Great hotel, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Although it’s a bit far from old Delhi, there is a subway station in front of the property, from where you can go to most of the city.

the staff in reception who don't care about customers and make sure to charge you for every thing that docent make sense even and then leave you alone didn't had any empathy or care as they look like railway station have many customers coming so they dont care about customers problems or accommodating their requests or treating them as human beings untrained people come around you to make thing worst for your start of stay

The room 625 was very small near fire exit. The glass partition to the toilet had no screen within and if anyone was using the toilet one could see from the bed outside. I complained and the management decided to keep me in the same room by putting a screen that was put temporarily for our overnight stay. This was awful (see picture) but atleast gave my daughter some element of privacy to use the bathroom. I believe all bathrooms are similar in this facility with glass partition and any improvement will be done next year when a planned refresh is to take place. The Shattaf connection in the toilet was placed to the left unlike the standard norm of keeping them to the right (see picture). I being a natural right handed was struggling to use it but this forced me get out of my comfort zone to learn a new technique using it. The shower area was a hybrid of a half bath tub and half shower which was not fully closed with a glass partition and left open provided little space to use the shower and the water jetting out to the entire area. I had to keep balance whilst at the shower so I do not trip onto the bath tub. Given the space, either the bath tub should have been full or the shower area should have been full. Note, both the shower and bath tub were close to the glass partition providing visibility from outside

Everything from check in to daily restaurant service, cleanness, staff courtesy and check out were smooth and without any problems. All staff including front desk, cashier, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful and courteous.

2日宿泊したが、トイレの水が止まらなくなった。また8月の宿泊で、部屋に蚊が複数いるなど、トラブルがあった。トイレはフロントに電話してすぐ修理にきてくれた。蚊取り線香も貸してくれた。しかし、全体的に古さが目立つホテルで、特にトイレや風呂の水回りと、部屋の外も廊下の壁紙が薄汚れていたりと、ＨｙａｔｔＲｅｇｅｎｃｙらしくない印象だった。朝ごはん付きだったが、カレー以外にあまり食べれるものがなく、2日目の朝食はスキップした。

if you have had breakfast in this hotel ,you might not want to go anywhere else. They are unquestionably the best

This was not my first stay at Hyatt Regency Delhi, but it was once again a very pleasant experience. The staff were exceptional. I was greeted by concierge Vinod and Kabir supported me with bags. I had good service from Suresh with the laundry including shoe shining that was done within 15 minutes. Thanks also to Swetha and Roger for supporting our UK meet up in the Polo lounge.

Overall spectacular. The masseur and hair keratin treatment by Trillochan Singh was incredible For the attention to detail and he didn’t rush. He did exactly what I requested. My hair is thick and curly and he worked his magic with the keratin treatment to make it silky straight.

staff attitude has nothing to do with a hotel but more with a motel , they managed to make me look very bad by offending one of my business partners in india when invited for lunch , nobody should be able to judge by clothes who is allowed or not and disrespected by that matter .

Amazing people, great location and diverse options of F&B. I have had multiple stays and will keep coming back. Rudra @ Front desk is amazing and so are team members in every department.

The driver Harnam, of course also all his team colleagues, are great people and the service they provide is excellent.

Bikaji Cama -Location is a very big plus. Services are good and rooms are satisfactory - what more you need on Business travel.

Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, το προσωπικό στο πρωινό υπέροχο, το δωμάτιο πολύ περιποιημένο! Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας λειτουργεί άψογα. Υπήρχε παντού μια αίσθηση ότι θέλουν να σε φιλοξενήσουν, να σου προσφέρουν, να σε βοηθήσουν. Επίσης, αν και σπανίως επισκέπτομαι τα σπα των ξενοδοχείων, αποφάσισα να κάνω ένα ινδικό μασάζ, το οποίο ήταν εκπληκτικό. Επισκεφτήκαμε και δύο απο τα εστιατόρια. Το Syrah, το οποίο ήταν πολύ καλό λεβαντίνικο και το κινέζικο, το οποίο ίσως να είναι ένα απο τα καλύτερα κινέζικα που έχω φάει στη ζωή μου. Η όλη εμπειρία στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν άριστη!!!

