Suihku on huono, koska käsisuihkua ei ole. Wc-tila on koko ajan märkä ja kostea, kun suihkussa käy.

Proximité avec centre ville

La chambre totalement vieillot, avec immense clim, j'ai été gelée la première nuit, frisette au mur, sombre..pas de ménage faite pendant mes 3 nuitée!trop cher pour ce que c'est !

The facility is easy to reach and the staff instructions for the check in were clear. The neighborhood is calm and the position is quite convenient being close to the central railway station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The structure seemed a bit unkempt, but the room was actually fine.

With fridge and microwave, convenient

La ubicación

Para ser agosto estábamos a 11 grados y no podíamos encender la calefacción porque la tenían desconectada a nivel central. Llamamos al servicio 24h y la única solución q nos dieron es acceso a la habitación de la ropa de cama donde solo pudimos coger dos sábanas para abrigarnos por la noche. Lo mínimo q espero de un hotel es poder regular la temperatura de mi habitación a mi gusto y no congelarme. No volvería.

The location was ok. The beds were comfortable. The size of the room was good for 2 people.

The confirmation email sent links to check in that didn’t work. I emailed the hotel early in the morning to request direct emails of check in links. They did not respond at all. I tried to call the customer service number provided on the email. They did not pick up. I contacted Booking.com who also couldn’t get in contact with them. They say that there is a free phone at the property for assistance but it is inside the front door and you need to check in to open the door with a code. I waited until someone came out to get in and call the hotel staff on the phone that is provided inside the main building door. The staff member’s English was very poor. She sent me a new link which also did not work. I had to call back 3 times to more to check in after the system said my name had been removed from the booking! We were not the only ones having difficulties. There were 3 other groups in the entrance with us trying to gain access. Once we finally got to our room it was filthy. Mould covered the grout in the shower on the floor and wall, and the bedroom floor did not seem to have been vacuumed or mopped as there was dust and the previous occupant’s scraps on the floor near the bed.

Easy Check In. Clean and comfortable beds.

Air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep. It was not possible to turn it of or change the temperature, by design it seems. After calling the hotline, they didn't want to hear it. No help at all, only saying that noise perception is differently per person and in every room it's the same air conditioning, so changing the room was not even considered. It sounded somewhat similar like a heater not vented or like a toilet that is running constantly. Clearly broken in my opinion, and really loud. Laying in my bed my phone measured 57 dB constantly. This was a very frustrating and long night for 97 euros.

The location was close to Kamppi and the central railway station.

There could have been more space around the bed but other than this everything was fine and the check in was smooth.

Small, cramped room for 2 people, difficult to even fit our traveling backpacks (not luggage, just large backpacks). Room was very warm, no fans. A bit shabby and run down. No staff/reception

Como no hay recepción, no puedes dejar las habitaciones ni antes de que te den la habitación (a las 4) ni después de dejarla (a las 12). Tuvimos que pagar extra para poder dejar las maletas. La comunicación por teléfono en inglés deja mucho que desear. Fue complicado entendernos con una mujer (y mi marido es irlandés). La cama supletoria es muy incómoda y la funda del sofá/cama supletoria estaba llena de manchas. Trae gorro de ducha porque no es ducha de teléfono.

Simple, basic, spacious room.

1. The room was not very quiet. I could hear most corridor activity. At some point early in the morning, someone knocked on my door and tried to get in. 2. There’s only one lights switch in the house. You have to get out of bed to turn the lights off. The bathroom has a motion sensor, not a lights switch. 3. No assistance is provided. There’s no staff. There’s a line (which you have to pay to call) if you have any questions.

La stanza non era molto pulita, c’era un odore stantio e c’era pure un pannello staccato dal muro. Il bagno era molto piccolo.

Hotel w całości samoobsługowy, kod wysyłany wcześniej przez obiekt, zameldowanie za pomocą internetowego formularza - bezproblemowo. Położenie przy samej ulicy, blisko centrum, około 15 minut spaceru od dworca głównego, wokół sklepy, restauracje itp. Winda działa na kod do pokoju. W pokoju czysto - mikrofalówka, lodówka, zestaw do kawy i herbaty, w łazience podstawowe kosmetyki, dobry strumień gorącej wody. Łóżko duże i wygodne. W pokoju cicho.

Winda nie zawsze reagowała na podany kod, wejście do hotelu mało widoczne i mało zabezpieczone. Przy wejściu bardzo ciasno - od razu windy i korytarz na schody.

Assolutamente negativo il sistema di comunicazione on line del numero stanza che è anche codice di apertura porte di camera, ascensore ecc. Mancanza totale di info o pannelli che spiegavano come fare, nessun contatto ne reception. Se non avessimo incontrato alcuni ospiti che ci hanno spiegato come fare non saremmo riusciti ad accedere. Negativo.

Fiquei neste hotel na primeira e na última noite da minha viagem à Finlândia. Boa localização, dá para ir a pé ao centro e à estação, supermercado mesmo em frente, quarto individual confortável e prático, zona de refeições com micro-ondas e mini-frigorífico, opção de late check-out disponível (2h=10 euros) boa relação preço-qualidade para a Finlândia.

Alguma dificuldade na primeira estadia com o código de entrada num hotel sem receção. Telefone de apoio sem resposta. Não há louça nem talheres (mas ia prevenida). Alguns problemas no processo de check-in que me levou a instalar a app e depois correu bem.

Fiquei neste hotel na primeira e na última noite da minha viagem à Finlândia. La ubicación, muy cerca de todo

La limpieza de la. Habitación era mejorable. El. Cuarto de baño olía siempre mal, era como un cubículo situado en el centro de la habitacion que parecía haber sido una oficina de reo de un bloque de oficinas viejo.

Sisään/uloskirjautumisen helppous. Hyvä sijainti, helppo löytää. Tilava yhden hengen huone. Samassa rakennuksessa kotipizzza, kauppa vastapäätä.

Televisio meni pimeäksi yhtäkkiä, lähti toimimaan, kun virtajohdon käytti irti pistokkeesta.

Value for money just perfect!

Wasn’t clean in the bathroom. On the first evening the room was very cold. It was impossible to take a shower. The air conditioner blew cold air from the ceiling. But there is no any thermostat. While the heaters were cold and it was also impossible to turn them on. I contacted support with this issue, they promised to fix something. But the next night nothing changed either and it was very cold the same

O fato de ser self-checkin é bem legal! Te mandam um código algumas horas antes e esse código é sua chave de entrada no prédio e no quarto. A localização é perfeita, tanto para os pontos turísticos quanto para trem, metrô, ônibus, balsas... Muito comercio próximo.

O banheiro é pequeno, um pouco desconfortável para o banho já que não tem box, apenas cortina, molha o chão todo. Ficamos no início e no fim da nossa viagem e na segunda estadia o quarto que pegamos tinha um pouco de sujeira no chão.

Siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi majoituspaikasta.

Jotenkin en pitänyt siitä, kun piti kirjautua koodilla ja siinä ulko oven vieressä parveili epämääräistä henkilöä. Muutenkin hissiin mentäessä piti laittaa myös koodi, ja samassa hississä olevat voivat nähdä sen. Toi hieman turvattomuutta.

El check in es a las cuatro y no puedes dejar las maletas en el hotel. Bastante sucio, habitación mal iluminada, camas muy usadas y no funcionaba la calefacción.

Totul a fost foarte bine, chiar peste așteptările noastre.

Super location, Koti pizza right there, easy to access, I very much like to enter via a code, it's like a small apartment. My hotel of choice whenever I'm in Helsinki.

You can't open the windows, which is hard for someone having their windows open constantly.
