Easy check in - door codes were provided well in advance. the host also met us to show us to our room and amenities in the room. Very clean apartment, in a great central location- cafes and shops just downstairs, and a 5 minute walk to Sao Bento Station/ parking garage. coffee and tea provided, along with soaps in the bathrooms. A/C in all the rooms was great, and they allowed us to leave our luggage at reception as we arrived before check in time. Would recommend to stay!

Bathrooms were quite small, but we made do! Just be aware that you'll have climb at least one staircase to get to the main reception level - and depending which room you are assigned, you may have to climb another set of stairs or two with your luggage - there is no elevator.

Locatia este amplasata exact in centru,usor de gasit. Ni s a permis sa depozitam bagajele in receptie dupa check out. Recomand cu incredere aceste apartamente.

Super clean and comfortable apartment Excellent location, central for exploring Porto located on the best street in Porto! Susana was incredibly helpful and friendly she organised and arranged a private transfer to and from the airport which was very pleasant- Elio our driver was absolutely lovely and I’m so glad we paid the extra to have that service! €30 each way worth every penny! Especially as the apartment is located on a pedestrianised street.

We had a little noise from the street bin men that come at 7.30am everyday except Sunday to empty the bins on the street and as we were in the front apartment the bins are quite close and we did hear them although they are not there for long.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und der Empfang durch Sudan und Bill überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war groß und praktisch eingerichtet und auch die Küche gut ausgestattet! Das von Susan organisierte Taxi kam auf die Minute und war auch noch preiswert, sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider ist in einem solch historischem Haus kein Aufzug, aber mit dem Gepäck wurde uns geholfen - Danke

tutto! l'appartamento è centralissimo ma allo stesso tempo molto silenzioso. arredi e forniture nuovissime e un kit di benvenuto con caffè, biscotti e tisane. la host è stata gentilissima e ha subito risposto ad ogni nostra necessità.

En reservant j'ai cru a un hotel.certains taxi ne peuvent entrer dans cette zone pietonne.ils vous laissent une rue plus bas Porto est tres en pente.ma femme 77ans jai du me tirer les deux valises en montée..Puis l'appt au 2etage sans ascenseur.Cela fait beaucoup de galéres pour personnes agées aux articulations usées.

Location is central

The sewer flies were terrible. So so many flying that it was annoying and made the stay unpleasant.

At the best location. Very convenient. Two bathrooms, spacious bedrooms. Friendly staff.

WiFi reception is poor. Lots of stairs and no elevator. No direct access by uber or public transportation. Only some taxis with permit is allowed to get to the street. It’s not easy to carry luggages from the Main Street to the property and move the luggages to the room.

A great apartment, equipped with everything you need. Clean, with a comfortable, wide bed. Excellent communication with the very friendly host. The location is right in the center, on the main pedestrian street, close to all the attractions and countless restaurants and cafes (I especially recommend Floresta Cafe).

The only thing that bothered me a little was the Wi-Fi connection dropping out (when it was working, it was very fast).

Lugar increíble en pleno centro. Y con unas ventanas q te aislaban de todo. Fácil acceso a todos los sitios. Cama muy cómoda y atención permanente de los propietarios. Con muchos detalles.

Me gustó mucho el apartamento, tenía de todo lo necesario y era cómodo y silencioso. La ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la Riviera y del transporte público. Tanto Susana como Pedro fueron muy atentos en todo momento, nos informaron de lugares por la zona para comer y a mí en particular me preparaban el desayuno sin lactosa por mi intolerancia. Fue todo un acierto, unos apartamentos tranquilos y muy céntricos y todo nuevo! Lo recomiendo

Great location with everything we needed for a lovely stay in Porto. Easy to find and central for most things.

The stairs were a bit of a climb with a big case but not too big an issue. The apartment more than compensated the lack of a lift.

Un logement à recommander à tous points de vue : appartement très spacieux, lumineux et agréable, propreté impeccable, bien équipé, situé en plein cœur de Porto dans une rue très animée. Parfait pour tout parcourir à pied! L’accueil a été très agréable avec plein de recommandations et nous remercions Susana de nous avoir permis un check-out tardif. Un des meilleurs logements que nous avons faits durant notre séjour au Portugal!

Tout était parfait, très propre , pratique, emplacement idéal et calme, la dame est très réactive et très gentille. Le transfert est idéal aussi et il est très gentil. Rien à dire allez y les yeux fermées !

Das Apartment war wunderschön, grosszügig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Mitten im Zentrum in der Fussgängerzone. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss machen. Die Gastgeberin Susana hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Auch hatte sie super Tips für die Stadt Porto. Diese Unterkunft kann ich jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank Susana.

