The people working are genuinely the sweetest kindest people I met.

Good location Roomy for Saigon. Reasonably comfortable

Basic and shabby but okay.

Хороший администратор, деревянная добротная мебель

Поношенные апарты

Good location ,Friendly staff, Recommend this hotel

Không có bữa sáng

Vị trí thuận lợi tuy nhiên nội thất căn hộ cũ kỹ vì thế có mùi ẩm mốc và hôi từ nhà tắm nen ở sẽ cảm thấy không khí ngột ngạt

Mùi hôi và nội thất cũ

The apartment is in a building with an elevator and 24/7 security. Good safety, felt secure during the stay. Strong Wi-Fi, great for working online without interruptions. A big plus for business travelers. Located in District 1, just a 10-minute walk to Nguyen Hue Walking Street. Super convenient for exploring the city.

Spacious apartment with a private kitchen, very convenient for cooking. Located in District 1 center, easy to get around. Perfect for long-term stays. The window had a beautiful city view, perfect for chilling at night. The area was quieter than Bui Vien street but still within walking distance to the center.

Clean apartment with modern furniture. Strong wifi, perfect for working online. Reasonable price for District 1 location. Only 10 minutes’ walk to Ben Thanh Market. Lots of cafes and convenience stores nearby. Very convenient for foreign travelers.

I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the staff here. They always supported enthusiastically, from check-in to suggesting places to visit. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean, and had a private kitchen, helping me save on food costs. The balcony had a nice view, and the natural wind was very comfortable. The hotel was centrally located, close to many cafes and supermarkets.

However, the elevator was slow, and sometimes I had to wait quite a while. The hallway was a bit dark, making it uncomfortable to walk around at night. In addition, the soundproofing was not good, and it was easy to hear noise from the next room. Although there were some limitations, with the reasonable price and full amenities, I still highly recommend this place. This will be one of my first choices if I return to the city.

Those who prefer convenience and solitude will find this hotel apartment ideal. I like that the apartment has a kitchen, dining table, and washing machine, which makes it ideal for lengthy trips. The room is clean, large, and well-ventilated. The staff is amiable, adorable, and always welcomes visitors. The shopping center is just a short distance away, making it a convenient position.

The drawback, though, is that the air conditioner makes a little noise, which can be uncomfortable at night. You will have to wait a long time if there are a lot of guests because the elevator is small.

It was a comfortable experience. The apartment was large, tidy, and included a washing machine and a kitchen, which was ideal for families. The personnel was pleasant and polite. I liked the balcony that overlooked the city. However, the elevator was slow, and the hallways were occasionally dark. The lighting system may benefit from an overhaul.

This hotel apartment is comfortable, which I appreciate. The room is well-lit, spotless, and furnished. Sleep soundly in the comfy bed. The employees are upbeat and eager.

The reception is modest, though, and likely seem a little crowded with plenty of guests. The room's air conditioner needs more frequent maintenance because it makes a little noise.

I booked this accommodation for a fast overnight work trip, and it met my expectations. The flat was cleaner, quieter, and larger than I anticipated. The Wi-Fi worked well for remote work, and having a workstation and kitchen was a plus. The location was difficult to identify at first, and the lighting in the bathroom was too dim. That being said, for business travelers seeking a more private and homey atmosphere than a hotel, this is an excellent choice.

My stay was brief, yet this flat made a positive impact. It was clean, comfortable, and more personal than a motel. I appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as clean cookware and a clothing drying rack.

The only negatives were the lighting (a little dim at night) and the little bathroom. Nonetheless, the whole experience was welcoming and convenient. An excellent alternative for lone travelers or couples on short trips.

For a one-night visit, this place much exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was clean, the design was modern, and everything worked properly. I adored the arrangement; it felt both efficient and homey. The host was responsive, and the check-in procedures were clear. The only thing I'd change is to include more kitchen basics and better blackout curtains for light sleepers.

Spent a night here while traveling around the city. The flat was tidy, peaceful, and had ample room for lounging. Even for a short stay, I appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen and a washing machine. The shower's water pressure should be improved, and there weren't enough cooking tools. However, check-in was simple and everything else was comfy. would return for quick visits.

This flat was perfect for our brief one-night visit with our young toddler. There was enough room for a travel crib, and the area was tidy and kid-friendly. The setting was serene and near a little park. Although a softer mattress or additional pillows would have been good, generally we were happy and would think about staying longer.

