We had a really lovely and comfortable staycation here! ❤️ The room was spacious, clean, and cosy, and the location was nice and convenient. Everything was just right for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Just a little feedback for improvement, some of the facilities are a bit outdated, and the ironing board could probably use a replacement. 😊 With a few upgrades, the place could be even better! Thank you for the hospitality. We’d be happy to come back again! 🥰✨

Het contact met de host was goed. Instructies voor self check-in helder en toen we aangaven dat de badkamer stonk, kwam er direct iemand om het schoon te maken.

Het appartement ziet er echter niet uit zoals op de foto’s, het is oud, raam zit met ducttape vast, verf bladdert het en der af. Er is zeer beperkt servies, pan aanwezig. De matrassen met veren erin liggen door, waardoor het niet comfortabel ligt. De lokatie in KK ook minder handig. Voor één nachtje prima.

The room is very clean and has everything that was mentioned. That includes a microwave, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, dishes, fridge, kettle, washing machine, etc. There's some space to hang clothes but it's not big and detergent is also available. The bathroom has a floor water scraper, so you can use it on wet floors and won't have to worry about the next person slipping while taking a shower or using the toilet. The customer service replied quickly. Self-check-in/out. This apartment has other room types that are hotel-style, so someone will be there downstairs to help you out - no need to worry about not being able to find the mailbox.

I think the only downside is that the bathroom is a bit dark when taking a shower - maybe could add some lights in that area later. The kitchen gets pretty hot because the AC doesn't reach there, so maybe should consider adding a small fan.

It was difficult to open the Locker containing cards. I didn't know how to use the fittnessgym, pool and any other facilities. This booked room was a part of SKY hotel. If you book SKY hotel, SKY hotel staffs explain such services.

The room was in 14th floor (13A), and we got a great view of the area and sunset. Easy access from the parking lot to lift too.

The deposit needed one working day to refund, so if you check out on Sunday, you'll get your money back on Monday afternoon.

The location and the unit we are staying is very cosy and comfortable.

We would opt to stay here again at the end of the year, except that the queen bed is a killer for my back, there is no support on this mattress at all. The curtains are in pieces, so we didn’t really want our friends over for coffee. The apartment furnishing didn’t quite look like the photo.

The night city view which looked outside from the room is so so great and spectaculars. Cleanliness is good, location is good.

no wifi provided, host does not give me any password or note regarding to the wifi. Luckily tv can access to wifi to let the kids to watch youtube. No hairdryer provided, a bit disappointed.

Apartment is very spacious, good for big groups of friends and can easily call a grab. Communication with host was very clear, the apartment complex is comfortable, basic and we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights.

I liked that the apartment as it was on top of a hotel and there were facilities like shops, restaurants and banks close by.

The apartment was moldy and parts of it needed renovation. The apartment we got wasn't the one sold to us on booking.com as the owner had more than one in the same location. The pictures didn't match. Part of the curtains were torn and towels looked very old and had holes in them. If we paid that much, I thought we should have had a nicer apartment( the one advertised) and tidy products(towels and curtains). Holes in the flooring wasn't a great sight either. I also tried to open the window in the lounge for a bit of fresh air and realised I couldn't as it was bolted with a nail.

sehr zentral gelegen mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht im oberen Stockwerk. Auf der gleich Etage liegt auch der Pool. Wir haben von hier aus viel zu Fuss unternommen. Mit einem Grab kommt man aber auch schnell und günstig überall hin. Die nahegelegene Mall Imago war die beste von KK. Man erreicht sie fussläufig. Wir waren häufiger dort auch zum einkaufen der Lebensmittel. Im Keller der Mall befindet sich ein toller Supermarkt, aber auch gute Restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay and we are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Everything looks perfect in our eyes. The unit is cosy, comfortable and very well maintained. Sky Apartment will definitely be our first choice whenever we visit KK again. We have truly “jatuh cinta” with unit 13A03A 🩷 It really feels like our second home. The only small thing we would like to highlight is that the water pressure is slightly low, but it does not affect our overall experience and it certainly won’t stop us from coming back. Parking? No worries here — we didn’t even think about it. Thank you for the excellent service and the clear instructions. Everything was smooth and easy. 💯👏

Het appartement was ruim en schoon, met goede bedden. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar fijn om even af te koelen na een warme dag.

Het ontbijt in het hotel is nogal beperkt, veel dingen waren al een uur voor het einde al op en werden niet aangevuld.

The toilet was flooded whenever we took a shower. The owner only provides a wiper for us to wipe off the water on the floor.

Apartamento grande.

Digamos que las fotos están muy retocadas. Se ofertan como un apartamento casi de lujo pero no. El baño es bastante justo, la taza del wc esta rota. 1 rollo de papel del wc para 4 noches y dos personas… Te cobran por limpieza pero no la diaria (que no existe) si no por la de cuando te vas. Están dentro de un hotel.

Staff were helpful and responsive.

The aircon leaked, they tried to fix it but was still leaking. Still working but made the floor wet.

Provide kitchen appliances, very good and clean fridge. The apartment also has very good condition furniture and clean area suitable who will need to bring babies. The host also helpful and cooperative. We are lucky to have the higher level as we can see a beautiful view of the city. The price are match with our stay!

A bit confusing of the area maybe because it has been a long time since we went to Sabah and the car entrance and exit to the apartment are limited, difficult to wait at the lobby as car will block the entrance of other cars.

They were super prompt with responses to questions and sent someone almost immediately to sort out a small issue in the bathroom.

Swimming pool is a bit dangerous. All of us slipped and fell despite being very careful.

Dirty, scuff marks around the apartment, loud neighbours, pictures did not show the actual quality of the property, kitchen could use with extra bits to support cooking. Unconfirmed additional fees the day before check in.
