Reviewed May 13, 2026Это лучшие апартаменты в Каире, в которых мне приходилось останавливаться, они очень большие, есть собственная кухня с посудой, два туалета, обеденный стол, две просторные спальни, рядом мини сад с детской площадкой. Квартира чистая, отдых был идеален. Однозначно рекомендую!

Special thanks to Hatem, he was kind, helpful, and made us feel very safe. There is no hot water in the kitchen or front bathroom. The shower is a tub with a curtain. I don't like the coaxing for a score. The Booking scores are often all there is to determine the aspects of a property. I count on the scores if they are coaxed, then the scores are corrupt.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2025We have been staying with Elegant our last 5 trips to Cairo. This property is safe, clean and usually quiet. The hosts are good people and helpful. The location is only a few minutes from CFC Mall and the Downtown Mall. It is a great location. The value is good. Our business in Cairo was in Maadi, but I would rather stay with Elegant. Its only a 20 minute drive.
This time and for the first time at Elegant properties, we were disturbed by ongoing construction in the building. One of the flats in the building was getting remolded and the workers were making noise after 10:00PM. My only other comment is the dining chairs. There are only 2 provided and there should be at least 4.

Reviewed Jan 4, 20251- Having Anwar there made all the difference and if it wasn't for him we would have left the place immediately, he was the only person in this company (Elegant) who knows how to treat his guests he was the only professional person and was so so helpful and supportive and very polite and friendly and very experienced, and he did everything he can to make sure that our stay was comfortable and nice so a very very big thank you to Anwar from our family. 2- The place is spacious and good size for a family 3- Very clean 4- Good location 5- Furniture is modern 6- Kitchen has the most very basic amenities (fridge, cooker, kettle, washing machine, microwave)
1- During our check in the lady who was communicating with me on WhatsApp kept us waiting outside the property and very poor communication. 2- Bathroom, it was a nightmare and not easy to have a shower compared to the amount of money we paid per night for the property, the hot water runs out and goes cold after few minutes of being in the shower. 3- Kitchen did not have enough table to prepare food if you want to cook at home 4- Safety they had electric socket above the sink which was used to plug the washing machine 5- They had the smallest bathtub it was literally baby bathtub for sure and not for adults again not worth the money we paid them. 5- Wifi is reachable every in the apartment but the internet kept disconnecting even after I switched off the router and back on still not stable. 6- The images they show on Booking is for multiple properties and not only for the property we rented, so it gives the wrong impression about the quality of what you renting, it is very deceiving because you really do not know which apartment you will get until you pay and you receive the details in the confirmation message if you lucky which is very unprofessional. 7- The living room has 1 sofa for 3 people that's it and nothing else so not enough seating places. 9- The other staff I communicated with are polite but simply do not care about you as a guest as long as you do what they want and if it wasn't for Anwar we would have had so many issues with our rental and he is truly an asset for this company they call themselves (Elegant) again it was only Anwar who really gave us the elegant and quality service

Reviewed Oct 31, 2024This is the 3rd time we stayed in an Elegant lodging. The other 2 times were very good but this time was the best. The flat is very large and has everything you need. We were on the ground floor, but there was no noise. I am certain you can't beat this place for the price.
We had a little problem with the directions due to translation issues with Maps. There are many new streets in Cairo, and I got a little turned around coming from the airport. Fortunately, the Elegance Representative was there to meet us.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2024The location is great close to main roads and shopping. The staff is helpful but unintrusive. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a nice ambiance.
The only thing negative is the kitchen. Not bad but a bit odd. The space is challenging. The host did the best they could. Its functional, but I hope they never have a problem with the washing machine. :)

Reviewed Apr 16, 2024The staff was very polite and helpfull. I requested to install curtains in some of the living room windows and they did. The speed of internet was initially slow but Mrs Muhga worked on that as well. Mr Anwar was keen to help us. The location was neer to Cairo Festival City, calm and clean area. I don't know about public transportation because i rented car. The apartment is spacious especially the living room. The floors were clean. There are 2 bathrooms and both were clean, towels are old but clean. Bed sheets and pillow covers were old too but clean.
The furniture is too old and worn out especially in living room, kitchen cupboards and master bedroom cupboard. Cupbords are noisy upon opening and closing. No clothes hangers were available. Some of living room chairs are sloppy and not safe to use. Bedrooms parquets are worn out too. Living room carpets are not clean at all. Shower curtains are not clean. Laundry is not clean and not spinning or draining. The neighbors dogs barking was annoying and waking us up every day around 8 to 9 am.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2024The location of the house is in a beautiful local Egyptian neighbourhood, far away from the noise and hustle and bustle of central Cairo. It was very peaceful. Our butler Anwar was very professional and provided excellent service and hospitality. We had a very warm welcome from him, he gave us a brief introduction and a tour around the property. The house was very clean and fully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and cutlery. Clean towels and bath mats were provided, as were body/hand soap and dish washing soap. There were free bottles of water, a kettle, some tea and coffee sachets. The wifi was very good as well. There was a smart TV in the living room, great entertainment for the kids. The house is 2-3 mins away from Cairo Festival City mall by car, very convenient for us to shop for groceries and other necessities. A very very big thank you to Anwar our butler for the great service and wonderful experience at the apartment.
