Great location, well kept place

The owner lady is extremely arrogant, since we had a visiter for couple hours, she said she will call the police and it is against the law to have a visitor, she sounded ridiculous and arrogant. Although she seemed helpful to begin with while entering the property, she is the unpleasant experience that happened to us on our Chiang Mai trip.

Amazing location for the old town, good amenities and really lovely and helpful host. Laundry is also available at a reasonable price.

Host Mae was amazing before we even arrived at Chiang Mai with transport and information. Her help with restaurant and tour recommendations so appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable and in a good central location but still a quiet.

Bathroom was a little small but functional.

The curtains were not darkening, so we woke up very early every day. Otherwise little complaints

In de ochtend veel geluid van muziek en bedrijfjes die al vroeg opstarten met werken onder het gebouw. En Er werd erg gehamerd op wat je niet mocht. (Verplicht schoenen uit, verbodsbordjes, prijslijsten op de kamer voor als er iets kapot gaat).

L’établissement était juste parfait. Que cela soit l’emplacement idéal, la chambre superbe, le personnel et le confort de la chambre incroyable.

In het centrum met leuke markten zo nu en dan. Leuke restaurants in de buurt. Ik vond de plek van het hotel persoonlijk niet zo geweldig ,tussen een postbedrijf. Ook mis ik een gezellig zitje waar je na een dagtrip even een drankje kan doen.

Inhaberin hat viele hilfreich Infos gegeben, gute Kommunikation über whatsapp.

Świetna komunikacja z obsługą, możliwość zostawienia bagażu zarówno przez zameldowaniem jak i po wymeldowaniu. Obsługa zamówiła nam tańszą taksówkę niż Grab na lotnisko. Genialna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko na pieszo, dobre jedzenie i 7/11 za rogiem

La posizione

The interior design of the room was great, you will feel comfortable there, immediately. Enough space to place your stuff on, something quite unusual for Thailand. The mattress was good as well. The hotel is in a dead-end street so hardly any traffic noise, but also in the middle of the city. It’s a great choice if you prefer quiet nights but also want to stay close to the lively parts of town. The window is big and the room gets a lot of light. We had a room towards the street. At night it is quiet but the kitchen of a restaurant goes out to the same street. You could hear their staff washing the tableware until about 10pm. But if you won’t be going to bed earlier than that, it’s fine. In the morning, the street was also quiet until about 8am. The price is also good for a city like Chiang Mai, especially for this location and the facilities. Even tough it said that they didn’t have parking space, they helped us finding good parking spots for our scooters. I would stay here again.

The price for laundry is quite high, you can find cheaper places nearby.

Svariate cose. La proprietaria utilizzava di continuo il mio numero di telefono per contattarmi anche per una semplice pulizia della stanza. La pulizia camera é stata fatta solo una volta in due giorni. Stanza al 3 piano senza ascensore, potete capire il disagio con le valigie. Stanza senza tende idonee impossibile dormire con la luce che entrava di prima mattina e un casino infernale. Altamente insoddisfatto.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass das Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß erkundet werden kann. Gleichzeitig ist das Hotel in der zweiten Reihe gelegen, sodass es recht ruhig hinsichtlich Straßenlärm ist. Es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsbeteich oÄ. in der Unterkunft. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, 7Eleven sind fußläufig zu erreichen und etwa der große Sunday market findet direkt in der Nähe statt. Wir haben über die Untetkunft einen Flughafentransfer gebucht, sodass wir direkt abgeholt wurden. Das hat super funktioniert! Die Besitzerin war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit zahlreichen Informationen und Empfehlungen versorgt.

Es ist kein Frühstück inbegriffen, aber es gibt jede Menge gute Cafés um die Ecke. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist mitten drin und trotzdem etwas weg von großen Straßen. Kleines Haus, ruhig, familiär. Alles in Ordnung, gute AirCondition.

Die Steckdosen-Anordnung machte es schwierig, den Wasserkocher an einem günstigen Ort einzustecken. Mein Zimmer war riesig und hatte zwei King Size Betten - da hätte eine ganze Familie Platz gehabt. Und es ist düster, trotz Fenster - die nächste Hauswand fast zum Greifen nah, auch sonst gibt es keinen gemütlichen hellen Platz, auch der kleine Vorraum draußen vorm Haus ist für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt eher nicht geeignet

A good option for a budget stay - convenient location, friendly host who provided travel recommendations, basic facilities provided.

The accommodation is more like a 3 star guesthouse as opppsed to a 4 star hotel as advertised.

I proprietari molto carini e disponibili. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno anche dato un sacco di indicazioni su cosa fare/dove andare. La stanza è essenziale con tutto ciò che serve, magari qualche luce/presa in più? Posizione molto comoda e ben servita. Ho anche usufruito del servizio lavanderia, ottimo!

Our host was incredibly nice, she suggested amazing restaurants and acitivites. The hotel is right in the city centre, walking distance from all major attractions, but still quiet and cozy. The room was comfortable and clean.

