It was quite noisy throughout the night with noise from traffic

Spacious rooms.

No cleaning. On a shared floor with a bunch of commercial businesses which felt odd. We were also not allowed to use the main elevators if we had bags which wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take the back elevator almost 15 minutes to come most days.

Saya ingin menyampaikan terima kasih khusus kepada Mas Marwan atas sambutannya yang hangat, keramahannya, serta bantuannya yang sangat berharga selama kami menginap, sehingga membuat masa tinggal kami menjadi jauh lebih nyaman. ​Secara keseluruhan tempatnya bagus dan kami tentu ingin kembali menginap di sini lagi!

مساحة الصالة صغيرة ولا يوجد خدمة نظافة للشقق الا بمبلغ اضافي (لأنني استأجرت ٤ ليالي ولم يتم اعلامي الا وقت الوصول)

Het was schoon, om de hoek genoeg plekken waar je eten kan halen.

Het was prima. Alleen een beetje gek dat het in een kantoorpand zit, met allemaal lege kantoren eromheen.

It was comfortable, clean and suitable for a family.

The apartment needs a proper kettle as there is a water dispenser with a hot water tap but it wasn’t hot . Would still recommend

The apartment was fairly new. Washing machine and filtered water available for us. Staff was also very attentive and responsive.

Killed 2 baby cockroaches during the second night we were there. They need to provide more toilet mat for the wet floor

The space was quiet and comfortable. Lovely pool, gym and sauna amenities. Staff were lovely and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and good food.

Good location

The property isn’t finished. The apartments are still being finished and this should be made clear to guests before booking. Two bedroom apartment but one room has a mattress on the floor as the 4th bed. No AC in the gym makes it too hot to use. No furniture around pool so no place to relax Cheap furnishings and poorly thought through design and fitting.

الأريكة أو الكنبة لم تكن مريحة أبداً لايوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف المكواة كانت سيئة

نظافة الغرف وتعاون موظفين الاستقبال واخص بالشكر الموظف /مروان وكان الجميع متعاون جدًا

Clean and comfortable. Centrally located in Bandung. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is located in the center of Bandung. There is a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. There is a washing machine to wash clothes which is nice addition if you need it.

check in of 3PM is on the late side.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The gym had nice machines and enough equipment to do full body workouts. The staff (especially Mirwan) were helpful and polite. The location was also convenient.

We stayed in three different rooms in Savya during our two and a half week stay. Each room had their pros and cons. Some rooms were quieter (less traffic noise) than others, and some had better lighting and ventilation. Also, in 2 out of 3 of our rooms, the stove would frequently turn off and on while we were cooking.

I love the location. Easy access, walking distance to tourist attraction such as Braga Street. there are alot of cafe and restaurants nearby.

Great modern and clean rooms with good living space for family. Excellent location for the family near central Braga area. Beautiful, large rooftop pool, well-appointed gym. Breakfast not available, but cafe and restaurants in complex and nearby outside. The reception was super friendly, and Pak Mriwan was super helpful, accommodating, and professional.

Kitchen sink faucet sprays water beyond the sink and should be upgraded; some smell also coming from the sink drain and probably can be easily addressed.

Schönes Appartement, Schlafzimmer und netter abgetrennter Schlafbereich für unsere Tochter. Schöner Blick auf die Stadt. Großer Pool auf dem Dach, auch genutzt, Gym und Sauna nicht ausprobiert Trinkwasserautomat im Zimmer ist gut. Man hätte sogar kochen können, in der kleinen Küche waren Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr vorhanden. Der Netflix Zugang ist auch eine nette Sache.

Tiefgarage ist ziemlich eng, wir durften in der zweiten Nacht dann draußen parken. Leider keine Liegen oder Handtücher für Pool. Es ist nachts ziemlich laut, man hört deutlich den Straßenlärm.

The apartment is modern, clean, and well furnished. I love how much light the apartment gets throughout the day. The view from the apartment is majestic! The reception staff were the highlights, particularly Ilham and Farhan (?); they were professional and super helpful in making my stay very enjoyable. The only downside is the location, which is in central Bandung, while most of the fun and vibrant things that Bandung offers are located in the North. That said, for a short stay, this apartment was perfect!

Deze was iets kleiner dan een die we paar nachten eerder hadden in het gebouw maar nog steeds prima met goede faciliteiten, het zwembad is mooi groot. Warm en koud drinkwater dispenser, en lekkere douche. Mooi uitzicht ook. Handig om ook even (zelf) te wassen.

