Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Приємно здивувала чистота помешкання (навіть не у всіх готелях настільки чисто). Дуже затишно, не дивлячись на те, що студія маленька. Тут було надано все необхідне для комфортного проживання: комплект рушників, додаткові подушки, посуд, столові прибори, мініатюри для особистої гігієни (за це величезний плюс, тому що, знову ж таки повторюсь, навіть не у всіх готелях це надають, на жаль). І навіть цукор, спеції, чай та кава були, це дуже приємно. А ще і пилосос в вільному доступі! Це дуже виручило, тому що після повернення з пляжу було багато піску під ногами. В цілому, студія просто супер: охайна, затишна і з приємним ароматом👍🏻
Ліжко та диван виявились дуже незручними, вночі через це був поганий сон. Це не суттєвий мінус, але було трохи дискомфортно

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Mooie centrale ligging Dicht bij strand en centrum Zit op de 9e verdieping met uitzicht overde stad Punt van aandacht is wel het parkeren. Appartement heeft geen eigen parkeerplaats. Zit om de hoek een grote parkeergarage. Kost wel 32 per dag! En verder mailen met eigenaar via Booking.com, loopt niet lekker. Dat was wel een puntje.
'S nachts veel rumoer van uitgaande publiek.

De zetel. We moesten deze wel niet als bed gebruiken maar zelfs als zitbank zat hij erg oncomfortabel dus hebben we steeds op de stoelen gezeten.

Mauvaise foi manifeste du propriétaire qui m'a caché que les stores étaient défectueux (il a reconnu être au courant mais n'a jugé utile de me prévenir). Nous avons dormi, mes enfants et moi, à la lumière du jour. Hyper désagréable lorsque j'ai gentiment une solution technique au problème, m'a proposé de quitter le logement, le soir, avec mes enfants en bas âge et mes bagages, me laissant la responsabilité de trouver un autre logement de dernière minute. Avant ça, il m'a demandé de poser le porte manteau devant la fenêtre (voir photo) !

Reviewed May 11, 2026Excellent emplacement dans Ostende, hôte très réactif et disponible qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Studio bien équipé, logement très propre et idéal pour un court séjour. A côté de la maison de James Ensor, du centre, de la plage. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour
Appartement très lumineux, réveil tôt mais cata permis de profiter de la ville 😀

Reviewed May 7, 2026Eine kleine aber gemühtliche Wohnung, wenige Minuten entfernt von dem Strand.Ausstattung ist gut. Alles ist vorhanden, sauber. Gastgeber sehr nett, hilfsbereit
Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig, kostenfrei etwas entfern. Der Gastgeber hat uns aber dabei gut geholfen.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2024Ours was a last minute booking. We just planned 4 days before the travel and I felt we were lucky enough to have this apartment that too at an affordable cost. It was really a nice stay. The apartment is at a walkable distance to the beach. So it was really easier for us especially with the kids. Also since the apartment is at the city centre, supermarkets, restaurants and even the shopping areas are at close proximity. I will say it is value for money.
I felt the Google map dint take us to the destination correctly . We were searching for the apartment for almost 15 to 20 mins though we parked our car just one building ahead.

Studio, situated in a massive old building, is rather small to stay as a couple with a child. Although the view on the town is ok, the windows were probably old or suffered from the weather, but they were not really transparent. A pity, but maybe still under renovation?

Reviewed Apr 10, 2023Very nice and cozy studio flat, just a few minutes walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and other amenities. You couldn't wish a better location. The hostess Marijana provide everything we needed: bed linen, towels, soap and even disposable toothbrushes. Also there were coffee pads for the coffee machine and sugar. The flat is spotlessly clean. Smart TV and fast broadband internet. I can definitely recommend this place to stay in Ostend.
Parking might become your headache and is quite pricey. Due to the central location of the property the street parking is very limited. There are quite a few paid multistorey car parks in the neighborhood. However even these are filling up very quickly during the sunny weekends. If you are lucky enough to find the parking slot, it can cost you between €22.50 and €25 per day.
