We had a beautiful stay at Sol Sanctum - we loved the breakfasts, clean and modern rooms and the staff were very kind and looked after us. We stayed during carnival season so unfortunately didn’t get to try out the yoga classes but it was great to know they were available. There are only about 8 rooms in the hotel so you really get to know the staff and it felt very welcoming and homely.

Nothing. The only small downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the shops and restaurants but it’s very easy to get a taxi so it wasn’t a problem.

The lights in the bathroom flickered a bit intermittently which wasn’t pleasant since I tend to get migraines, but it wasn’t anything particularly cumbersome. The water stopped on my very last day too which was odd but overall great.

Ce que j'ai aimé ; C'est un coin tranquille se trouvant littéralement à 2 min de marche de la plage . Vous êtes à 5 à 7 min à pieds des restos, cafés et centre commerciaux. Le staff de l'hôtel est vraiment incroyable pour vous prendre en charge en tout ce qui attrait déplacement en taxi, activités, etc. Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel de quelques chambres et donc on se familiarise rapidement avec le staff de l'hôtel. Si vous voulez profiter de votre café avec un lever de soleil à couper le souffle, je vous recommande la chambre No 8. :)

Ceci est hors de leur contrôle ; Les oiseaux chantent jusqu'à tard la nuit ( On les entend même les fenêtres fermés) donc prévoir des bouchons pour les oreilles si vous avez un sommeil léger. Autre éléments d'informations important ; On m'a rapporté lors de mon arrivé qu'il y a beaucoup de poussières (dust) provenant du continent africain. Donc pour ceux qui sont asmatiques ou ceux qui ont des problèmes respiratoires, il serait prudent d'amener vos effets en prévision car pour ma part je me suis pris à tousser pas mal plus qu'à l'habitude. ( durant la période du 2-9 juin).

Nice modern building, the personnel was super friendly and nice. Reduit beach was just a few minutes away by foot, so the location is excellent (the city centre is not too far either). It is also great that parking is available within the premises of the hotel.

Despite the fact that the personnel was truly fantastic, I am truly sorry that I have to give this rating. The reason is that during our stay there, for me it was impossible to have a good sleep, so I was exhausted all the time. The reason behind it is that the AC was directed straight to the bed, so it was very unpleasant that the cold air came directly there, so it was easy to get cold. On the other hand if you turned the AC off, it was scorching hot. Once you opened the window, a lot of mosquitos swarmed in making it impossible to sleep comfortably. So technically I was just rolling over the bed all night long, switching between AC on/off and fighting off mosquitos. We did not really like the breakfast either. It would be nice to have a bigger choice, as this vegan style of breakfast with fixed choiced may not meet the likes of many. So we only had breakfast once in the hotel, the rest we had outside.

Il faudrait clairement préciser que cet hôtel ne propose que de la nourriture vegan sans viande ni protéine animale. Cela peut-être surprenant si nous n’avons pas été prévenue à l’avance. Le coût ne vaut pas les prestations proposées. Parfait pour effectuer une « retraite spirituelle » mais pas pour profiter de vacances farniente. Ressemble peu à un hôtel « classique ».

Grande chambre moderne et confortable. Calme. Terrasse. Serviettes de plage. 3 minutes de la plage et des restaurants. 10 minutes du centre. Possibilité de réserver un véhicule de location. Eau à disposition en libre service.

Reduit Beach is 5 mins walking distance. Had multiple food options/ bars and supermarket around. The place is as described and thoroughly clean. Breakfast items were good (though just basics and set menu).

Yoga class was okay - not crazy good for someone who already practices. Maybe for people who do not move at all - it is a good opportunity. I did not find the place good value for money.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel is close to both the town and the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place has a very peaceful and welcoming vibe. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The vegan breakfast was both healthy and tasty-- and different every morning.

Great location. Lovely yoga area and some good classes.

In truth it was neither a fully fitted out hotel or a full blown yoga retreat. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room and even in the common tea making area there was no coffee or milk. No bed side tables. On the flip side. You had to pay for the yoga classes and there were not very many. As i said, it’s neither hotel or yoga retreat. Having said that, we had a great stay.

It was actually in an excellent location. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants. It was in an extremely safe neighborhood. Everybody all around was so cordial. We came downstairs every morning and we were served an amazing vegetarian breakfast. A three course breakfast. When we wanted to go somewhere they set us up with excellent taxi drivers. We were well taken care of. You could tell from each of the employees that they’re concerned was our comfort. My wife and I are low maintenance people. These people were above and beyond.

It was perfect. We could even open the porch door when we wanted to turn the air-conditioning off. It had an amazing cross breeze.

We loved our stay. The breakfast was so different for us as non vegans but we absolutely loved it. All staff were super friendly and gave exceptional service. Location is excellent we enjoyed being able to walk to great restaurants, beach, shopping and marina. 10/10 highly recommend.

We would of liked some fruit juice at breakfast but appreciated all the cool complimentary water available 24/7.

Location, staff, breakfast, immaculate modern rooms, fast internet

No phone in room necessitates visiting front desk in person if you need anything. Front desk closes around 8pm (which I wasn't expecting). Some amenities are not automatically stocked in the room so I was unable to find things like an iron or a hairdryer and since the front desk staff had left there was no one to ask (the security guard on site wasn't aware). I checked out early in the morning, but the front desk staff hadn't reported for duty yet. And I would've normally asked their assistance with calling a taxi to the airport (remember, no phone in room)

The property is very peaceful and nicely designed the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms also were large and comfortable and well designed.

