Very limited English that the staff have to communicate with an English only speaker.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und groß.

Der Teppich im Flur. Wenn man Gepäck hinter sich herzieht, ist das ziemlich mühsam. Aber das ist kein großes Problem.

立地がとても良く、台風直撃時にも傘入らずでショッピングモールやレストラン、駅に行ける所がとても良いと思います。 虹橋駅や虹橋空港に行くにはとても便利です。 ラウンジや朝食の種類も多く、部屋は清潔。 ベットメイキングまでしてもらえます。

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The location is excellent, the hotel is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Most of all, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attentive service from the staff. The pool and overall facilities were also outstanding. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had with Cordis, and I would be very happy to stay here again.”

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel the staff were phenomenal, the room was perfect, from hairdryers to irons and steamers in the room. The buffet breakfast was amazing there was a huge selection something for everyone. We used the gym and the spa they were also great. Perfect location for the Hangqiao station for metro and fast trains, it was a perfect place to base ourselves for all our travels. There is a large variety of restaurants just outside the hotel and the Hun for all your shopping.

Ideal si acudes al National Convention and Exhibition Center. Está sólo 5 minutos en Taxi. El hotel está pegado a una zona de restaurantes con una oferta muy variada. Además, tiene un centro comercial (Paradise Walk) apenas a dos minutos andando. Muy limpio. Personal agradable. A 1h en taxi de Pudong.

El gimnasio es un poco pequeño y con poca variedad de máquinas.

WiFi, housekeeping not knocking and opening the door whenever they feel, had to take my own bags up when I arrive and I need to ask them to help me, they unorganised they were looking for my room for breakfast for about 20 minutes, I even ended up leaving and tell them I’ll eat another time. And the cleaning lady didn’t make the bed well, didn’t even change the sheets.

Great location to catch a train/flight from Hongqiao the next morning. Lovely clean rooms and facilities and a nice convenient restaurant - though plenty of other eating options in the area if needed.

Difficult to find if you don't know where it is - the Hongqiao transport area is big! There are signs in the local area but no indication elsewhere. Aim for parking P9 - it is near there.

We booked it intentionally to connect to train station and the fair center The access to the restaurant area is a big plus as well All in all my standard spot during SNEC exhibition and I will book it again next time

The room on the executive floor was great as was the Executive Lounge. The breakfast was great and the restaurants outside are very convenient. The location is fantastic for the train and airport. We attended an event at NECC and it was an easy 10-12 minute walk, so very convenient. The hotel and staff overall were excellent. It was our second stay and will be back.

Great communication from this hotel, we were delayed and arrived at 2am. Hotel re-routed car pick up to other airport for us, they were fantastic. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very modern. Lovely room, very spacious and connected to the main train station where we caught the fast train the next morning to Xi’an.

The location was idea for the plastics exhibition at the NECC arena, and the room was spacious, however, I booked for a room with a balcony, and was given a room without this. The breakfast was very well organised with a large array of options.

The room booked with Booking.com was with a balcony and upon check in I was told otherwise.

Very conveniently located right across a (very wide) street from Shanghai Station.

Considering the price range of other hotels of similar quality, this hotel might be slightly overpriced.

This hotel is simply amazing from every standpoint: the staff is smiling, friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are comfortable and cosy, the location is convenient since next to Hongqiao international airport and train station. Also, the hotel is surrounded by a commercial area with gardens.

It was not cold at all in Feb and the aircon was only in warming mode. It was too warm/hot inside the room and we're not able to use the cold aircon. also not able to open window widely for fresh air. very painful.

Reservation d'une chambre pour deux personnes pdj inclus. L'hôtel nous dit qu'un seul pdj est réservé !!! Et nous demande de payer le second pdj. Nous avons du payer puis faire une réclamation vers booking. Incohérent : deux personnes l'une a droit au pdj , l'autre nom. Du personnel qui manque de formation...

Room was really big, super clean, bed was comfy, many details very pleasant. Breakfast great Location for us, so so close to the train station just perfect. Different restaurants just 1 minute away. We definitely would come back.