I only stayed for three nights, but the apartment was quite comfy. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, including a comfy bed, a tiny kitchen, and a washing machine. It seemed more relaxing than the average hotel room. The staff was courteous and made it easy for me to check in.

My only criticism was the noise from the corridor – the soundproofing was inadequate. The kitchen also included a few cooking basics. Overall, despite the short duration of our visit, it was a memorable and wonderful experience.

Looks exactly like the pictures

WiFi sometimes slow in afternoon but not bad

Room 302 was extremely clean, with large windows, good air conditioning, and a nice private toilet. The morning receptionist was very friendly and even assisted me in booking a taxi to the airport. Will return when I have the opportunity. The accommodation is small but adequate, there is enough of hot water, and the wifi works well. "I am very pleased with the service."

I stayed at this apartment hotel for two nights and was really happy with my experience. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the layout is ideal for single travelers or couples. Having a kitchenette and a washing machine, even for one night, offered a sense of comfort and flexibility that is uncommon in regular hotel rooms. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The location was very convenient, having a couple eateries and a convenience store close.

We only stayed one night, but the property was clean, comfortable, and felt extremely homey. There was some outside noise, and the kitchen needed a few things, but it was perfectly adequate for a short visit.

I stayed here with my family for two nights and had a very pleasant time. The apartment was large, clean, and well-equipped, including a kitchen, washing machine, fridge, and dining space – ideal for a group or family. We really appreciated having our own room to cook and unwind after a long day of traveling. The location is convenient, as it is near eateries and food stores. The staff was polite and helpful anytime we needed it.

Nice, clean flat with all necessities. Perfect for a fast overnight stay. Could improve soundproofing. The personnel was friendly, and the space was pleasant. Although there is some noise at night, this is still a wonderful deal. Perfect location, comfortable room, however kitchen tools were limited. Perfect for a one-night slumber.

Despite only staying for one night, I felt really at ease. The flat was neat and orderly, set up like a little, lovely home. Even though it wasn't used to its full potential, the kitchen, dining table, and washing machine were all practical and well worth the cost. quiet, private area that is ideal for people who wish to avoid the bustle of a typical hotel.

I would add that if somebody truly wanted to cook, the space was devoid of basic culinary tools. Overall, though, I'm quite happy and will return if I need a quick stay.

Overall it was good.

But there was no washer as promised in the details. Also, unexpectedly there was a centipede in the bed, thankfully I was not bitten. There were tiny ants, saw them on the last day as we were packing, they were in our suitcases, and we only realized then, that's what was biting us during our stay.

Overall, it was a really nice experience for my four nights here with my family We had a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dining table, and even a comfortable sitting room in the large, spotless flat. For a longer stay like ours, it truly felt like a home away from home. We spent valuable time together and prepared our own meals every night, something that would not be feasible in a typical hotel room. The check-in and check-out processes went well, and the staff was amiable and responsive. Convenience stores and a variety of food alternatives were close by, making the location ideal.

Despite only staying for one night, I had a positive experience. The apartment had a tiny kitchen and a washing machine, and it was comfortable and tidy. Limited cooking tools and inadequate soundproofing are minor issues. Still, excellent value for a brief visit!

bad attitude

room is dirty and not as advertise

Good location. Staff were friendly. Room was fine. Value for money.

Pictures don't do justice. The cooker and other didn't work. Old small building but closer to central location

My family stayed here for 1 night on the weekend, the space is extremely cute. The apartment has a separate living area, children can run around, adults can sit and drink tea and chat - like being in a second small house. Friendly staff, supportive temperature.

During my three nights here with my family, we enjoyed a really cozy stay. The apartment was ideal for a family or group because it was roomy, tidy, and fully furnished with a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and dining space. After a long day of touring, we truly relished having our own place to cook and unwind. The location is handy because it's near grocery stores and eateries. When we needed help, the personnel was welcoming and supportive.

One minor drawback is that we could occasionally hear sounds coming from the next rooms or the hallway, which suggests that the soundproofing needs to be addressed. Additionally, there weren't many kitchen tools available, such as big pots or sharp knives.

Room is dirty, staff is rude

Very strong smell in room, dirty room

My family only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the space here. The apartment is clean, cozy design, has a place for children to play and a place for adults to rest. Because of the short stay, we did not use all the amenities such as the kitchen or washing machine, but the overall feeling is that the amenities are complete and suitable for a family trip.

The room was a bit noisy with traffic at night, but it didn't bother me too much. Next time I'm back in town, I'll stay longer.