Excellent service and hospitable gesture by Suman at Polo Lounge and Sidewok

Worst staycation of my life! They submitted our speakers, but the guest already staying where carrying the speakers. Lifts move with the room card access, the most inconvenient thing. Slow room service - had to call twice just for glasses. Rooms were stinking. They denied to enter the swimming pool without wearing costume, which is fair. But they allowed other guests to do so as they were known to manager. Never ever think to stay in this pathetic hotel.

Sad to see Hyatt room standards too low. Room temperature was 23 deg with heat outside being 40 deg. Regular maintenance is not up to the mark.

Location is good atmosphere is good rooms are good as well . Brake fast are mostly same and some the new and old staffs behaviour are very rude and too much questioning in the longe and also from reception .

Upon our arrival, we encountered a severe amount of smoke and a burning odor in the hallways of both the 2nd and 7th floors, as if a fire had broken out. When we raised this dangerous situation to your staff, they casually dismissed our concerns by saying everything was "fine." Furthermore, they failed to take immediate action to ventilate the area, leaving the air polluted for a prolonged period.

He was always available, made sure every request was taken care of, and ensured that everything was perfectly organized. You always felt that you could approach him with any concern. The entire team is warm, professional, and truly dedicated to making every guest feel comfortable. The food is excellent, both through room service and in the hotel’s restaurants. The pool is a wonderful place to relax, the spa treatments are exceptional, and the gym is modern and very well equipped. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency New Delhi, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. I also truly appreciated the early check-in provided by the team. I would especially like to give a big shout-out to Keya at the reception and her manager, Purvi. They both handled my concern with great professionalism, care, and efficiency. Keya was very helpful and calm, and Purvi took ownership of the situation immediately. Their approach truly reflected the high standard of service I expect from Hyatt. Purvi and Keya really stood out during my stay. They were professional, supportive, and made sure my experience ended on a very positive note. I truly appreciate their excellent service. I was disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Regency Delhi (Ring Road). The AC in my room wasn’t working. Ankita from Guest Services was polite and assured quick help, which I appreciated. However, no one arrived for 30 minutes. After a follow-up call and another assurance, I waited 10 more minutes before maintenance finally came. They found the AC filter choked and replaced it. Basic maintenance like changing filters is a routine task and can easily be handled when the room is not operational or not in use. While issues can happen, the delay and lack of coordination were disappointing. I expect faster, more reliable service from a Hyatt property.

Rinki looks after the floor with real care and attention, with Udesh and the rest of the team always available, always professional — they will invariably find a way to make you feel the hotel is looking after you personally, not just your room. Food quality is solid across all the restaurants, covering a good range of cuisines: Chinese, Italian, Middle Eastern, Indian and Japanese. Everything is consistently fresh. Alessandro and Fabrizio, who oversee the culinary operations, bring real expertise and genuine passion to the role — you notice it in the quality of what ends up on the plate. Their team, including Narender, Dhriti and the rest of the crew, keeps the standard high day in, day out. Breakfast deserves a special mention: Hema and all the girls who welcome you every morning are warm, efficient and always on top of things — a great way to start the day. The business lounge is equally impressive: perfect for meetings or simply to unwind, elegant without being excessive. The pool and gym are spotless, constantly sanitised and equipped to a high standard, with Ritika and her team ensuring everything is kept in top condition. Especially the gym is a real asset, with state of the art equipment and personal trainers always ready to assist you. Much credit goes to General Manager Daniel — though he would be the first to acknowledge that none of this would be possible without the exceptional team around him. From the front desk, where Ishita was among the first welcoming faces I encountered, to the less visible but equally vital roles behind the scenes — Shweta has been my guardian angel, helping me in more ways than I can count — everyone here is competent, helpful and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Practically speaking, the location works very well for getting around Delhi and reaching the airport, which matters more than people realise when you are here on business. Overall, a hotel I would recommend without hesitation to anyone visiting Delhi for work or leisure.