Excelente ubicación, apartamento acogedor y limpio, sabroso desayuno puntual cada mañana, muy buen aislamiento respecto al ruido de la calle, detalles de acogida, información de llegada, buen aire acondicionado muy silencioso. A algunas personas les puede resultar costoso subir las escaleras hasta un segundo piso (no es nuestro caso) y el frigorífico puede resultar un poco ruidoso por la noche, aunque no fue un problema para nosotros

There was no elevator. We had to bring our bags up a substantial staircase. I understand this is par for the course in an old original building, but it was a challenge.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We walked everywhere. It was very modern and had everything we needed, it was nicer than I imagined from the photos. It was nice being provided a few snacks and water bottles upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. It was nice having the apartment cleaned in the middle of our stay. Susana provided helpful recommendations for our stay. It was on a busy pedestrian street so we were worried it would be noisy but it really was soundproof once the windows were closed. Also, street musicians are required to stop playing at 10 pm so the streets got quiet by bedtime.

Schönes, komfortables Apartment in zentraler Lage (Fussgängerzone). Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und hat sogar einen kleinen Innenhof mit Gartenmöbeln. Den Frühdtücksservice haben wir nicht dazu gebucht. In der Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken.

Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Apartment im Obergeschoss ist und es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Ist aber grundsätzlich kein Problem 😀

It was spacious and very clean when we got there. The location was very convenient on a central street. The owner was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Nach Eingabe ds Türcodeserwartete man uns am Empfang und zeigte uns die Zimmer. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bädern und einen Wohnraum mit Kitchenette. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine. Das Frühstück wurde in Tüten liebevoll verpackt angeliefert. Eine Kaffemaschine war vorhanden. Im Parkhaus 400m entfernt kann man das Fahrzeug unterstellen und bekommt einen Discount. Für zwei Tage 55 statt 77 EUR bezahlt

Location was excellent, within easy reach of sights, attractions, restaurants and was just 5 minutes walk from the metro from the airport. Susana also arranged for us to leave our luggage at the property before our apartment was ready which was greatly appreciated.

Nothing was an issue for us but there are a lot of stairs to negotiate and that could be a problem for some people but it didn't bother us.

Excellent location in the heart of Porto and within walking distance of the main attractions. The apartment was very quiet despite being so central. It was fully equipped with all I needed. Susana was an outstanding host, very attentive, responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

My apartment faced a small inner courtyard, so there was no real view and the room was slightly dark. Apart from that, I had no significant complaints.

Our 2BR/2BA apartment was very centrally located. We were 4 min walk from Sao Bento train station and walked everywhere during our stay. It was nice to have 2 full BR and 2 full BA. AC worked well in each living / bedroom area. Provided soap/shampoo/conditioner and kitchen supplies.

No elevator, but we knew that in advance. We had 2 full sets of stairs. Other than that, nothing.

Ein wunderschönes, modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Mitten in der Stadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr bequeme Betten und top sauber. So eine gute Ausstattung habe ich selten erlebt! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr gut gelegenes, sehr ruhiges, modernes Appartment in gut saniertem Haus, absolut zentral, sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation.

Es war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich und nirgendwo erwähnt, dass die Terrasse mit der Nachbarwohnung geteilt wird. Das war für uns ziemlich enttäuschend, weil eine eigene Terrasse/Balkon für uns Hauptkriterium für die Auswahl der Wohnung war und wir uns dadurch in unserer Privatsphäre eingeschränkt gefühlt haben. Es wäre toll, wenn das aus der Beschreibung der Wohnung klarer hervorginge. Ansonsten gab es wirklich nicht zu bemängeln!

Alles, bis auf die zwei steilen Treppen. Hier wird allerdings Hilfe vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter-Ehepaar angeboten. Bei Abreise war uns der von RIBEIRA organisierte Taxifahrer beim Gepäck behilflich.

The location was fantastic, very close to Sao Bento station. Our room was very clean and quiet, even though you are staying on a busy street with lots of foot traffic, you could not hear anything from our room (albeit our room was in the back so I can't comment on the rooms that face the street). We met Susana upon arrival, who was super friendly and provided us with lots of help and was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. We appreciated the coffee, tea, chocolates, and water! This was the perfect place for us to stay; we all loved it.

