The hotel lobby and surrounds were good, area had a few cafes and convenience stores locally.

Apartment was ok but sofa and beds very uncomfortable. TV did not work for 2 days as it was not connected to internet. Cleanliness was not too good in bathroom.

The facilities were great, bed just a little hard for me. A little far out from the city but trains were easy and really cheap, 6,000 dung a trip (AU .23c) and a quick trip into the centre, safe, food close and doorman very helpful. This is not a hotel.

That we had to call the hostess to go to the pool, but where normally there within 5 mins

Simply amazing

The living space was spacious. There were lots of shops that covered everything you would need. Restaurants, supermarkets, hair salons etc

The communication from the host. The price was different to what was quoted, payment method changed to cash 10pm the night prior to. Bedrooms were tiny. Could only access the bed form one side.

The swimming pool and the location.

Nothing that frustrated me or anything. We had a very nice stay in this area. There is a lot to do.

The room was nice colour scheme, close to things

Toilet got blocked in main bathroom, emergency fire alarm went off it said to evacuate there was a fire. Had to go down 19 flight of stairs got to the end they announced only a fire alarm testing, there was no fire in the building. Scary

The Booking.com ad was misleading: 1. There is no airport shuttle linked to the room/apartment complex. You're on your own to find and hire one. 2. The pool is only accessible if you call the owner and she comes and uses her swipe card to let you in 3. This is not a hotel even though the ad reads like one. It's a privately owned apartment so there is no place in the lobby area to leave your luggage if you need to check out but have a day to kill before your flight. You're at the mercy of the owner's schedule and having another apartment vacant for the hours you need it stored. It's a bit confusing for taxi drivers to work out where exactly they're supposed to pull in to drop off or collect. In both instances, the driver had to be on a call with the owner, speaking in Vietnamese, to understand the exact location/doors. If you just go to the address, there are two or three buildings with multiple drop offs/entrance doors.

Big apartment. Nice view and hosts are reactive. Booking stays are prohibited in the building so your stay might be illegal. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience store around which makes the experience better when it comes to live around.

The bed wasn't comfy at all. We had an "upgrade" of our room, but when we arrived, there were ants all over the place and all around the bed. They quickly suggested we either sleep in the other bedroom or change rooms, which we did, so I have to hand it to them 👍🏽. We were charged for a hole in a blanket even though none of us smoke. We hadn't really mistreated the blanket to that point, so I don't know how it happened. We had to pay 400k VND after we left for that matter. We had no access to the pool unless one of the owners would come and let us into the pool complex. You can't go whenever the mood strikes you; you have to make an appointment with a staff member to let you in, which kind of ruins the whole point of being free and on vacation. Some "really smart" architect made the plans for the shower room; the door couldn't open fully and would only open to 1/4 of its capacity because the handle got stuck against the wall.

The apartment was gorgeous, really spacious and amazing facilities for the price. Check-in is at 14:00 but the host let us check in early when we got there at 13:00 and got the room ready quickly for us which was really appreciated. There are shops and cafes nearby too.

It’s directly in front of the motorway so it was a bit of a walk to go further into places but luckily grab is super affordable! You’ll just be stuck in traffic just a little, probably 2-5 minutes, when going out.

We stayed in a spacious quiet apartment at the 39th floor. Away from the noise of the road and great views. The town center is easily reached by taxi.

Great place, we stayed here for one night before returning home. It had all the things you find in a home. There were restaurants downstairs and a convinience shop. Its about 33mins heavy traffic back to the airport.

Nothing it was all good. Maybe worth keeping some detergent for the clothes washing machine. But I understand why this would not be provided

This was the best hotel out of the hotels we stayed at in Ho Chi Minh, host was awesome, communication was great , room was nice & clean, location is perfect, value for money I will definitely stay here again if I return. Thank you

On arrival, we were informed that our apartment was unavailable. We were offered a smaller one with a mattress. We had to ask for a mattress several hours later, only to be given what looked like a homeless person's mattress. Ultimately, the owner kicked us out when we asked for a decent bed. Entering the pool required a facial scan from the staff, who we had to call every time we wanted to use it, which was very inconvenient. The apartment is generally being rented illegally, as the lobby clearly states that short-term rentals are illegal in this building.

The hotel was ok but it was not value for money. No daily cleaning was provided. Gas was quite uncomfortable to work with. Hotel was quite far from main attractions. The good part was there were lot of shops downstairs to hang around.

Przez miesiąc nie odpisywano na nasze wiadomości, musiałem się upominać aby się dowiedzieć że jest problem z miejscem, że nasz nocleg ma podobno problem z klimatyzacją. Potem oferowano nam co innego, następnie otrzymaliśmy propoycje trzech dwu-osobowych apartmentów, gdzie w jednym z nich będą materace cienkie jak mata sportowa. Finalnie udało nam się uzyskać dwa apartamenty, jeden dla dwóch osób a drugi dla 6 osób. Kolejny problem to za każdy razem jak chcieliśmy iść na basen to musieliśmy się kontaktować z obiektem. Bardzo nie polecam kontaktu z tym obiektem pomimo super jakości noclegu i komfortu spania

Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön, genauso wie auf den Bildern, mit viel Platz, Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und sogar einer Waschmaschine. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.

Leider fehlte es jedoch an Transparenz in der Kommunikation. Der Check-in lief nicht über eine Rezeption, sondern über Kontakt per WhatsApp. Ausserdem war der Zugang zu Pool oder Fitnessraum kompliziert, da überall eine Face-ID erforderlich war, die wir nicht einrichten konnten. Wir mussten deshalb jedes Mal die Vermieter kontaktieren, um Zugang zu bekommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Lobby war schwierig, und es wirkte teilweise unorganisiert und etwas intransparent. Wir mussten auch Bar bezahlen und erhielten erst nach ewigem hin und her diskutieren eine Quittung. Positiv war, dass die Person im Chat immer schnell geantwortet hat und wir am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch im Zimmer lassen durften. Insgesamt wäre der Aufenthalt mit mehr Transparenz und klareren Abläufen deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Everything was top. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The building has excellent facilities, especially the swimming pool, which was a highlight for us. The host provided great support and answered all our questions quickly. They were also very kind and helped us by keeping our luggage until later in the day, even after the normal check-out time, which we really appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Lumiere Riverside.

Värden var mycket hjälpsam. Svarade på alla frågor snabbt. Incheckning mycket smidig. Lägenheten var väldigt fräsch. Poolen fantastisk. Köket var spartanskt utrustat, fanns bara det mest nödvändiga. Ett stort plus var att lägenheten låg ca 10 minuters promenad från en nybyggd tunnelbana, vilket var det absolut snabbaste, enklaste och billigaste sättet att ta sig till centrum. En biljett kostade 2 sek.

Nice apartment, nice view from window and balcony, this apartment has a lot of convenience around.

We had to move to another apartment a lot of times, my friend who stayed with me was mad about this, some bathroom is so dirty, no towels, the staff was nice but the other things is so annoying
