Eletrical socket on the wall is out of the wall and very dangerous, wastewater of laundry machine comes out in the bathroom, bathroom sink loose water, sofa bed is broken, living room light flicker and only 3 of 7 light bull is working, the slays of additional bed are half broken, cutting board, other stoves, oven, frozen and the kitchen are very dirty, food in the pantry is expired.

The location is really good and the host is really nice! He was VERY helpful and nice when we needed help, and messages were replied really fast. Cozy apartment with everything you'd need.

It could have been a bit cleaner. It gave the vibe that it had been cleaned but only superficially.

El sofá y la cama supletoria rotos y el dueño no ha querido saber nada, ni siquiera ha respondido a mis wasap, no pudimos quedarnos en el alojamiento, imposible dormir allí. Un desastre absoluto vamos.

1/2 width shower curtain; room curtains were hung with fragile clips (and, therefore, tend to be removed from clips); a bedroom can be visible by neighbours unless curtains are closed

Gute Lage, groß genug und eine Waschmaschine

Es war einfach nicht sauber genug, ich habe alles geputzt 🙈 das Apartment ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt mal ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit.

Good location near a tram stop. Nearby supermarket which was well stocked. Nice to have a balcony - a real sun trap. Good communication with hosts. Fold out bed, good quality and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen.

The mattress topper makes the bed a bit too soft. A few light bulbs need replacing and curtains would look better if properly hung. These are minor issues and did not affect our stay.

An excellent location. Walking distance to centre of town (15min) and lots of bus and tram options within two mins walking from the apartment. 15m walk to the beach for swimming/strolling/restaurants, lots of parks nearby and such an interesting area. Ten out of ten for location. Lovely, minimalist, clean mid century building with lift. Double doors kept sound to a minimum and having a balcony was wonderful. We were up high (4th for) so able to leave to door open during the hot nights. Crisp clean bed sheets. Shower and bathroom is a bit kooky in layout but all works very well. Kitchen/Living area works well space wise.

Where the place was clean it was immaculate. We did let the owner know about some areas in the kitchen that needed attending to. (Adding an update here to say disappointingly, we had no response whatsoever to a private message we sent to the host about the state of the kitchen. (We let them know in good faith in case they were not aware and given the state of the cooker and white goods, would have expected an acknowledgement.) The bedroom has a large double bed with mattress and topper. This is a bed for people who like very soft beds. Not for us, so we took the topper into the main room and had plenty of room for a more solid comfortable sleep. We didn't mind but maybe not for everyone. The rest of it made up for a small inconvenience The sofa is quite comfy for reading. A huge TV screen. Small detail but would be excellent if it was programmed for the option of English subtitles as well as other languages. We were keen to watch Finnish TV rather than log onto our own Netflix, though that is an option. Overall we were very happy because it was a relatively good price for the area.

Room in the bedroom was fine, and the location was good.

The owner stopped replying via WhatsApp when we told them the Internet doesn't work, and we were required to top it up. I messaged someone via booking.com and they said they would stop by the next day to change the sim for the Internet but no show. The sofa bed cannot be classed as a room as it is not fit for purpose. The sofa has a massive dip making it impossible to sleep on. Also the curtains are so thin it is far too light go get any sleep. We had to find somewhere else to stay after an unsuccessful night. Apartment was also a bit dusty in places.

Disposition

The location is really good, walking distance to everywhere. The house is cozy and well equipped for a couple days exploring the city. Lauri is an amazing host and really flexibly and communicative in finding solutions. Thank you!

Excellent location. Spacious. Flow/layout of the apartment was good. The owner was able to answer my questions easily and in a timely fashion. It was an overall positive exper3.

There was construction going on to the fascade of the building.

Good accommodation, very clean and comfortable.

Dishwasher in bathroom. Shower water flooded floor to toilet then ran back into shower. Shower curtain only 3/4 the size it needs to be.

Barbara s place is great! Perfect location easy to access. Barbara is very accommodating kind and professional. Absolutely recommend!
