Vaikka uudehko talo niin pesuhuone oli tunkkaisen oloinen. Lattialasta oli ruostunut poikki, ei voinut käyttää. Lähetin majoittajalle viestiä, mutta en saanut vastausta.

Sucio El personal inexistente NUNCA respondieron a nuestras preguntas lo que da a entender una profesionalidad pésima hacia el cliente Tras repetidas preguntas el día antes y el mismo día de la entrada , repito, NUNCA hubo una respuesta y tras llamar a varios números de Booking, y solo podernos comunicar con una máquina que NO nos solucionó absolutamente nada, la situación fue frustrante y desesperante. Sólo 8 minutos antes de la hora del check in, recibimos un mensaje muy poco claro sobre cómo acceder al apartamento solo coincidía el nombre de la finca y su número, pero para el número o nombre de la vivienda no coincidía en nada, solo pudimos ir probando en toda la finca , todas las puertas hasta dar con la correcta Durante este tiempo de búsqueda tampoco respondían a las llamadas ni mensajes, llegamos a pensar que era una estafa La sauna no la conseguimos poner, el wifi fallaba mucho, algunas zonas de las paredes estaban manchadas, la mesa en malas condiciones, el horno sucio , el sofá estaba asquerosamente sucio, la rejilla del ventilador muy sucia y el lavaplatos cargado con los cacharros sucios No entendemos esta forma de presentar un apartamento en esta plataforma que utilizamos constantemente ya que nos dedicamos a viajar de forma profesional y vacacional Esto ha hecho que nuestra estancia en ese lugar fuera muy insatisfactoria y rogamos revisen a conciencia esta situación, de lo contrario al llegar a mi lugar de residencia voy a cancelar todos mis planes y los de mis clientes con Booking y hacer una muy mala publicidad

Sopivan kokoinen kolmelle henkilölle. Todella rauhallinen, vaikka ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Hyvä sijainti.

Sohva tosi likainen, vaatisi pesua. Olkkarin taulu tippunut sohvan taakse. Ruokapöytä nitkuu pahasti joka suuntaan.

Asunto oli tosi pölyisä ja asunnossa ei ollut ilmamvaihtoa. Hengittäminen asunnossa oli hankalaa.

Die Couch hat diverse Flecken, deren Herkunft man lieber nicht kennt. Die Möbel und Küche von minderer Qualität. Waren instabil und teilweise kaputt.

L'appartamento è da 10, ma l'assenza totale dei gestori è intollerabile. Sauna presente anche se nella descrizione di questa camera non c'era. Il nostro era l'appartamento 11, primo piano.

Comunicazione inesistente e intollerabile: per un mese i gestori non hanno mai risposto ai miei messaggi, ignorando persino i tre solleciti inviati tramite l'assistenza di Booking.com. Solo dopo dieci giorni e l'intervento diretto della piattaforma mi è stato scritto che avrei ricevuto le istruzioni il giorno stesso dell'arrivo, senza però fornire i chiarimenti richiesti su indirizzo e trasporti! Come segnalato da altri utenti su Google Maps, la posizione reale non coincide con quella indicata: l'appartamento si trova in un cortile interno accessibile da Maakuntakatu 8. Cosa ci vuole a scriverlo prima e rispondere? Le istruzioni (codici e box chiavi) arrivano solo nel pomeriggio del check-in. Il soggiorno così gestito può diventare rischioso. In particolare, la porta dell'appartamento è dotata di una serratura a scatto: una volta chiusa, non è più apribile tramite maniglia ma solo con le chiavi. Se per errore si lasciano le chiavi all'interno e la porta si chiude, si resta chiusi fuori senza alcuna possibilità di entrare, e senza ricevere assistenza telefonica. Se non ci sono imprevisti, fate una bella vacanza, se vi capita quello che ho ipotizzato, o altri problemi, con -20°C all'esterno, può essere un incubo. Per cui il mio voto è 4 nonostante la struttura meriti 10: l'appartamento è ottimo, ma l'assenza totale di assistenza e il rifiuto di rispondere ai messaggi sono inaccettabili e potenzialmente pericolosi.

L’hôte ne répond pas. La porte de l’appartement ne se fermait pas, ce qui a compromis ma sécurité pendant tout le séjour. J’ai dû laisser mes affaires dans un logement qui ne pouvait pas être verrouillé. J’ai contacté l’hôte à plusieurs reprises, sans aucune réponse

Location was good.

Cleaning had touched only visible surfaces: next to washing machine garbage, cook fan had not been cleaned for ages, drawer under cooker dirty. Also, reparations needed: the dining table could hardly stand and the door handle screws were almost falling off. Very limited cutlery, only two knives for dinner available.