الأثاث مزدحم ديكور السرير سوف تعاني اذا كان لديك طفل صغير العزل سيء صوت الدبابات مزعج وصلت الساعة واحدة ظهراً ولم يسمح لي بالدخول حتى الساعة الثالثة

Proses check in yang cepat & petugas yang ramah dan helpfull. Ruangan sangat bersih, luas dan nyaman. Semua akomodasi sudah disiapkan dengan lengkap. Semua channel TV tersedia lengkap sampai kami rasanya enggan keluar dari unit. Lokasi sangat strategis dan wisata kuliner malam di sepanjang jalan Lengkong kecil. Kami berjalan pagi untuk ngopi di Makmur Jaya lanjut jalan cari sarapan di Hutanika Asia Afrika. Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan bermalam di Savya Hquarter.

AC di setiap kamar bunyinya agak berisik dan kami tidak bisa merubah setting AC.

أعجبني نظافة الوحدة ومساحتها حيث انني اخذت جناح عائلي وحيث انه أيضاً قريب من شارع مليئ بالخدمات والاسواق وايضاً قرب البقالة منه كما أدين بالشكر الجزيل للأخ مروان على حسن تعامله وسرعة تجاوبه الدائم

عدم تنظيف الوحدة الا برسوم وذلك مقابل 300 الف روبية اندونيسي اي ما يقارب 63 ريال سعودي تقريباً للتنظيف مرة واحدة وأيضاً طلبت سرير رضيع حال وصولي ولم يتم توفيره حيث أخبرني الموظف أن خدمات توفير مثل هذه الطلبات فقط من الساعة العاشرة صباحاً حتى الساعة الخامسة مساءا فقط ما أجبرني الى انتظار السرير الى اليوم التالي

The floor in shower should have floor mats due to being supper slippery when wet and dangerous to falling The tap in the bathroom pours more water on top of the counter than in the sink. Would be good to give extra toilet paper as we stayed for 4 days.

The room was cosy, and all the staff—especially Mirwan Puaddi—were very helpful and always ensured we had everything we needed. We also loved the fact there's a coffee shop right outside the building!

Location, facilities, the good welcome and attention given by mr. Mirwan on our arrival as well when we were checking out. We got 2 access cards used for accesing the rooms, lifts, pool & gym, which comes very handy for us travelling with 2 teenagers, we also got a parking card for our car, during the stay. There are a lot of avalaible parking spots in the basement, and you can directly access your room floor from the basements lift.

The bed was too / extra soft, that you could slip off when sitting on the corner/edges of the bed. The kitchen sink tap needs an aerator/nozzle which I think is missing and it gets you wet while washing the dishes.

Het appartement was voldoende ruim. Alles was voorzien om een perfect verblijf te hebben. De fitness en het zwembad waren heel proper. We hebben heel goed geslapen in de bedden. In de keuken was alles voorzien om te koken als je daar zin in hebt en ook wasmiddel om wat kleren te kunnen wassen. Er was ook een klein droogrek om je kleren te laten drogen. Vlak achter het hotel waren er heel wat eetkraampjes en restaurants. We kregen twee kaarten om de kamer binnen te kunnen, dit was heel gemakkelijk.

Het enige nadeel was dat er niet zoveel warm water was om met twee personen na elkaar te douchen.

Bersih. Luas. Selesa. Cantik. Urusan keluar masuk juga mudah. Terima kasih. Sangat berpuas hati.

Overall, we were satisfied with our 4-night stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and Grab services readily available, making it very convenient to get around. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout our stay.

The only downside was that the unit felt a little small for three adults. Space was somewhat limited for moving around comfortably, and it was a bit challenging to perform prayers in the room.

المكان والنظافة والخدمة ممتازة ظننت مافي مطاعم او خدمات ولكن موقع هذه الشقق عجيب. تمشي دقيقة من الحوش الخلفي و بتحصل اكثر من 10 مطاعم غير الباعة المتجولين. البقاله مشي دقيقتين. وسط المدينة. واجد مناسب وآمن للعوائل.

The place was clean.. and comfortable. The washing machine worked fine, TV had Netflix. The bed were so comfy. We liked the place..!!

The issue was only when we , three of us took turn on showering , I was the last person and the water was cold. The heater didnt work for the last person. And the staff when we left he said something about too bad that we were taking the main lift. Seems there was a strict rules about using the lift and carrying luggage, (we brought 2 small size of luggage ) but we just simply forgot about the rule. Other than that we were happy and definitely will come back

Clean, comfortable, the bed is the best and has many pillows, they have complete amenities and towels, hairdryer and iron too.. great location, just a minute walk to lengkong culinary night, and 10-15mins to the viral spot of bandung (like gedung merdeka, alun2, braga)

Because this is a new building, you’ll probably see some workers still doing construction. Also, the aparthotel shares the same building with office spaces, so yeah… it’s an aparthotel, not exactly a full hotel vibe, but it’s still comfortable 😊

The hotel location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the check-in process was very quick and efficient. It was also conveniently close to services and amenities.

I could not sleep because of the street noise and the poor sound insulation. It felt like I was sleeping on the street due to the loud noise from motorcycles and cars. The soundproofing was extremely poor.