There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, you should arrange for a ground floor accommodation.

We didn’t like that we did not know that the breakfast was going to be vegan. We only found out about the vegan meals on arrival to hotel and signing in.

Hele goede locatie, onwijs aardige mensen bij de receptie die ons goed hebben geholpen en heerlijk ontbijt! De kamer was lekker ruim en schoon. Echt een fijne locatie! Er zijn wel veel muggen, ook bij het ontbijt dus smeer je dan al in met anti-muggenspul.

Op het vliegveld bij de customs konden we dit hotel niet invullen en niemand kende het, onze taxi chauffeurs kende het niet en we konden bij onze tour dit hotel niet aanvinken om opgepikt te worden. Dat ligt niet aan het hotel maar was wel onhandig en op het vliegveld waren we daardoor wel zenuwachtig of het wel bestond. Verder wilde we op dag van vertrek nog even buiten het zee water afspoelen bij de buitendouche, toen bleek het water afgesloten te zijn, daar kon het hotel niets aan doen, maar was wel onhandig.

Fantastic location! Close to Reduit Beach and close to town centre and shops. Lovely, spacious and clean room with a balcony. Nice complimentary breakfast. All members of staff we met were absolutely amazing.

Location was perfect. In a quiet neighbourhood which was close enough to the beach and the shopping mall at Rodney Bay. The room was clean and sizeable. Breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the availability of water and teas throughout the stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful with food recommendations and arranging taxis. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay there Donna and Craig were very welcoming and the made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Property was very modern and very clean quiet and a very convenient location. The only thing that I could complain about is that they need a full length mirror in the room.

The best location ever with all of the advantages: 5 min. Walk from the main beach - spinnakers! Remember the name… in a very very quiet and peaceful location. Boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. Everyone were super nice, especially Kraig, who took very good care of us!! and made this vacation the best it could be. Vegan hotel, great breakfast (and yes there was regular milk for the non vegan)

The hotel was close to a long beach with east access. Lots of available chairs and sunshades to rent. Lovely beach cafe. Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Lovely staff who were very helpful

It would have been nice to be able to order an evening meal at the hotel but it wasn’t a problem as there were so many restaurants nearby

The hotel was quaint and tidy. Also very quiet and relaxing. I liked the tea and water station out front for all guests. The vegan breakfast was good, a nice break from the heavy restaurant food. The staff was also very friendly and hospitable. The proximity to restaurants and Réduit beach was great.

I’d say make it possible to open the bathroom window. There was no fan in the bathroom and it was hard to air out the bathroom (very humid). Also it was very hard to get shower gel and shampoo from the dispensers in the bathroom. The mechanism is not great on them

The calm, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and caring. They were helpful and responsive. Problems were resolved quickly. The vegan breakfast was delicious, nicely presented and varied. A pleasant surprise that should be promoted more.

I wish the hotel was nearer to the beach. However there is a peaceful garden.

The staff here were really approachable and helpful. Nyeem in particular was really cool. Facilities were top notch and also very close to the beach so that was nice.

Located steps away from the beach, this hotel is at prime location for seaside relaxation. While it lacks a swimming pool, the proximity to the ocean more than compensates for it. As vegan guests, we were delighted to find that the breakfast options were vegan-friendly. Additionally, the staff promptly addressed any minor issues we encountered with the door and water.

The staff who checked us in, Craig I believe, was super friendly, welcoming and very nice. The other man who checked us out was also very friendly and nice to work with. The large patio with the 'jungle' view was amazing and relaxing. The room was large, modern, great bathroom/shower. We didn't eat breakfast so can't rate that. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Easy and safe walk to Spinnakers for meal, drinks and sunset.

The hotel is in a good location near the beach but at the same time far away from the noise of restaurants and bars. The bed is very comfortable and wide.

There are a lot of mosquitoes and there isn’t a mosquito net, so it is not possible to enjoy fresh air without getting the room invaded with insects. Also the fridge is quite noisy so we had to switch it off. The rooms do not have a cosy feeling, in fact, the only light available is the cold one.

The location and property were serene and beautiful. The room was spacious and the balcony was very relaxing. The garden at the back is lovely. The breakfast was filling and healthy. It is also very central - 5 mins away by foot to the beach and about 10 min walk to shops and restaurants in the center. We would definitely stay here again - very restorative.

The breakfast could have been more varied.

Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..

Staying there for a week, the breakfasts that they provided were a bit bland and provided little protein. For someone who follows a little more of a low carb diet, it was all carbs and very little protein. It also would have been nice to have a few more options and variety available.

This Boutique is perfect, the staff were on point. The breakfast was a welcomed difference from the usual fried breakfast, as it is all healthy and tasty. The hotel is within walking distance to all the facilities you need. and the retreat offers that pampering that I would recommend all take, I had a massage on my balcony. absolutely beautiful settings. No special location or view no garden

Location is a short four minute walk to the beach, tucked away from the other hotels on the beach stretch. The hotel is more of a boutique style which means there are less people that stay there. Its really a peaceful place that focuses on wellness. The included breakfast is to die for, the best breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel. Bathroom amenities are great, the shower water gets hot. Staff is extremely helpful and kind.

This location has much to offer, yet it is at a cost which sometimes feels steep. St. Lucia thrives on tourism, so it makes it easier to spend more money and not feel bad about it. Yet, there were a few things that we paid for more than we would have in the States such as a yoga class for $35. So, if you plan to stay at this location just remember to bring a little extra money. Overall, the experience was still worth it.
