Location is perfect. My son will go to the test center at early morning,so the location is fantastic. Also the breakfast is terrific. Fr,fresh flowers, ,everything is clean and nice.

He thought the length of the bed are little short. So it could be better if the bed are bih

Breakfast and the Bistro were both excellent for choice and quality. The room was modern and comfortable on a corner with windows and a view on 2 sides which was lovely. We left a phone in the Taxi and the Hotel found the Taxi and had the phone delivered to us at the airport which was beyond expectation. Easy walk to Hongqiao Rail.

The staff are very friendly, Mr. Bai at the front desk helped us a lot.

Close to shopping mall and Hongqiao train station. We’ve been upgraded to the main suit, the room is very spacious and modern, very happy with the stay. Accommodating for babies as well.

Everything was OK. People at the Hotel are not so well informed and not so in English, considering it is an international brand Hotel.

Great hotel. Only minus. I have paid business lounge acces, but it was closed... they could at lest offer a bottle of wine...

The staff is very courteous. The rooms are very spacious and well lit. The staff makes every effort to make your stay comfortable. Proud to be a Ihg member. At the same time stayed at Hyatt at the Bund and had the worst experience ever. Would prefer ihg over hyatt

Nice hotel, perfect location close to Railway station. Staff has been really kind and we got an upgrade from them for free, so we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Location to the airport.

I was charge twice for one of the rooms. Raised the issue via booking.com to the hotel. They denied it. I provided copies of my statement showing the double charge…still they reject the issue. They will not issue a correction.

Registration cannot find my reservation under Expedia. Junior staff has no clue on what she does. Manager assisted and she only found 1 room booked. I have to spend 35 mins for a check in. For a 5 star priced hotel? No coffee after 5:30pm at lobby and service staff not aware. toliet bath tiles can see stain and moldy, Cleaning staff leave rubbish on the floor. Sent for laundry, waited 3 days. The only consolation is the conceige, Jack Liu who was the most helpful. And the GM. other than that, can forget about this hotel, is for the locals to patronize.

In general the hotel is very good BUT, there is no room service at all. The western food restaurant ants in the hotel opens at 5:30pm.The Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Property is near big exhibition center (10 minutes). Rooms are nice, clean and very quiet. Staff is very friendly however their English is extremely limited. For a Western hotel brand more emphasis should be placed in having English speaking staff.

Great hotel breakfast is amazing. Very far from pudong Airport be carefully when you book this hotel because Shanghai have 4 airports.

It was very bad experience. At least email or phone should work, but none of those are valid. Everything failed to deliver. Also didn’t get support from booking.com on this. At least should be give me a final answer.

Reputed 5 start hotel lacks water nozzle at TOILET . The Toilets are not SOUTH-ASIAN friendly .. WE in South Asia do not use PAPER to clean oneself after toilet use ...

Spacious well equipped rooms. Very quiet. Generous varied breakfast. Attentive staff.

We stayed for four nights. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was tip-top. Location is great. However the backend communication between different staff department needs a thorough overhaul. My family of six were registered for daily breakfast when we checked in. The front desk even confirmed the total charges before charging my card. However this was not communicated to the restaurant staff. We were stopped at the restaurant the next morning when we turned up for breakfast, with the restaurant staff telling us that there was no indication that our room numbers were registered for breakfast. We were even told to settle this with the front desk by ourselves. My wife went to the front desk personally to confirm again and was told that we were, indeed, registered for breakfast. We were stopped again the following morning by the restaurant staff with the same problem. A five-star hotel but its internal communication is clearly not.

Brand new hotel with perfect location. Friendly and professional club lounge staff, especially Jasmine being extremely sincere and helpful. Good food and drinks in Club Lounge. Will be back next time!

Its a brand new hotel in the Hongqiao CBD area, next to the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House. Actually, Its the same property owner with two different brands. Hyatt and IHG Group. Few weeks ago, I came to this hotel for the first time for the grand opening of its all day dining restaurant (ADD). The hotel was not open back then. It opened officially just few days ago. In my first visit, I liked the all day dining restaurant very much. I think, this is one of the best all day dining restaurant in Hongqiao area. Lot of choices with multiple food stations. Excellent quality with good service from hardworking local workforce.
