Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, perfekt für Sightseeing in Oslo. Vermieter war sehr gut über E-Mail zu erreichen, auf Anfragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet.

Die zentrale Lage, man konnte alles einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben

Der obere Schlafbereich war sehr warm und stickig. Die zentrale Lage hatte auch den Nachteil, dass bis früh am Morgen laute Musik aus der Bar nebenan zu hören war. Dadurch war die Wahl zwischen Fenster zu ohne Lärm, dafür aber sehr warm Und stickig oder andersrum. Das war echt nervig und hat das schlafen gestört

Well presented and secure apartment in city centre. Close to transport and local attractions. Clean and comfortable for 2 persons. Key pick up instructions straight forward and easy. We didn’t cook or do laundry but convenience of oven and washing machine available. There is also a freezer which other places we stayed didn’t have. Nice to freeze ice blocks to keep picnic food cool. Netflix also available. Yes it gets warm if windows left closed. However open windows and run portable fan to cool mezzanine area as apartment warms up during warm day. Yes you can hear trams, but this happens in many European cities. Bring ear plugs. Perhaps host can supply a simple step ladder for opening higher windows and reaching freezer!

As mentioned you can hear trams but we expected this from previous reviews. Ear plugs worked and we slept well. Value wise, we paid more per night compared to other apartments we stayed at on our Norway trip however we found Oslo an expensive city overall.

L'excellent emplacement, génial pour une première visite à Oslo! La gentillesse et la réactivité de l'hôte ! La facilité d'accès ! La machine à laver et le lave vaisselle !

Nous étions à Oslo pendant la vague de chaleur, malgré les fenêtres ouvertes, nous avons eu du mal à faire baisser la température la nuit.

L’unica cosa che ci era piaciuto di questo appartamento è la posizione. Per il resto non vedavamo l’ora di partire.

Direi che dal primo giorno dell arrivo ci siamo ritrovati dentro questo appartamento dove faceva troppo caldo dentro, sia nel corridoio dello stabile che nell’appartamento. Entrando ci siamo trovati davanti anche uno stendino con la biancheria, tappeti ecc stesi e non mi sembra una cosa corretta. Solitamente nelle strutture del genere dovrebbero lasciare magari almeno una bottiglia d’acqua e nel caso della presenza di una macchinetta del caffè almeno una capsula per persona, invece non c era niente. Visto che il termostato non si poteva regolare abbiamo dovuto lasciare le finestre aperte per arieggiare la casa ma non è servito a niente dato che tutto il calore si era soffermato tutto in alto dove c è anche il posto per dormire. Insomma esperienza terribile ed è da evitare! Non consiglio!

Location just on a very frequent tram line, so noisy. Bed is too soft and the pillows were worse. Just enough toilet paper for 2 days. Not ready in time for our arrival when we had received confirmation that it would. We had to wait an extra hour and 15 minutes approximately. Refrigerator hard to reach, freezer impossible. Drying linen and towels drying on a rack in the living area. Getting rid of the trash is an expedition.

A entrega das chaves e indicaco do apartamento. A localizacao das chaves estava mal indicada. Entramos num edificio com o numero da porta correcto e afinal as chaves estavam no supermercado ao lado - nada evidente ! levamos tempo ate la chegar. Deram nos as chaves do apartamente errado ! tivemos de voltar ao supermercado ... afinal o numero do apartamento era outro. Finalmente ja no apartamento certo havia um estendal com roupa a secar !! Em sumario pessima experiencia ! nao vamos voltar nem recomendar.

All good except the one issue of gaining access. The key code not send before arrival.... Took some time to sort but host did her best to remedy the situation.

- Amazing value for money, I would book again - Very close to the main train station, the opera and a tram stop. - We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and we had enough space. - The appartment is very cosy and it feels very new - The owner was helpfull and flexible with us

- We were a bit unsure about the air evacuation while cooking and we were not feeling confortable to cook something.

