The lighting is good with all the windows here, however it is facing a river which with factory oils. No further access card is required for the electricity usage, quite good for this.

1. the place is dirty, can see the stains all around the dining table (with mole), the bathroom glass, the bottle of the hand wash (with mole), etc. 2. The owner mentioned of there is a water heater but need time to reheat the water (maybe 10mins). But in fact there is NO HOT OR EVEN WARM WATER (Confirm less than 25 degree I guarantee you! It’s a super no! 3. The beddings are all in white, but there is a red stain on it. Very disgusting. 4. There is a room with trundle single bed, but the blanket is not even fold and put properly, like they just throw it inside the cupboard and that’s it, really doubt on whether the cleaner really did the job? 5. The washing machine, broom, hanger are all outside the house (something like a balcony, but only for aircond’s motor). The whole area is not being cleaned, with black moles on the floor and even inside the rubber of washing machine, drives me crazy! 6. The facilities of the said place (the pool & the gym) is not usable, the pool is super white (with substance inside the water), the gym facilities like those gym room in 1990s, no renewal all all and some of it even broken. Don’t be so attracted by the name.

The staff was responsive via text as well as very informative and provided videos on how to reach to the accomodation as well how to utilise the facilities provided in the accommodation. It was a five minutes drive from Imago Mall and the closest 7-eleven was a 2minutes drive. Accomodation itself was clean and tidy, well equipped kitchenette just enough for a group of 3 pax. Bathrooms are clean and both bathrooms have water heaters. Major bonus was the game console / emulator provided where you can play old games! Perfect for those who are nostalgic gamers and a great way to wind down after a full day of exploring Kota Kinabalu city and WiFi is great!

Sofa could be a little bigger, as it doesn't fit 3 persons and especially when 2 out 3 persons are rather tall and well built 😂

Affordable. Comfortable with sufficient entertainment. Value for money if you do alot of exploration and eating outside.

1. Theres no head on the bidets 2. The bidet in the masterbedroom toilet is not in a good condition, showing sign of leak on the hose. 3. Maybe it was my fault, but i didnt know booking.com have airbnb, and i booked this room under the assumption it is under hotel management. This is more on a neutral. 4. Look at the main entrance door's locking mechanism. It was loose, and the door dont shut fully when let go. Please check the door hinge or the shutter. 5. Toilet dont have any glass door or some sort of separation between showering area and bowl area. No heater on the 2nd toilet. 6. There are 3 of us, why the utensils are specifically for 2 people? Including the type of cups and glasses. I was about to comment why no basics of water or instant drinks but found out this is airbnb instead of hotel, again this more on neutral side.

My family really likes it! There are thousands of games available. That's amazing and everything is good! They even provide first aid kits 🥹🥹 and torchlight (eventhough cannot work).

The lights in the toilet are slightly dark, suggesting to change to a brighter one.

The town view is very beautiful

The sink is clogged. The air conditioner is not cold enough. It should be replaced for the comfort of the tenant.

As a returning guest, I believe providing a rice cooker for families like mine would be very helpful. I've stayed here twice, and everything has been perfect.

I like the whole stay. It was excellent! The cleanliness, amenities provided and the entertaintment! The staffs were also very helpful in providing us the relevant information to smooth out our check in and check out process.
