There is no a good view. Even can’t see the encore Malaysia from the room. The room bed is a bit old, TV remote control and aircon not functioning well.

The beds were low, one broken and caused back pain. The lifts took a long time to reach us and we had to walk 16 floor down.

We mentioned the issue with the bed linen to the owner but did not receive any response afterward. The sofa is very low, which makes it quite difficult to use, especially for someone with knee problems. It would also be helpful if the kitchen had a few more utensils, such as a proper knife.

Unfortunately the room water heater was not functioning and unable to switch room due to unavailability so whole family have to take cold shower. We were also banned from the pool due to duplicate room card not allowed by security.

Be cautious when checking into your room—it's best to take photos or a video of the room's condition upon arrival. The hosts have been leave dirty bed linens unwashed, only tidying them up to appear clean. Worse, they also deduct your deposit for stains that were already there. To avoid unnecessary charges, document everything as proof!

Waiting for elevator for almost 1hour is not a joke. 1 tower with 38 floors just got only 4 elevator with small capacity. I’m sick

1. Too many homestay at the same condo resulted the facilities was crowded with people. 2. Lift speed is slow resulted waiting time at lift lobby very long. Not mentioned about peak hour where nid to wait 2 to 3 lift car to arrive. 3. Unit common bathroom water heater was not functioning.

Sufficient towels and toiletries are provided. Kitchen is family friendly. Hassle free check in systen. Thank you host for quick response. Will definitely return to stay.