The location

The key wouldn't open the apartment door. I sent a message via WhatsApp and Booking.com, and they told me they had mistakenly sent the wrong apartment number. So, we went through several doors and long corridors until we finally found the right apartment. The check-in and check-out instructions are very confusing; it seems they weren't done by a professional. The towels and sheets are hanging in the living room with an unpleasant smell. The sofa and tablecloth have stains and look dirty, leading me to believe that the other items in the apartment are also dirty. The Nespresso machine wasn't working. The refrigerator wasn't on the floor, so it was almost impossible to reach the freezer. The shower drain wasn't good enough to drain the water properly, and the bathroom stayed wet. There were some strange items in the apartment, like a lot of nail polish. It wasn’t a pleasant stay and I do not recommend it.

Sentral beliggenhet, god seng. Hyggelig sted med en del mangler.

Tørkestativ med våte sengeklær og håndklær står i stua, ikke hyggelig å komme inn til! Sur lukt av håndklærne vi fikk til bruk. Måtte bruke kofferten til sofabord da det manglet. Sofaen trenger en vask. Veldig varmt å sove på hemsen. Måtte ringe for å få koden til å hente nøkkelen.

Our check in was delayed by 30 mins and wet sheets and towels from the previous occupants were on the drying rack in the lounge room when we arrived. Also, more information regarding the coffee machine would have been helpful.

Window onto busy street with trams going past til late and starting early.

The property is brilliantly located in the centre of Oslo, just a short distance away from all the major attractions and a minute walk away to the bus stop where you can take the number 30 to The Norwegian Museum of Cultural History (Norse Folkemuseum). The property itself was clean, cosy, and quiet with a comfortable bed on the mezzanine floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Host was fantastic and provided clear instructions for key collection which was very easy from the joker shop which is located within a minute walking distance. We were also very grateful for the Host’s flexibility when it came to our check out, which helped us tremendously when we had a boat trip booked on our last day. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Smelly I know it’s hot but that could’ve been avoided washing machine was in Norwegian and the water wasn’t running to it should’ve provided translation at least The sheets made me itch for two days even tho they said they changed them had to get another place to sleep

Picking up the keys from the 24 hour Joker store 1 min from the apartment was simple, flexible and secure. The apartment is extremely well designed with excellent use of space. The excellent bed is on a mezzanine with good storage and hanging space upstairs. There's also good hanging space near the entrance. The stairs are very solid and not too steep. Very well equipped full kitchen with salt, sugar, baking paper, cling film and a great array of glasses, plates, bowls etc. Excellent couch and TV with Amazon Prime. Good light and quality windows for some fresh air. Nice and warm apartment. Excellent bathroom with a good amount of toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo supplied. Very well built, secure and quiet apartment located 5 mins to the station, Coop supermarket and the tram at the front door.

Take a sleeping mask as it's a little bit light at night for sleeping.

The apartment was located in a great area. Check in was so easy. Very comfortable.

We had no complaints on anything about the apartment.

The property is very central but I never had any issues sleeping due to noise. The building is lovely with a beautiful black marble staircase between floors. The apartment has a very high ceiling which makes it very suitable for a studio. The shower is perfect with a lovely design and great pressure. The train station is 5 minutes away on foot so you could conceivably be from the door to the airport in 30 minutes if you needed.

I encountered one issue when checking in, there are two fobs on the keyring. One black and one green. It is clearly stated on the welcome message to use the Green one but I didn’t read that in enough detail so if you find yourself with a fob issue. Check you’re using the Green one. I didn’t have further issues after I read the message properly.

It’s a very nice apt near train station and city centre. The heated floor in bathroom, house slippers and modern decor were great features.

There was a nespresso machine but no coffee pods. Sure we could have bought some but they only come in large packages and nowhere else had that kind of coffee maker. This was our most expensive rental in Norway. Also, the complicated instructions for getting key/fob was not provided in advance. To dispose of garbage is also a complicated process where you have a series of doors and floors to navigate- the instructions were handwritten and not easy to follow. Also, no instructions for tv and unable to adjust view which only displayed sideways.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic central location - we could walk everywhere. It’s really nicely styled and felt very homey, and has everything you could need for a short stay. Very clever use of space in the loft style, with a full bathroom and kitchen and comfy bed. The host was lovely and very accommodating to our requests which we really appreciated!

As others mentioned is quite warm if the temperature is hot outside (it’s well insulated!), but we were fine with opening the windows during the day to let some air in, and then using the fan at night. The window glazing blocks the street noise very well when the windows are closed.

Good use of space and well done, great to have a washing machine.