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment. The room was super spacious, with a kitchen, dining table, washing machine, and cool air conditioning. In the evening, we gathered to cook and chat in the living room, which was very fun. The location is ok, close to the grocery store and the night restaurant. The minus point is that the room makes you hear the hallway noise if there are other guests walking around. However, with this price and comfortable space, it's great. Will come back if there is a chance to go with a group again!

There are a few small points that could be improved: soundproofing is not very good, sometimes you can hear the sound of the room next door.

I truly value this hotel apartment style because I travel a lot. Compared to a conventional hotel, it feels far more convenient and pleasant. There is a separate area for living, cooking, and cleaning lemons, which is ideal for long-term guests or group travelers. Excellent support and a professional team. The flat is tidy, and the furnishings are well placed without being overly opulent.

The soundproofing is poor, so occasionally you can hear doors opening and closing from adjacent rooms. That's the one drawback. If I get the chance, I'll return, and I'll tell my friends about it if they need a cozy, private spot.

The hotel location is also quite convenient, easy to walk to nearby restaurants, supermarkets or attractions. The reception staff is enthusiastic and quick to assist when I need more maps or ask for directions. Overall, this is a great choice if you are traveling with family or a group of friends, looking for a moderate, comfortable, and fully equipped accommodation. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

However, there is a small minus point that the soundproofing is not very good, so sometimes you can hear sounds from the hallway or the next room. Some kitchen utensils are still lacking, such as large contents or sharp knives - if there are more, it will be more perfect.

The apartment is very suitable for families with small children. There is a kitchen, a spacious dining table, a convenient washing machine - extremely suitable for long vacations. Plus points are quiet space, friendly staff.

A small minus point is that the surrounding area is a bit deserted at night, so if you go with children, you should limit going out late.

I stayed here for 4 nights and everything was great from the staff to the service attitude when I went out they asked me if I needed to increase the room and respected my privacy. The room was clean and airy because it was a family room so it was very big and had 2 large beds

The kitchen had to be turned on by a staff member because it had no electricity available.

What I like most here is that the staff are very friendly and support me very enthusiastically. They are always happy. The rooms are large, clean and fully equipped, especially the large rooms and the interior looks very expensive.

The hotel sells at a reasonable price, cheaper than the center. The staff is lovely, serves well and supports me a lot. If the room has problems, they are willing to change rooms for me. The room is spacious and the equipment such as TV and refrigerator are very large.

Traveling in Vietnam is really cheap. For this price, you can book a room here, large, clean, and fully equipped. The staff is friendly and very supportive. They showed me very delicious Vietnamese restaurants.

The wardrobe is dusty because they didn't pay attention.

The staff here are very nice and supportive. I stayed here for 2 days but had a very good experience. The room is spacious, clean and fully equipped. There is a kitchen and a very large sink inside, suitable for those who like to cook and travel.

Even though it wasn’t in the middle of district1. It was close to many restaurants, supermarkets… 10 mn walk to pedestrians street and Pham ngu Lao Ben Thanh market was just about 20 mn walk. Of you could just use Grab, cheap and cheerful. The staff were very helpful.

The equipment didn’t work. For example : the washing machine was leaking. The microwave was not cleaned and not sure it worked. The toaster didn’t not have the right plug. The windows’ latches were broken. And the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Also some mold here and there ( as it was damp and humid). Also I guess it might be a case of shortage of cleaning personnel. I had to also close the thick curtain all day as the building is very close to other buildings that could see in. Furniture old and worn out.

I lived here for a week and almost everything was great. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get around. The room was clean and big, with a built in fridge so it was easy to keep my food. The staff were friendly and extremely lovely.

Even though we changed our plans to only stay 1 night, the staff here served me very attentively and supported me very enthusiastically. They were always happy and made me feel very comfortable.

The hot water is not as hot as I would like

The hotel here is very friendly to all customers including me. We got a free room upgrade without any extra charge. The room is big, fully equipped and has a kitchen but it's not necessary for me.

The room is a bit dark and the design is a bit old.

This hotel is designed in a slightly old style and the outside is quite private and safe. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, they supported me very well in checking in so I am very happy about this.

Old steam room needs a little improvement

Many people recommended that the staff here are very friendly so I came here and it is true, the staff are very friendly and they support very well. The room is also big and fully equipped.

The room design is a bit old and the lights are a bit dark.

The location is easy to move, the staff is extremely friendly, the girls and boys here take care of customers very enthusiastically. The room is big and the toilet is also big, making me quite comfortable when staying here.

