Reviewed May 3, 2026Emplacement exceptionnel proche de tout et facile pour se déplacer. Immeuble sécurisé, appartement très confortable et propre, proprio très dispo pour t’aider à avoir les infos à temps.
Il y avait des travaux de constructions d’un immeuble adjacent ce qui rend la rue très bruyante aussi la circulation des voitures et moto durant la nuit. J’aurais aimé que l’appart soit insonorisé.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Mooi appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. Heel dicht bij vele restaurants en winkelcentrum met grote supermarkt. Goede ligging om les jardins de Majorelle te bezoeken
Het appartement ligt naast een moskee en recht tegenover een school in een straat waar veel bouwwerken aan de hand zijn. Er is reeds van 's morgens heel vroeg veel lawaai en maakt het moeilijk om echt uit te slapen

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Appartement sublime, la literie est confortable, rien a dire sur la propreté et les équipements. Quartier bien fréquenté et sécurisant. Centre commercial et restaurants à proximité à pieds. Laurence est également très disponible pour répondre a toutes vos questions, ce qui est très appréciable.
Seul bémol, on entend les bruits de la rue même fenêtres fermé, attention aux dormeurs avec un sommeil léger (comme moi) prévoyez des boule quies.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Het appartment was zeer hygiënisch schoon. De locatie is top dichtbij winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Erg fijn dat het huis goed verwarmd kon worden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in huis. Erg vriendelijke verhuurster. Zeker een aanrader!

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025Everything was great. We liked the location, there is a Carrefour close to it, you can have breakfast in the place next door to the entrance, there are café, restaurants, patisseries around.
A bit noisy, but I think this is general in the city.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and ideally located in the centre of Guilez. With shops and restaurants at the end of either side of the street. Would highly recommend for anyone with it being a secure location.
Had a slight issue with the AC not fully working in the bedrooms, which was addressed promptly the following day with an engineer visit to resolve the matter.
