The hotel is very well air conditioned and therefore, too cold for our European taste. Turned it off in our room upon arrival abd three days later it was still pretty cond during the nights

Rooms, staff, amenities were fantastic, especially room staff.

The Leela Palace ticked all the boxes- location ,splendour, staff , food and facilities we had an amazing 3 days in Delhi. Made to feel like royalty everyone was so attentive and welcoming. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us -we hope to come back again soon.

I don’t want to nit pick - any issue we had was resolved quickly.

It is very close to the embassy area, so the location worked out for me. The room size is pretty big, actually. There are good food options in the hotel, and the room service is great. The check-in/check-out process is seamless, and the customer service is also great. Breakfast options are amazing in terms of the variety as well the quality and it opens very early in the morning. There are options available for every kind of dietary requirement.

I felt like the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There's a lot of dust in the areas around the lamps near the bedside, and also the fixtures in the bathroom are pretty rusty and old. They need to be replaced. I also found the toilets to be pretty old for the price that you're paying. I expect them to be upgraded to much newer, Japanese-style toilets.

Ótimas instalações, mto bem decoradas e manutenção impecável, ótimos funcionários e o pessoal do café da manhã, sempre amáveis nos mimava o tempo todo. Agradecemos o manager do restaurante que nos surpreendia todas manhãs com delícias especiais.

Se tiver que fazer alguma ressalve, será para o spa. Não tive uma boa experiência com a terapeuta.

Most comfortable bed ever. Well equipped and spacious gym. Pool excellent. Japanese restaurant very good. Italian restaurant exceptional. Beautiful service. Close proximity to the Embassies.

We had an issue with the service in Qube but this was dealt with and the close attention and exceptional service we received thereafter was outstanding.

Die nette und freundliche Art der Mitarbeiter sowie das überragende Angebot des Frühstücks, die Sauberkeit, die vielen kleinen Extraservices. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich unseren Fahrer Kawal Jeet, der mit seiner ruhigen und umsichtigen Art uns durch Dehli sowie zum Taj Mahal gefahren hat, aber auch mit seiner eloquenten Art und seinem vielseitigen Wissen die gemeinsame Zeit bereichert hat.

Einzug war die Auszeichnung der glutenfreien, bzw. -behafteten Speisen an zwei Tagen fehlerhaft.

The breakfast restaurant manager and employees are very friendly. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, and the lobby always smelled good.

The bed was a bit hard.

Frühstück ist reichlich und vielfältig, es gibt eine tolle Auswahl aus indischen, asiatischen und kontinentalen Speisen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders toll: Die Matratzen der Betten sind phänomenal, die Zimmer selbst sind ruhig, man schläft himmlisch! Auch erwähnenswert: Der tolle Infinity-Pool auf der Dachterrasse.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat? Dass ich nach nur zwei Nächsten wieder abreisen musste.

Everything about the property is beyond gorgeous. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating, and their hospitality truly makes the stay so special. We had a lovely time, and I would absolutely return to another Leela on my next trip to India.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Leela Palace New Delhi. L'hôtel est idéalement situé : un peu à l'écart de la folie, des klaxons et du bruit de la ville, entouré de parcs et de verdure, ce qui en fait un véritable havre de paix. ​Les points forts de notre séjour : ​La piscine sur le toit : Absolument magnifique ! Un cadre idéal pour se détendre, avec de superbes attentions (citronnade, petites serviettes rafraîchissantes, eau offerte dès l'arrivée, et des matelas et serviettes extrêmement confortables). ​La gastronomie : Nous avions la formule incluant le petit-déjeuner et le dîner au restaurant The Cube. Les repas étaient tout simplement excellents. Les plats sont raffinés et délicieux, et le travail du chef ainsi que la qualité du service ont rendu chaque repas exceptionnel. ​Le confort et le service : La chambre était d'un confort irréprochable. Tout le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin. ​Un grand merci à la direction : Suite à un petit désagrément avec des voisins de chambre un peu bruyants, l'assistant Front Office Manager, Ashish Malhotra, a su faire preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe. ​Une adresse incontournable à Delhi que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

L'insonorisation des chambres est peut-être un peu délicate. Le premier soir, nous avons eu des voisins de chambre assez bruyants sans rien dire, puis la situation s'est répétée le deuxième soir. Nous avons donc contacté la réception. ​C'est là que le professionnalisme de l'hôtel a fait toute la différence : l'assistant Front Office Manager, Ashish Malhotra, a été plus qu'agréable et a su réagir parfaitement. Grâce à sa bienveillance ce désagrément s'est vite évanouie.

