Air China Hongqiao Airport Hotel - Air China BoYue Hotel

So easy to check in and go through security! They made an effort for our honeymoon and the room was gorgeous! Breakfast was great and room service too.

Nothing!

Rooms are neat & clean. Hotel location is Excellent for Business traveler.

Location and cleanliness

Close to rail and airport

I stay at this hotel regularly and have always been very satisfied. The staff are friendly and professional, the hotel is clean, and the location is excellent. The breakfast is also very good. A reliable choice that I’m always happy to return to.

Location

There was no option for a triple room.

Great proximity to check in

Rooms are small but adequate.

The location was ideal as I got to catch an early bullet train at the Hongqiao Train Station the next morning.

The room was a bit stuffy given it was a windowless room, and I suspected the cleanliness of the bedsheets.

9,5 sur 10

Tout

Very convenient location, excellent for transition from Hongqiao to Pudong airport

Good space ,& near to T2 foodcourt

Flush was faulty sometimes in WC

BEST VALUE FOR MONEY TO STAY INSIDE TERMINAL 2

FEW STAFF MEMBERS SPEAK REASONABLE LEVEL OF ENGLISH

Location very well, good gym.

Facility is a bit old, and I did not get the same room type in my booking (but I did not have any energy to complain and change), so make sure to double check with them when you check in. VIP check-in and security check does not apply to people with checkin luggage. No robot service to room for takeouts.

spotless toilet, sink and shower room; smooth water drainage (experienced such problems with the latter during my 2 previous stays at another hotels in Shanghai)

everything was good, no complaints except probably the little trouble with finding a way to switch off the tv with the welcoming screen: the switch off button on the remote control didn’t respond at first.

great for a short rest after a long journey. Good food. Good overall.

Staff

Hotel in aeroporto terminal 2

Mycket bra frukost. Mycket att välja på. Både kontinental och kinesisk.

the ATM in the foyer

How hard it was for a Taxi driver to find from T1 to T2

DENTRO DO AEROPORTO, FIZEMOS NOSSO CHECK-IN A 500 METROS DA RECEPÇÃO DO HOTEL, MUITA FACILIDADE. INSTALAÇÕES EXCELENTES CONFORTO MUITO BOM

O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É MUITO CARO, SALVO ENGANO, É 150 YUAN

Location - very convenient. Room - good size. Welcome snacks - Loved the welcome fruits and snacks/ nuts (made my day!)

Price - hotel is expensive. Laundry - no complimentary laundry service despite the high price.

Cleaness

We had an early morning flight and stayed at the Air China BoYue Hotel, just one minute from the check-in counters. It was extremely convenient, with friendly staff and a comfortable room.

Close to transport and clean

Noise

Blisko lotniska i dworca kolejowego. Pokój czysty i z udogodnieniami.

Very easy to walk through the hotel lobby to the airport terminal. It was the perfect place to stay to catch an early morning flight. We enjoyed a very nice dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Lacking of entertainment

Location to terminal 2 and security check was very close As well as places to eat

Room was a little too hot and lowering the temperature in room was very slow

Location for early departures, especially from Terminal 2, cannot be better. Excellent service with a luxury quality level and quiet rooms enabling any busy travellers to get a decent rest.

Rooms are relatively small with some without windows but they are quiet, cosy and well ventilated.

Very comfortable and clean and there is no noise