La posizione, centrale, è al sesto piano.. con una vista molto bella su Rovaniemi. la sauna all'interno dell'appartamento. L'ampienzza. L'appartamento è grande e ben strutturato. Nel complesso sono piu gli elementi positivi. Ci ritornerei.

Il proprietario. Inesistente. Non è possibile comunicare con lui. Arriva il messaggio poche ore prima del chek-in. Ma per qualsiasi domanda nessuno risponde. E' difficle da trovare. Dovrebbero dare un pò piu di indicazioni. Perchè è veramente difficile e se si arriva tardi la sera diventa complicato. Il materasso del divano letto era molto sporco. Sarebbe assolutamente da cambiare. Del resto l'appartamento è pulito.

Pysäköinti kannattaa varata edeltäkäsin, sillä Rovaniemen kaupungin pysäköinti on kallista ja paikat todella pieniä.

Erinomainen sijainti, siisti ja vastasi bookingissa olevaa kuvaustaan hyvin. Saunasta plussaa.

Beautiful view and location was spot on!

Cleanliness, the fact we had to clean up the bins or empty dishwasher on arrival?! No tea or basic spices like salt and pepper.

We enjoyed the sauna and the location is good, close to the town center.

Not the best communication, no clear instructions to find the apartment which is in the second floor, and had to find the router in a wall electrical cabinet, take it out to find the WiFi password.

la mancanza di armadiatura, dei prodotti da bagno e della biancheria da cucina. Ci ha lasciato l'appartamento non ha svuotato il frigo e al lavastoviglie. Abbiamo trovato una lattina di coca cola dietro al divano e la carta igenica avanzata dai precedenti.

Apartamento muy práctico, cómodo con mucha luz y gran baño con sauna. Las camas muy cómodas y espacio en la entrada para dejar los abrigos y las botas. Very practical and comfortable apartment, with plenty of natural light and a large bathroom with a sauna. The beds are very comfortable, and there is space in the entrance to leave coats and boots.

Quizás el método de checkin del que te llega un mensaje una hora antes de la hora de entrada, y no queda muy claro cuál es el edificio donde está el apartamento.Perhaps the check-in method, where you receive a message an hour before the check-in time, is not very clear, and it’s hard to know which building the apartment is in.

The apartment overall is not bad, just had a bad smell, like a wet dog.

The host doesnt care about the guests, he never reply to any requests including on how to get the key. We had to pay for car park despite the fact that it says that it is included with the apartment.

Instruction for finding the appartment was not clear, no response when asking for clarification. No instructions for the washing machine, labels only in finnish.

Viestintä isännöivän yrityksen kanssa olematonta. Meille lähetetyt sisäänkirjautumisohjeet eivät jostain syystä tulleet perille, ja jouduimme soittelemaan niiden perään varauksen jo alettua. Jos emme olisi lukeneet muiden majoittujien kommentteja samasta asiasta, olisimme jo luulleet, että meille tehtiin oharit.

Asunnon sijainti hyvä. Asunnon tyyli mielytti. Asianmukaiset varusteet.

Huoneistoa ei oltu siivottu! Wc peili,hana,allas likaiset.Roskaa lattialla. Pölyä näkyvästi. Vain lakanat vaihdettu. Sohva likainen. Huonoa yhteydenpitoa.

Sisäänpääsyohjeet piti kysyä erikseen, kun niitä ei tullut. Vedenkeitin likainen ja asunnossa voimakas puhdistusaineen tai muun haju, jota piti tuulettaa pois.

A szállás egy cuki pici apartman, minden van benne amire egy kirándulás alatt szükség lehet. Az ágy kényelmes volt, a kanapé a nappaliban vendégmarasztaló. Szauna is tartozik a lakáshoz. Közel van a belváros,kb.5 perc sétálva.

A tisztaság nem volt 100%-os, pl.a fürdőszoba tükör koszos volt. A fürdőszobában nem volt semmilyen szőnyeg, ahová tusolást követően rálépj,így nedves lábbal közlekedsz egy darabig.

La sauna no subía de temperatura. Llegó a 50 grados máximo. Había pelos en el desagüe de la sauna. Y la campana de extracción de la cocina no estaba suficientemente limpia. El resto del apartamento si estaba limpio.

The apartment had a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board - everything you could need for a short stay . Only had twin beds, loungeroom comfortable.

We did not receive a reply to our email request several days beforehand regarding the opportunity of left luggage, and the information about the exact address and access to the property was not given out until check in time of 4pm.

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso, ordinato, ben organizzato e ben arredato, c'è tutto il necessario per soggiornare e in più ci sono molte prese elettriche in tutti i punti più importanti. Il terrazzino è molto accogliente e utile. La posizione è ottima a 500 metri dal centro e a 200 metri da numerose fermate degli autobus.

