L'appartement etait sale a notre arrivée. Ce qui a vraiment pourri le voyage c'est le fait de nous promettre des places de parking (tantot 108 tantot 49) qui etaient occupées. C'est la deuxieme fois qu'on sejourne dans cet appartement et c'est la deuxiemen fois que nous galerons pour le parking. A cause de cette situation, nous avons été menacés par des voisins et avons du trouver d'autres solutions a l'exterieur avec des prix exorbitants de stationnement. Le personnel n'a jamais cherché a nous trouver des solutions. Je met donc ce commentaire et ces notes pour le fait de nous avoir fait tourner en rond tout le voyage alors que le parking fait parti du prix payé.

Las duchas estaban malas, en el baño del corredor debí amarrar con alambre la challa porque estaba roto el sistema de agarre. El otro baño la challa estaba muy vieja y el agua salía para todas partes. En la cocina faltaban cucharas, tenedores y cuchillos. No había pote para ensaladas. Habían platos plásticos desechables y poca loza decente. La terraza principal con la lluvia se empezó a rebalsar hacia el living. Debí con un alambre destapar el drenaje . Faltaron toallas, que se dejaron 24 hrs después de pedidas. Las ventanas del living y del dining room, no cerraban bien y entraba viento frío. Debajo de las camas no se aspiró o barrió, calcetines usados , galletas, polvo y pelos, demostraban el mal aseo. Enchufes del dormitorio secundario estaban rotos.

The two room apartment can only fit 3 people comfortably- I booked for 4. The ‘extra bed’ set up in the living room is not conducive for a nice stay!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Loistava sijainti. Yleistilat rakennuksesssa olivat erittäin tyylikkäät ja puhtaat. Myös asunto tuoksui puhtaalle. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi asunnosta, turvahuone myös, mikä oli erittäin hyvä nyky tilanteessa israelissa. Pesukone oli kätevä. Ilmastointi toimi loistavasti ja keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Lobby henkilöstölle erityiset kiitokset - he olivat todella ystävällisiä ja avuliaita.
Makuuhuoneen päivätyynyjen päällisistä muutama oli likaisia, pesimme ne koneessa. Pyykkiteline oli risa, siitä puuttui osia, jouduimme taiteilemaan sen kasaan.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025רמת שירות גבוהה, מענה מהיר לכל שאלה, חנייה מסודרת ללא תשלום, מיקום ממש טוב ומרפסת היקפית שצופה על נוף מרהיב , מחיר שווה ממש לתמורה, הדירה בתוך בניין חדש ומאובזרת בכל ומרווחת מאוד.
הייתה תקלה במקלחת אבל מהר מאוד סידרו את זה

Reviewed Jan 12, 2025Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed (but see below). Nice porch. Large TV. Full size fridge. Good washer and dryer.
First, they changed the location of the rental on us without warning or explanation. Second, we booked an apartment for 5 people. There was a foldable cot with mattress. Unfortunately, the frame on the cot was broken. I complained numerous times and no one bothered to show up and repair or replace. My adult son was forced to sleep on the floor for the entire stay. The powder room had a broken light bulb and faucet. Also complained and no one showed up to repair. Lastly, on the last day, the wifi went out on us. Again, despite letting them know, no one showed up. It is totally unacceptable to ignore your guests when they advise you of issues.
