta da acomodação, tivemos que transportar as malas por diversas ruas à pé. Agua do chuveiro quase não esquentava e o tempo estava bem frio, o que deixava o banho bem desconfortável. Além disso a água vazava pelo banheiro deixando tudo molhado.

The location was ideal, convenient to everything I needed to get to. I was especially impressed that, as a result of unexpected difficulties getting to Lecce, and also finding my way late at night from the train station to the B & B, Alberto stayed up past midnight to wait for and welcome me.

I am 6 foot three inches tall and the entrance from the street was half that height—designed at a time when people were smaller. It was an interesting experience getting in and out every day—more entertaining than annoying, however, and should not be seen as a fault against the property, but rather as an enhancement of the experience of being in the location.

Lovely Palazzo in the historical center. Alberto was very helpful and nice. The room was well set up and very beautiful in its architecture and details. Nice bathroom. Very lovely rooftop terrace. Must be amazing in the summer.

The stairs up to the mezzanine and that area might be made more welcoming. But that’s only because the rest was so lovely.

Beautiful historic palazzo in a great location. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Filippo greeted us, explained all about the building, the town, and possible side trips, making us feel comfortable immediately. Having a hot kettle and Nescafe in the room helped get me going in the morning!

The hot water wasn't functioning the first day, and we notified them about it. Second day and third days a little better, but inconsistent. I hesitate to say anything, since everyone was so nice, but when one has been traveling for nearly two months, the beckon of a nice room and hot shower is strong. We could also hear our "neighbors" in the room next door, which wasn't a big deal to us, but might be to others.
