KALA RiverGate Apartments Near Ben Thanh

Boendet valde att inte höra av sig till oss på under hela veckan vi bokat utan väntade två timmar efter vi ringt, skrivit och stått utanför byggnaden i flera timmar efter incheckning att dem var fullbokade.

They messaged me to say they had no availability and they would cancel but didnt then charged me and now are refusing to refund me!!!

I was shifted to a different property on the day of checking in. It was 6 minutes away from this one and not in the best condition.

clean room and great location

Das Appartement hat nicht dem entsprochen, was wir auf den Bildern gesehen haben. Es war völlig verdreckt (überall Haare und Flecken auf dem Boden, in der Waschmaschine waren noch die feuchten Handtücher der Vorgänger ungewaschen, tote Insekten auf dem Boden). Als ob das nicht genug wäre, war in einem Schlafzimmer hinter der Tür Schimmel und die Wand war durch den Wasserschaden ganz uneben. Die Tapeten waren angerissen und mit Klebeband fixiert. Die Klimaanlage im Kinderzimmer war ebenfalls verschimmelt. Die Fenster waren mit Klebeband „gesichert“ und die Balkontür ließ sich nicht verriegeln- auf dem Balkon waren Barhocker und wir sind mit Kindern angereist. Wie gefährlich das sein kann, brauch ich nicht zu erwähnen… Die Bäder waren im desolaten Zustand (Klobürste lag einfach so ohne Behälter neben der Kloschüssel, schimmelige Fugen). Es war alles sehr unhygienisch. Hinzu kommt, dass der Pool plötzlich auch nicht mehr benutzbar war. Wir haben dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass wir keine weiteren Nächte in diesem schimmeligen Appartement bleiben möchten und haben unser Geld für die letzten zwei Nächte zurück verlangt. Wir haben uns leider nicht einigen können, da er nicht bereit war uns den vollen Betrag zu erstatten. Er hat auf seine Provision bestanden und uns auch über booking.com keine Auszahlung gewährleistet. Zum Glück ist der Kundenservice bei booking.com so zuvorkommend, dass wir am Ende doch unser Geld erhalten haben. Dieser Vermieter und diese Unterkunft sollten auf keinen Fall gebucht werden, wenn Ihnen Sicherheit und Sauberkeit wichtig sind!!! Für uns der absolute Horror!

Excellent location, clean apartment in a secure building. I'm glad I booked this property because it was definitely worth it. Very convenient and close to all the major attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. The check-in and communication was super easy too. The apartment had all the amenities to make my stay memorable. Full kitchen, fridge, washer, fast WiFi, cozy beds, two full bathrooms,nice leather sofa and Smart TV.

The apartment is very clean. The location is very convenient to go to the center and there are many shops on the ground floor.

I really liked that is has cooking facilities and a washing machine. The area felt very safe. The bed, pillows and couch were all very comfortable. There are 3 supermarkets at the bottom of the building and two restaurants.

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable, and came with a washing machine and a hot room that dried the clothes overnight. The was also washing powder available which was fab. The view was spectacular. We loved the rooftop pool, which was open until 9pm.

The apartment having washing machine, hair dryer and iron was very handy. The host was very helpful and accommodating with early check in and later check out. Nice coffee shop, 7 Eleven both open till late and pool opened till 9. Comfy (firm) bed made us finally sleep well after having too soft mattress in the previous hotel. We were on 11th floor so had a lovely view as well.

The room itself is on the smaller end, but the high ceilings made it feel quite spacious. Loved the standing shower and the washroom fixtures were all high quality.

Well located, near and walking distance to many tourist spots
