Huone oli kuin hotellihuone. Erittäin viihtyisä ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi.

Television äänenlaatu oli heikko.

Central location in a nice building and area

It wasn't a double bed, it was 2 single beds pushed together. There was no washing machine even though it was in the picture, dishwasher didn't work during our stay

Erinomaisella paikalla, todella siisti ja viihtyisä asunto. Automaattiviestien väliin ilmeisesti omistaja vastasi ripeästi niin asiointi hoitui hyvin.

Sisäänpääsyn ohjeet piti tulla tiettyyn aikaan ”automaattisesti”, mutta jouduin kyselemään perään. Asia kuitenkin järjestyi pikaisesti.

Krasny novy apartman v tiche ulici. Vybaven vsim, co potrebujete. Velmi tichy dum, uzasne spani. 5 minut pesky od centra Rovaniemi, stejne tak na bus do Santa Claus Village, 15 minut pesky na autobusove nadrazi, 20 minut pesky na vlakove nadrazi. 3 minuty pesky k pobrezni promenade.

No complaints.

Sijainti lähellä keskustaa, sänky oli hyvä ja yhteydenpito vuokraajan kanssa sujui hyvin. Ohjeet olivat selkeät ja hinta kohdillaan.

Sauna tietysti uupui, mutta en sitä kuvauksen perusteella odottanutkaan. Parvekkeella olisi voinut olla tuoli ja pöytä, vähän lisämukavuutta tuomaan 😊

Appartamento moderno, molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. L'ambiente è accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto pratica anche la gestione del check-in automatico, che rende l’arrivo semplice, veloce e flessibile.

Come unico piccolo suggerimento, sarebbe stato gradito trovare un asciugamano aggiuntivo oltre al telo doccia.

Lähellä keskustaa, yleisilme siisti

Vaikea oli löytää kulkukäytävä asuintaloon. Parempi ohjeistus Maakuntakadun puolelle. Kahvinkeittimen suodattimeen oli jätetty kahvinmurut jotka olivat kovettuneet kivikoviksi ja homehtuneet. Pyyhkeitä oli vain 1 kpl ei käsipyyhettä, pöytäluutuja saisi olla enemmän kuin 1 kpl

Muy buen alojamiento, totalmente recomendable. Destaca especialmente por su excelente ubicación, muy cerca de los puntos de encuentro para las excursiones y salidas a ver auroras boreales, lo que lo hace muy práctico. Además, está próximo a supermercados, facilitando mucho la organización diaria. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y con detalles que hicieron la estancia cómoda y agradable. Sin duda, una muy buena elección.

Esta a unas cuadras de la estacion de trenes y buses. Fácil de llegar. Todo correcto en el dpto, bien equipado y cera del centro.

El check-in es a las 15 h y hasta esa hora no te mandan las claves de acceso. Sabiendo los horarios de llegada de los trenes y el frío, me parece que podrían hacer las cosas más accesibles si ya está listo el departamento. Esperar afuera es mucho

The appartment is new and modern.It is located less than 10 minutes from the central square of Rovaniemi in a quiet neighborhood.

Wifi was not fast. Not cleaned properly , but it might be a coinsidence.

Appartamento che si sviluppa su una stanza sola + un grande bagno. Molto spazioso e accogliente, tutti i servizi a disposizione. Posizione perfetta tra il centro e la stazione ferroviaria. Personale professionale e tempestivo nelle risposte.

Struttura super accogliente e pulitissima! Posizione comoda a pochi passi dal centro e dal fiume. Con fermata autobus a pochi metri.

L'appartamento era davvero carino, pulito e accogliente. Era fornito di tutto il necessario. La posizione centrale era comodissima. Peccato averci passato solo una notte.

Spacious as a solo traveller. Once I got my bearings, it was very handy. Maybe a 10 min walk with many different restaurants near by.

A few minor cleaning issues but the host was informed. Could have done with a toaster

Perfect stay! The studio is in a great location and has all the facilities you could possibly need. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rovaniemi. Kiitos paljon!

Cozy flat, which is indeed very well located (city center, the riverbank and bus stops to Santa Village/airport) are all within 7min walking. Intercity bus station 10 min, train station 15 min.

Ground floor, so the balcony is not a place to chill with a glass of wine on sunset, because there is no view and you would be just sitting in aquarium on the sidewalk of the street (but that is my personal obsession with balconies and someone else can find this ground floor balcony to be a positive thing, I am sure) 😜 I might be mistaken as I don’t remember for sure (might be mixing it up with another accommodation I used), but there was no hairdryer.

Viihtyisä siisti asunto lähes keskustan ytimessä. Rauhallinen taloyhtiö, hyvät yöunet. Tv oli hyvä plussa myös. Ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Pyyhkeet olivat hieman kosteita kohteeseen saapuessa

Location and condition of the property

I needed an ironing board and the owner refused me one.

There was almost no communication from the host. I got a message about accessing the outside door, but then nothing followed. I arrived late, around 20:45 (the host was informed I would arrive between 20-21:00), alone, from a foreign country, after a long train ride, and it took me around 20 minutes to access door key. The host did not answer my message on Booking and did not answer my WhatsApp messages or my calls. I was starting to look for a nearby hotel so as not to spend the night outside. Luckily, one of the neighbours helped me - she also tried to call the host several times, talked with her boyfriend as to what to do in this situation, and then finally the host called her back (maybe he answers only Finnish phone numbers) and told her where to find the key. Also, the information about the WiFi user name and password in the apartment was not up to date, and there was no answer about that, too.

Apartment as expected I wish there was a better blanket, the area is welcoming and easy access. Lovely apartment!

Couldn’t sleep bed very uncomfortable didn’t have no pillows only had one towel had no toilet paper Kept waking up as people was using the lift and you could hear everything as the apartment right next to the lift

The afvertised large bed turned out to be two beds, that slid apart if pushed together. Tv remote was broken. In the mornings we were woken up by very noisy drilling in the apartment above.