La connessione wifi non funziona, dopo aver inserito la password richiede un accesso, si viene indirizzati su una pagina di login dalla quale non si va più avanti.

The place was clean. The location is good. The kitchen was comfortable.

There was no WiFi. The host was not responsive. In the description it says that the host wants our experience and I quote “to rock”. Well, it felt as “rock-bottom”. Also, it says in the apartment “should any urgent questions appear, please call *number*”. Something urgent did appear and I did call. The host did not reply. In fact, it’s been more than 36 hours since I called (and texted) the host and he/she never replied. My work depended on good internet and in the description it said “free WiFi”. There was no WiFi and especially no “free WiFi”. We could buy the data, but it was definitely not free. Also, (this is my personal opinion and it’s not necessarily bad) the bed was too soft and I mean TOO soft. Woke up with a backache. Some people might enjoy soft beds, I’m not one of them. But again, I’m just saying that as a fact and it’s not a bad thing but I feel like that should be specified.

I liked that there were washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness: tbh I'm not sure I'd someone even cleaned the apartment before our stay. In the bathroom there was someone's hair everywhere, the toilet also didn't seem fresh. We also weren't sure about the linen on the bed. We also found hair on the cushions. Between the cushions on the sofa, we found some dry pasta. The glass table was completely dirty. Another thing is, that when we came there was no toilet paper and no trash bags. Of course, in the apartment you don't expect everything, but these things are crucial and usually are already there. The last thing is, we were there in summer, so maybe sauna was off or sth, but we didn't manage to get it working. It's a bit sad since while being in Finland we really wanted to try the famous finnish sauna, but we didn't manage to. It was there, we turned it on, but nothing happend. After a few trials we gave up.

The apartment is quite new and located downtown, close to Kemijoki and all the shops. Just the perfect location. Inside everything is of good quality and clean. Personally I found the sauna and the kitchen excellent.

The only frying pan was in bad shape, bought a new one from Tokmanni for 8 euro. In the bedroom the curtains unfortunately don't make it entirely dark.

I had difficulty when checking in.

The location to Lourdi Square and city centre was exceptional. All tour companies within 10 min walk. Easy to find I was surprised to find apartment had its own sauna, although I wasnt able to get it to work. Felt like home, but probably only big enough for 1-2 persons. Photos on booking doesnt do it justice.

Asked owner how to work sauna, and it took 8 days to respond to let me know how to use the dial. Think it may of been kicking in the timer, so wasnt able to use it. Everything else was perfect

Everything is perfect, the sauna is good, the whole apartment is very clean and tidy. Very close to the supermarket. A lot of space and hangers for hanging clothes.

The only con is I wish the sofa bed is a bit cleaner and comes with bedding. The broken table was left in the terrace.

The apartment was great - in a very central location; close to tour pickups, restaurants etc. It was clean and tidy, with all the facilities we needed. The host was very communicative to any queries. I would definitely book again if we were back in Rovaniemi.

Great location, clean, you can go pretty much anywhere on foot from the apartment, the sauna was great (but I don't know if it goes higher than 50°C, at least in my experience it didn't no matter how hard i tried)

The location is not the same as stated in the ad on the app, it's like a couple minutes away on foot, and the owner said the building number had the letter A in it, but there was no such number and we had a little bit of trouble finding it (and not just us, there was a woman there with her son who had the same problem as us) No major issues apart from that.

It is basic but has just what is necessary for two or three days. Not far from city center.

As many other comments point out, communication with the host is a joke. They will hardly respond to anything that takes more than 3 words. And that's if you're lucky. The directions could be more precise as they give you two addresses, but really only one has access and it's not clear if you have to check in somewhere or if you can just go directly to the apartment. So, it's not nice to be in very cold temperatures, with darkness and small children, not knowing where to go first and the host not deigning to help, not answering calls or messages, even if they see them. Cleaning could also be better. There was hair on the pillowcases and a lot of dirt under the bed.

Location was excellent and apartment met expectations.

Total lack of communication from the owner. The phone number was not connecting and none of my messages on site were answered.

Property is good and clean located in the centre of Rovaniemi. You can walk in the city centre and Malls near apartment.

Outside and inside door codes should be shared to customer well in advance. I did not receive code no time and have to call owner.

Warm and sound proof room. Wifi was excellent. As it was top floor, view was good. Enjoyed sauna.

One of the over bed lumps was broken. Kitchen was not so clean.

I had contact before arriving and it was very easy to find with clear Instructions. Beautiful apartment, much better than the photos. It was clean, quiet and fantastic location.

Private sauna in the bathroom was a real bonus