The property is like a guesthouse with just a few rooms. Perfect location. You're in the old town of Chiang Mai, very close to Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan. In my opinion, the location is wonderful/noteworthy because it's not on the tourist streets with the usual bars and restaurants. I found it very local, with restaurants serving authentic local cuisine just a few steps away. The lady at the reception is really helpful and kind. She booked my transfer/taxi and I was able to use the laundry service. In addition to this, she gave me advice as a true local, which was very useful for discovering the best of the Chiang Mai area. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended. I hope to see you again.

Great location in old city family run booked our tours and trip to bangkok and flight back to vietnam. The owner gave us info on places to visit and got us a private car to the bus station .We loved chiang mai cheers

En cuanto a ubicación es excepcional, en pleno centro y se puede ir caminando a todos los templo del casco histórico. La habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda. La propietaria es super amable, te recomienda unn montón de actividades, si quieres, te organiza el itinerario completo, es una apasionada de la ciudad y conoce muchos sitios que te puede recomendar.

Muy buena ubicación. Las instalaciones podían estar un poquito mejor cuidadas, falta algo de mantenimiento. Humedad en paredes y wc justitos. Si lo que buscas es la ubicación, perfecto.

La ubicacion es perfecta, la amabilidad de la dueña, todas mas recomendaciones que nos dio al principio son un 20! Nos organizo mas o menos los primeros dias con lo mas importante y fue genial. La excursion de trekking y subir al doi inthanon no pudo ser mejor, nuestro guia fue un 10, ojala todo el viaje con el!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier. Diese Unterkunft und vor allem die Gastgeberin May sind wirklich ausgezeichnet. May ist extrem hilfsbereit und top organisiert. Sie gibt proaktiv Tipps und gibt rasch auf unsere Anfragen Feedback. Organisiert Tours, Taxis, Wäsche waschen, was auch immer. Besser geht wirklich nicht. Unterkunft sehr sauber und an top Lage. Wird würden sofort wiederkommen. Die Bewertung von 10 ist limitierend, mindestens eine 11. Vielen Dank May, für deine Gastfreundschaft und deiner Hilfe diese Tage. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Nichts, einfach perfekt

Nuestra experiencia en Chiangmai fue inmejorable. Las habitaciones están sorprendentemente bien cuidadas: todo muy limpio, cómodo y con una atención al detalle que se agradece muchísimo. Se nota que ponen cariño en cada rincón. Queremos destacar especialmente a May. Es encantadora: muy amable, educada y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Desde el primer momento nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos dio recomendaciones muy útiles sobre qué visitar, dónde tomar buen café, dónde comer… y todas fueron un acierto. La ubicación es otro punto fuerte: está en pleno centro, por lo que se puede ir caminando a los templos y lugares más importantes de la zona sin necesidad de transporte. La combinación de un lugar cómodo y bien mantenido, junto con la hospitalidad de May, hizo que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Volveríamos sin dudarlo y lo recomendamos totalmente.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Zimmer war groß, das Bett sehr bequem und das Bad großzügig und schön. May hat immer einen super Tip parat und kümmert sich außergewöhnlich gut um alles. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass sie einem viele Informationen per whatsapp schickt und auch während des Aufenthalts immer für Rückfragen da war. Sie kennt sich unfassbar gut aus!

Location was great! Close to some of the temples and a lot of restaurants. Mae was very helpful in providing recommendations of places to eat and see and helping us get a rental bike. She provided whatever we needed and checked in on us on a daily basis.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We received a warm welcome after booking last minute, the host was also helpful with recommendations, laundry and booking onward transport.

Everything was perfect, May was very attentive and gave me all the information about anything, i could have booked it through her any tour with a good price. Free coffe free tea any time. Location was perfect with porximity to restaurant and shooping, the room was spacious and clean. Thank you May for everything. Definitely will come back.

Great value for money. Location is great, right next to one of the main temples, and all other attractions are within walking distance. The service is really unprofessional. :( They added my WhatsApp and sent me a loooot of information without having my permission. They asked me checking out time at 7:30am by sending messages. They will charge cash or credit card with commission when you check in. And if you haven't, they will not allow you check in. They might will change to a three bed standard room without asking your idea,even though you booked luxury one bed room. The room is at 3rd floor without elevator, no body will touch your luggage. Don't forget, If you checked out, no service of washroom.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was lovely and clean and lovely decorated! We stayed there for five days and people there were just amazing. They helped us so much and went out of their way to help us, with anything we asked. Very very kind! They gave us so much more info about things to do... even better info than the travel agencies could have given! Definitely recommend it, for your stay. We are going back next year for sure!

Room was ver cozy and comfortable, staff was very friendly, picked us from the airport for a fare price and also offered recommendations to eat and move over in Chiang Mai. Hotel is at a great location in the center, close to everything, just the night market is like a 20min walk.

Brilliant location and really helpful hosts, who also picked us up from the airport which was handy. Gave us great recommendations too. The hotel was down a quiet side street but really close to great coffee and restaurants.

The shower didn’t get that warm and the bed was a bit firm but not really a huge issue for a short stay.

it’s more of an airbnb than a hotel, the room isn’t made everyday. mattress is a bit hard & the blinds are see through so the whole room is full of sunlight by 6am. the shower is not great, hottest temperature is warm