Some things weren't working very well. For example, the toilet downstairs was a bit finnicky. The door to the bathroom upstairs, which is a sliding glass door, doesn't stay completely closed. The refrigerator made a very audible humming/vibrating noise while on, which we could hear upstairs while we were trying to sleep. Again, Susana was quick to respond, and showed us how to turn off the refrigerator so this solved (one) problem. Also, the bathroom upstairs has a slanted ceiling, so if you are taller, you won't be able to stand all the way up without bending over.

There is nothing to dislike, perfect location.

Appartment 1.3. Lage, Ausstattung und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber waren topp. Mitten in der Fussgängerzone haben wir ein Bijou gefunden. Das Appartment verfügt über alles: Küchenzeile, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Sitzecke, Tisch und Stühle, Tresor, grosses Badezimmer mit grosser Duschkabine, drehbarer TV für Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer, selbst eine Apotheke fehlt nicht. Frühstück gibt es auf Bestellung mit frischen Früchten und Müsli, Croissant, Brot, Butter, Konfitüre, Käse und Schinken, Donuts. Das Frühstück haben wir im Patio geniessen können. Alles war sehr sauber! Der Zutritt erfolgt über Code, Schlüssel braucht man nicht mitzutragen. Pedro hat uns viele Informationen abgegeben. Innert 5 - 10 Gehminuten erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt resp. das Douro-Ufer mit vielen tollen Restaurants. Susana und Pedro sind herzliche Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen. Danke, danke, Danke! Hoffentlich auf ein Wiedersehen.

Top-Lage in der Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig leicht erreichbar. Susana ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Früher Check in problemlos möglich. Bei spätem Abflug konnten wir noch tagsüber Gepäck bei Rezeption abstellen und Code für Haustür wurde von Susana verlängert. Taxi, das in Fußgängerzone fährt bis vor Haustür wird von Susana bei Interesse organisiert. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Schöne Terrasse bei Apartment. Alles perfekt! Het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. De licatie was perfect. De taxichauffeur haalde ons op en vertelde al veel over Porto. Hij zette ons bij het gebouw af , waar de eigenaresse ons op stond te wachten. Zij wasseer vriendelijk. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie was perfect, binnen was het rustig, maar zodra je buiten komt bruist he leven van Porto. Wij gaan hier zeer zeker terug komen.

Great location. We experienced the students busking outside our apartment for three or 4 days and they were fantastic. And the noise doesn't continue until late in the night.

De locatie! Appartement is mooi en modern. We waren met 4 personen. Tweede slaapkamer is boven op split level, is niet afgesloten door een deur dus minder privacy dan slaapkamer beneden.

Gemis van een terras. Er is wel een zitje aan de slaapkamer beneden, maar geen echt terras.

Great location with a clean and modern studio apartment. The apartment had all the needed items and the host was very responsive to all our needs. Very quiet with a nice internal courtyard.

The unit did not have a cross draft so it could feel a little stuffy.

The room was clean, quiet, and well-located. Susana, although we never actually met her, made us feel welcomed and checked in throughout our stay to make sure all was well.

The location is the best in Porto!! Susana the host is so responsive and wonderful! The room had everything we needed and was so clean! I have already recommended it to friends.

We were on the street and loved our view but it did have lights that were seen at night. I wish it was a little more blackout curtains.

Apartamento cómodo y funcional, ideal para una estadía corta en Oporto. Los trámites fueron ágiles y la comunicación muy buena; brindan información clara y útil para la llegada y la estancia. Excelente ubicación para recorrer la ciudad caminando.

Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, Oporto tiene muchas subidas y bajadas, y este alojamiento no es la excepción. El apartamento está en un segundo piso por escaleras, algo que ya estaba claramente informado al momento de reservar.

El depto es amplio y cómodo.Hay café,galletitas y chocolatines.Susana muy amable,nos entregó el depto mucho antes de la hora de Chek in y nos orientó de lugares y panoramas para hacer en Oporto

L'emplacement est tout à fait exceptionnel ! A deux pas du métro, de la gare, des restaurants. On peut tout faire à pieds et rapidement. L'appartement est totalement calme, la literie super bonne. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même plus !! Il ne faut pas que les escaliers pour parvenir au 2e étage soient un problème car Suzanna nous a prêté son aide! On peut déposer les bagages après le check out. Je voyage beaucoup mais je dois dire que c'est la première fois que je me trouve en face d'une hôtesse qui répond à nos questions avant de les poser ! Tout est parfait.

Only that the stairs and walk to door were difficult with heavy bag.

The unit is is an excellent location. The host, Susana and Pedro, are very friendly and helpful. We loved the property. The only drawback is that for older folks (like us) the lack of a lift is a reall problem. We had to climb 40 steps to reach our unit and Porto is quite hilly to begin with.
