Dimitra Hotel & Apartments by Omilos Hotels

The hotel was very clean . The staff very friendly. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The bedroom was ok the bathroom was new.

The only problem was not enough storage space.

On arrival meet by a lovely lady who checked us in, hotel also very kindly accommodated our request for a sea view. Room was very clean and towels, toiletries provided - we stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was served till 1030 and had a reasonable selection of both hot and cold items, we were always down about 10 and most of the fresh fruit had gone but you could ask for more. The staff were all very friendly, the pool area clean and the cabana's very comfortable. Safe was charged at EUR2 per day and tax of EUR3 per day paid on arrival. There is a Chinese restaurant at the front of the hotel, you then cross over the road and down a slope to the beach area. There are a couple of bars/restaurants on the beach where sunbeds are provided. for a fee. There are some other local restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, a pharmacy a couple of minutes walk and large supermarket around 7 minutes walk. There is some private parking area at the hotel.

Bathrooms are compact. The shower in the room we had was awful, tiny cubicle & no water pressure just came out as a dribble, the shower head appeared to be old. Only there for a couple of days so I used the showers down at the pool area which was fine, couple of other guests were also doing this. Bathrooms were quite old and in my opinion could be modernized to a wet room We never had issue getting one of the lovely cabanas around the pool, however other than the 4 cabanas there was a total of 9 sunbeds which wasn't many given the number of rooms.

The staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was pleasant and the pool was great! Nice sea view from superior apartment.

The beds could be more comfortable and the superior rooms are pretty dated and very used. The apartment was very dark but it still worked it our situation.

Great location. Amazing friendly staff. extremely clean. Excellent breakfast

The beds were a bit firm

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Internet was very slow and often not working.

Very convenient from the airport. Very well kept. Great value for money.

The air con was a bit rattly but other than that all very good

My family and I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Dimitra Hotel & Apartments! The location is excellent just a 2-minute walk to the beach, with a lovely, spacious pool on-site that we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious every morning and gave us a great start to the day. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone from the receptionists and bar lady to the kitchen team was so welcoming. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staffs, who went above and beyond and was exceptionally kind and friendly to my 17-month-old son. We were thoroughly impressed and would love to return!

Posizione fronte mare ok, colazione buona, letti abbastanza comodi.

L' appartamento troppo datato, peccato

Nice, clean environment, with great personnel

Parking was a bit rough

Tutto: accoglienza, pulizia, colazione super! Tutto perfetto!

Niente

Hotel star consigliato!!!

La pulizia della camera

Bardzo sympatyczny personel, dobra lokalizacja.

Trevlig personal

Hårda kuddar, extrasängarna var hårda

Nettes Personal und die Sauberkeit

Wenig Auswahl fur Vegetarier beim Frühstück

The breakfast the hotel provided was delicious. Staff were very helpful when it came to booking taxis/ transfers. We also had some air conditioning issues in our room which they tried their best to help us fix. The location of the hotel was not a far walk from some very delicious taverns, as well as a yummy Chinese restaurant when you want a break from Greek food!

Unless you have a car, it is a bit hard to get around. The taxis were quite expensive. However, if you are wanting to just relax by the beach it is a great location for that.

Ants all over the room floor, room smell sewer

Not like the photos at all. Checked out straight away did not stay ! Booked myself another place and did not even get asked why I left

Great stay!

All was great

Perfect location to be close to Herakalion Airport and across the road from the beach! The hotel was very clean with a great pool area with lots of sunbeds available. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and had free parking in a lot next door. A fantastic staff that were happy and fun! A special thanks to Elisabeth and Ava for their exceptional hospitality and everyone there that I did not get names. Also the breakfast was amazing, they cooked our eggs to order and an amazing layout of food including really good bacon! We loved this hotel so much we cancelled a hotel at another location for our flight out Crete and booking this one again for one night when we departed. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Nothing - I loved this place

Miam. Le personnel très gentil.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas 😟

Pulita e accogliente Il personale bravissimi e gentili

The lady at the reception was extraordinarily kind. The breakfast is very good. The only issue was with the hot water. On the second day, I noticed it is a matter of timing: after 9 a.m. there was no more hot water. On the first day, we ended up having lukewarm water, which wasn’t great given how cold it was. This is something that should be reviewed. Everything else was good.

The staff was wonderful! They went out of their way to recommend places and give me tips on Greek food and life. My favorite part of my stay :) The pool was nice and well kept. The air conditioner worked well.

The mold in the shower, lack of outlets, and broken hook in the bathroom for the hand towel

Beautiful hotel for a very reasonable price, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. Cleaning staff did an excellent job, the whole place was immaculately cleaned daily.

Beds were very uncomfortable, extremely hard mattresses which made sleeping difficult. Room not very sound proof, could hear noise coming from other rooms and communal areas late at night and early morning

Everything! The staff was amazing. Elizabeth and Ava were absolutely fabulous 😍 I love this place! Friendly and warm! A three minute walk to the beach and a beautiful pool. Close walk to restraunts and shops!

Nothing!

Reception, cleaning, support staff, breakfast, and guidance, exceptional.

Nothing.

Prima hotel ontbijt zoals in eerdere reviews beschreven was fantastisch.

Excelent raport calitate pret.

Book this if you need to get to the airport on time, and if you want to swim in the sea. It has the most amazing beach for swimming just outside. Also, delicious restaurant down the road. Can’t remember the name, but it was the second on the right, after turning left out of the driveway.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in. The “Orange juice” was not orange juice, just some kind of chemical cocktail.

Curățenie zilnica in camera, personal amabil, mâncare foarte buna, plaja vis a vis de hotel, zona liniștită.

Great hotel, excellent location, at 1 minute walk from beach. Very good breakfast, nice pool. This is the second time spending here my holidays, and I will go back, for sure! I want to tell special thanks to the ladies at the reception: Elisabeta, Eva, Kalia,..many thanks for your kindness! It was a wonderful holiday!

All the staff were so accommodating and lovely! Room was cleaned everyday, pool facilities were always clean, breakfast was amazing! Hotel is right opposite a lovely beach. And bus stops and shops were about 5-10 min walk which was perfect.

Kind staff and very helpfull!

Hôtel bien insonorisé, on entend a peine les avions.Tres propre.

Thanks for everything!

Milá obsluha, čisté, prostorné pokoje, super výhled a dobrá lokalita.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff took excellent care of me throughout my visit. When I couldn’t make it to breakfast, they kindly prepared a lunch box for me, and when I arrived late at night, I was welcomed with water and another lunch box waiting for me. Everyone at the reception was very friendly, and we had lovely conversations. The whole atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and genuinely welcoming. A big thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and thoughtful experience.
