A little gem at a convenient location in Delhi. I like small hotels, as they feel more personal, especially when the staff know how to make everything function smoothly. Absolutely worth it, and very charming.

The staff behaviour : I told them if anything to contact me, but they bothered my wife even after they know I'm the one who take care. Staffs were not friendly

Everything was comfortable for me. Staff were extremely helpful.

The food (breakfast & dinner) was excellent, top-notch. The kitchen staff were very helpful and humble. I requested momos and they prepared them for me. Overall, the stay was peaceful.

I have just one suggestion: they could improve their room service.

The hotel is in a good location and nearby the embassies. Ideal to stay for visa appointments

I stayed for just one day, but the warmth and care I received made me feel as though I had been with them for years. My sincere thanks to the entire team — from the security at the gate to the stewards at the restaurant, and especially the front desk staff. Though I couldn’t interact with everyone, I will always remember Aman for his exceptional service and kindness. The professionalism and dedication of the staff truly reflect excellence in their field. My experience was nothing short of home beyond home. Thank you, one and all, for making my stay so memorable.

Staff were all very accommodating. We were offered a complimentary breakfast at checkout unfortunately we needed to get to the airport to catch our flight.

We couldn't get rhe TV to work. Shower was a little dirty and or moldy in the corners.

Cleanliness, the staff……there was a very nice, caring & helping person at the Reception that was Mr AmitJi & a very boy helping with luggage and every necessities which I needed…….Along with AmitJi, there was a Madam, the name I don’t know but she was very caring too……I think everything was much more than what I needed. Location is very near to Czech Embassy as we stayed here mainly for visa interview. Location is good in that aspect. Rooms are clean but little small for the price we pay. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available in the hotel itself but we can order it from Swiggy if we need more options.

Location is good as it is a residential area but there are no shops or restaurants nearby.

Made a small business visit. The place was comfortable and felt safe. The staff were courteous.

The staff were too good. I went out for Visa stamping & skipped breakfast. By the time I was back its 1230PM. Still Mr Amit arranged food for me with a smile. When Uber driver demanded more money he negotiated with them. Really awesome attitude.

No cab facility. Rooms are bit old (still ok) and probably need a make over. Limited food options ( I assume its due to gas supply as mentioned in a notice inside room)

I stayed for a night as I had my visa interview the next day, it’s nearby the embassy so very convenient. Also the staff is very helpful and professional. Overall the stay was good. I had dal khichdi and sandwich. Dal khichdi was great but sandwich was disappointing so just a suggestion to improve that.

not really hot water in the shower, staff not friendly at all, they gave us a smaller room that the one we booked, overpriced room. not worth the value for money.

1. Sub-optimal breakfast: The included breakfast was of sub-optimal quality with limited options. The idli was like a brick of Suji. 2. Misleading Location: The location of this hotel is misleading. It's not in Chankyapuri but in New Moti Bagh. Also paying 8k a night for the double bed room was totally a rip off for the quality. 3. Room: - A part of the wall inside my room seemed like it was left unpainted after repair work. - The room floor was sticky with a layer of floor cleaner (phenyl) still left on it so walking barefoot was sticky and felt strange. The smell of phenyl was very strong in the room. 4. Bathroom: The toilet was clean but the shower cabinet walls and floor were not clean and it had a DIRTY anti-slip mat. It was disgusting to stand and look at it.

The room was filthy. There was a layer of dirt on the floor and it reeked of urine. The location is awful. It looks like it is close to embassies on the map, but there is nothing around.

The location was best suited for my travel plans for the purpose of US embassy work, The premises was very safe considering my family that was travelling with me and the staff was super helpful, the environment was clean and the breakfast was also very good.

-NO HOT WATER -My “double bed” was actually two single beds put together.

Nice safe place for US Embassy.

The location is perfect for those coming to visit embassies. It’s just 5-10mins away. The Rooms are clean and well maintained.

The cleanliness was good, bed comfortable, staff are polite and helpful.

Water pressure was not very good for shower, and the road facing of our room made it slightly noisy.

La struttura non è per niente in buone condizioni né di pulizia né di manutenzione, la colazione non è intercontinentale ed è davvero molto scarsa.

Não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Pelos padrões brasileiros, nem mesmo 3 estrelas. Preço excessivamente alto - aproveitando-se do AI Summit ocorrendo na cidade. Prepare-se para banho de água quente bem curto. Limpeza do banheiro não é o forte deles. Via de muito movimento ao lado, ou seja, muito barulho de transito para dormir.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It felt like a true escape, and I would happily return.