Very good breakfast and the staff was overall very courteous and helpful.

The view from the rooms which we were given and what was shown during the booking was different but it wasn't that bad. We were provided 2 way airport transfer and the staff on the way back to the airport helped us immensely in making sure all our luggage went with us to the airport.

Travelled with my parents and my family and we were very looked after very well. Some of the staff members went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and prepared custom made food for my elderly parents.

The room view what was shown during the booking was different from the one we received but it wasn't that bad.

Very nice people, in particular Ashmita at the reception who took care of us. Luxury room and fabulous bathroom. Nice rooftop swimingpool. Fabulous breakfirst.

Firedetector flashing light every 4 seconds above the bed: very perturbating to sleep once you have hidden all the small disturbing small lights in the room (above both sides of bed) and bathroom (TV not possible to fully switch off). International restaurant : noisy and very expensive for India (ratio quality / price poor)

Amazing food.. exceptionally good service by the staff- specially Him. Very sweet guy, took care of us throughout our dinner and recommended us the best out of the menu.. will definetely recommend this place and will surely come back just for the food and services

A wonderful experience all round. Attention to detail from all the staff, especially Vikas and the rest of the pool team who looked after us every morning without fail. A great selection of breakfasts and dining options as well, which was very welcome after long days.

I had my best drink ever served by Miss Ashika and Miss Neha,they are very active and polite towards Guest..I will sure to visit again the Library bar (leela)for the drinks...hope to meet with them....

I recently had breakfast at The Qube, The Leela Palace, and it was truly one of the best breakfast experiences I've had. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options, and every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Jeewan and OM were incredibly attentive and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. Their warm, professional service made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention to OM —his soft voice, along with his cheerful nature, added a personal touch to the entire experience. Thank you to the team for making our morning so special.

The Leela Hotel, Delhi As my journey continued to Delhi, I chose to stay at The Leela Hotel. Overall, it is a very pleasant property, and most of the employees perform at the level expected of a true five-star hotel. The hotel offers several excellent restaurants, allowing both leisure and business travellers to enjoy a wide variety of dining experiences without leaving the property. Nevertheless, there is an issue that, unfortunately, seems to be increasingly common in many hotels. Too many employees appear to be more focused on their mobile phones than on providing attentive and professional service to their guests. It is disappointing to see how these small devices can negatively affect the quality of service and the attention that guests deserve. Despite this ongoing concern, the hotel remains an enjoyable place to stay and offers a comfortable and refined experience.

Excellent service provided by Gaurav. Very considerate for our small children. As he ordered tailor made non-spicy food. He’s an excellent resource and always smiling. Elvis also provided extra help and was very considerate. The food was delicious and scrumptious. We would definitely visit again.

Very warm hospitality. Special shout out to Jaiaditya at Qube restaurant who went out of his way to make our breakfast memorable. Pool location was nice too. Spa services are good and service is excellent.

I was given a smoking room when I had not specifically asked for one. Understandably there was considerable smoke smell in the linen/bedding/room. Since I'd checked in late at night, I had to wait until the next afternoon (and make 3 calls to the operator) to move to a non-smoking room. But once there, everything was quite seamless. The room service charge is exorbitant because of a tax- so, watch out for that.

I had the best time at the Leela Palace New Delhi. It looks so European. I felt like I was taken to Italy . The rooms are spectacular. My fave was the restaurant Megu . It is sooo sooo good . Faisan the Executive of the restaurant was so accommodating and knowledgeable about everything. I highly recommend visiting. Pavan was also really attentive . We had to attend an award ceremony and Naveen the Director of the Concierge made it smooth . The Duty Manager has the best fashion he looks like a model and always has a bright smile . He truly is such a warm and caring person What a great manager he is Retik Rawat from Sani and Sweety from Guest relations were so so so nice. Their smiles attentiveness makes the stay a delight I am very grateful also our driver was an angel thank u everyone