The room light is a bit dark and the kitchen cabinets smell a bit and need to be improved.

The staff supported me very well, were very friendly with me, they always greeted me with a smile. The room was large and fully equipped, in addition the bathroom was fully equipped with hot and cold water and a large shower.

The room seems to have been built a long time ago so it's a bit old and the sewer smells from time to time.

Good value for money hotel we stayed here for 2 days everything seemed perfect the room was big and well equipped also the staff here are very friendly and take good care of the guests

Small apartment located right in the center of District 1, the staff here is highly appreciated because they are very friendly and cheerful with their customers. The room is designed quite classic but inside is full of necessary items.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. They supported me very well. The room was spacious, clean and fully equipped. I was very happy to stay here and will definitely come back!

The staff are all lovely, the service is 10 points, from the receptionist to the room girls, everyone has a happy smile. This is not a hotel, this is a family that brings good energy.

The hotel is lovely, clean and extremely warm. What I like most here is that the staff are also super cute, enthusiastic, talk softly and are always enthusiastic to support. I will come back here soon.

Best price hotel I have ever stayed in when I came to vietnam. Friendly and enthusiastic staff always ready to answer my questions. Room price matches the quality, separate shower from toilet

The hotel has a reasonable price, right in the center, easy to move around. The receptionist is quite friendly and they helped me a lot. The room is quite big and fully equipped.

The bed was decent.

It had ants around the property. The switches were coming apart. The tv didn’t work. The kitchenette area was not clean. Was disappointed.

Stayed in two room apartment, facility is very good. First day there was confusing about my room. As we reached person who is in front office said room we booked not available. He promised us to give the room following day and allowed us check in around 10am. But in the evening his manager came and try to charge extra payment for eraly check in . I will agree with that if they given the room which we booked. Then he wanted charge from his assistant. Then he gave us room key which we booked but once again he took back the key saying we booked studio. Actually we booked two room apartment. No need this much problem they have the our booking. We have booked the place from May 2nd to 6th of May but we check out on 4th of May .

Handy location Staff really friendly Good air conditioning Basic accommodation for a couple of nights. Most of us slept well Reasonably quiet

Photos make the room look much lighter than it actually is. Sofa bed in family room is not really big enough length for an teen or adult, feet hang off end, was a bit uncomfortable.

The reception here is good, they support me a lot The room is clean and very large with a private kitchen area and washing machine for guests staying 5 days or more The toilet is clean and has hot and cold water

A cheap apartment hotel conveniently located about 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. Friendly staff were always happy to assist and help us carry our luggage to our room. Spacious rooms with super cool air conditioning, standing bathtub and toilet with hot and cold water.

This hotel is more suitable for families than couples. The interior is designed like an apartment with a kitchen, washing machine and large refrigerator. The cheerful staff is very enthusiastic

The hotel has reasonable prices, suitable for those who like to stay in large, airy, clean rooms. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic in moving luggage. The hotel has a very good instant laundry service.

Good size studio, with most amenities and reasonable location. Surprisingly quiet. The washing machine was a suprise

Furniture well worn out. There was an odd, damp spell in the whole studio. Bed linen seemed clean but stained in a number of places.

Small cheap apartment located in the city center, easy to get from the airport, friendly staff, clean room with large refrigerator and plenty of storage space and 24 hour support

The hotel welcomes late guests and is always open 24 hours, easy to move from the airport to the center, cheap compared to District 1. Enthusiastic staff, always welcoming

The hotel is reasonably priced and located in the central area, the alley is very quiet and secure. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic in supporting me when I checked in late. They texted to support guests before arriving.

Very lovley place to stay located In district one and is very close by to everything. The rooms have everything you need kitchen, working tv nice bathroom and more sarai, Dae and Tuan was also a lovely reception would definitely stay again:)

Cheap hotel in the center, convenient for my family. Inside has full facilities, especially the room is very large. The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful.

Convenient location for people who like to stay in the central area like us. For this area, the price here is cheap and reasonable, the room is spacious, airy, fully equipped, friendly staff

The thing I like most here is that the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, they always welcome me happily. The room is big and clean, I don't have high requirements but inside it is really fully equipped.

This hotel was introduced to me by a friend here. The location is right in the center, quite nice. The room is large and fully equipped, the toilet has hot and cold water and a standing bathtub.

The apartment is a small hotel with full facilities, especially the kitchen inside. The toilet has a standing bathtub separated from the bathroom, which is what I like most here. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic.
