The place was super clean. Beautiful decor. Spacious rooms. Everything was in place. Nothing to complain about really.

The property was not secure We had to park our hired car on the yard near the street with no security No lounge area for 8 guest only can hold 3 people Kitchen area cramped with a huge table couldn't move when people was seated Especially to the fridge and sink Really unfortunate Bathroom with the bath shower curtain ineffective water was running on to the floor even though the curtains was changed not great The area outside not enough to relax and hard to dine with 8 people Traffic during the peak period s was terrible taxi s and busses grid locked the intersections

Our host was in constant contact with me to can make our check in smooth. She waited for us at the house and showed us the facilities in the house as well as the lock code for the house.

Its a safe place ...we parked outside without any issues

The location is great, it is easy to get onto the N2 freeway taking approximately10mins into the CBD. In walking distance to fast food restuarants, and Obz cafe.

The one bedroom window had a little rattle which kept me awake.

Jazzy was very friendly and she helped to accommodate our needs. The place was clean. Checking in and out was easy.

The area is not a very good area. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods and no starter coffee, tea, sugar ( all the other placed we have been staying did have it.there is a washing machine but no tumble dryer

Everything was very good. Would have liked more Coffee sachets. There were only 4 and we were 6..and some milk in the fridge would have been nice. There is a nespresso machine but no pods provided Rooms were very spacious and neat It was also very hot and no fans in the unit.

The place was very clean and homely.My girls and I really enjoyed.

I booked for my clients, and it was their first time in Cape Town. Jazzy (The Host Lady) made the process so easy. Check-in was smooth,she went beyond the call of duty. Great communication,she was always available on call and msg. The house is very clean,exactly as photos. My clients had a very comfortable stay,they even had braai on their last night😃. I highly recommend booking this property. Thank you once again Jazzy😍,I will definitely book again,hopefully for myself also🤭

I liked everything about the accommodation. The house manager was so friendly and welcoming. It was like home away from home.

The location is centrally located, and we could easily reach attractions in 15-20 minutes. The property is also great for a bigger family vacation.

The location was perfect, very walkable. Lots of hidden gems within a 10 minute walk. The natural light in the home made it cozy and welcoming

No cleaning supplies for a longer stay and running out of toilet tissue.

Atlist change beds especially the 3rd bedroom the other couple had to take the mattress and put in on the floor so that they can sleep peacefully and duvet inner must also be changed. Other than that everything was good

It was self catering, location was perfect.

There is no one to greet you, and I thought several of the house rules were absurd, particularly the one that requires you to return everything to as you found it. First, you have to get up early in order to pack back the dishes, make the beds, and finish the remaining tasks before checking out at 10:00 a.m. I thought it odd that there was no one present to clean while you were there. Although I have taken vacations in other locations, this was my first time, and I wasn't pleased with the arrangement—unless that's what you get from Cape Town, that is.

It's well located. The house was very clean, but had no lounge, only 4 nice spacious bedrooms, a kitchen with a table with 2 benches and 2 bathrooms, exactly as per images. It would have been super helpful if there was a lounge or comfortable seating after our 6 hour drive. The WiFi's not the best, it's on and off and there's basically no cellphone reception. Should this have been a relaxing leisure trip it would have been very frustrating with regards to signal and comfortability watching TV. It helped that we had prior arrangements and that the unit was only a place to sleep. The toilet paper was not the best only 1 ply and already used rolls so it was not enough for 8 people. There's also a yearbook full of house rules and it was made clear that no parties are allowed and that the neighbours WILL complain should there be any inappropriate behaviour which left a bad taste in my mouth as we had no intention of doing any of that. 3 x people knocked on the door trying to sell stuff so we had to keep the front door closed. The passage between our unit and the neighbours allows for no privacy they can basically hear and see everything and all his motorbikes are parked there. The cherry on top for me was the fact that we were not allowed access to the property without copies of our ID's. So they received our money a week ago already, but the ID's would give us access, what a bad start to which could've been a great stay. Otherwise we really had a comfortable sleep.

The check in process was a hassle. Instructions should have been sent ahead to ensure a smooth check in. Check in times are also crazy late. The beddings are full of bed bugs.

A few more toilet rolls would have come in handy as we were 8 adults who stayed there for 2 nights , and we ran out of toilet paper on the last day and had to go buy.

Location, reasonably safe, nice walk around the neighborhood and quaint cafes. Just pickup the key from the lock box. Clean house, clean rooms, floors, sheets, linen and towels. Nice view to Lions Head mountain (when you step out of the house)

Very good location. Easy to access. Close to the key points we wanted to see and experience. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone. Clean, neat, tidy. Very nice place. Good value for your money.

Because it is a street front - when we left the door open for fresh air, the "street people" harassed us. The door must stay closed, and it is stuffy hot then. maybe invest in some fans for the rooms? I understand that we cannot leave food, but eish that was a problem for us who fly back to Jhb.

A gem of a house, with modern facilities. Quiet and safe. Comfortable beds.

Hot water hopelessly insufficient for a number of people staying. A lounge area/sitting room would have been ideal. Insufficient towels provided for number of guests staying.

More than sufficient for a few days of exploring in Cape town. Very clean and tidy with everything you could need.

The house is definitely what we saw and more. It's was clean and comfortable we had a great time there. It's definitely a home from home 😁. Thank you for reception always checking if we need anything.

Location was a little uncomfortable. Lots of drunk people walking around the streets and it didn't make us feel safe

The accommodation was spacious and very clean. We loved our night there! The owners were friendly and made themselves available to us. Perfect!

Used the house as a space to get dressed for my wedding down the road and the rooms were perfect for the pictures and so convenient for my husband and myself and our bridal party to stay at after the wedding. The hosts were super kind and friendly and we will definitely be back. Rooms are so beautiful and spacious. Beds are comfy and the house is exactly as pictured

Very clean and nicely furnished apartment well situated to go anywhere in Cape Town. Comfortable beds and fully equipped modern kitchen. Good safety due to alarm system and multiple locks in place.

This apartment is very well suited for travellers, who primarily need a nice place to sleep and eat. For an extended inhouse stay it lacks a comfortable seating area such as a living room. The owner is always availabe in case any help is needed.

I liked everything about the apartment specially the comfortable beds the location is also exceptional.
