La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Il y a vraiment de la place pour ranger ses divers effets personnels. J'ai apprécié la propreté des lieux

I enjoyed the comfortable room and the food was amazing. The location was perfect. The property was clean and beautiful and all the staff were very welcoming.

Nous avons appréciés l'emplacement de l'hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel. L'hôtel propose des services avec bus et taxis qui est très appréciables. Je recommande cet hôtel.

It was hard to get anything you need from the front desk. We needed extra towels and you ask for them and they say they will bring it up but it takes 3+ hours if at all for them to bring them.

Sunday's breakfast was very good. I think the position of my room made it very difficult to sleep soundly. So close to the main road, heard every vehicle through the night and into the morning. Also the glass to the top of the door with the light coming through was another bad experience. As I am a migraine sufferer and light and noise equals major discomfort.

Maybe a room if possible or available to the middle of the hotel and no glass to the top. Also when I booked the images featured a bigger room. Or I could have been mistaken but I didn't expect it to be so small.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. When we arrived in our room and wanted to get a shower after a long day travelling, there was no hot water. We called reception and was told to wait 30mins and run the water for 5 minutes, which we did but yet no hot water. We called again and asked to move room and was told that there was no available rooms for us and to wait longer for the hot water. My husband then called and did his magic and got us moved. The new room had hot water luckily but the next morning, when we ran the taps, BROWN WATER was coming out. DISGUSTING. They couldn't fix it and nor did they move us to a new room. Luckily we had a shower last night so was able to move to our next hotel and shower there.

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était juste à côté du restaurant-bar donc c'était très gênant le matin d'entendre dès 6h le personnel parler et d'entendre également des bruits de vaisselles. C'est très bien d'avoir des animations dans l'hôtel mais ce n'était pas agréable d'avoir une chambre à côté du bar

The location was close to shopping and the sea.

The property requires upkeep. For example, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. There was a malfunctioning light in the living room. The AC in the bedroom had a foul odor when used. You could also clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to rest and relax. The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were unremarkable at best. The waitstaff seemed disorganized and in need of training.

Not great, the fresh juices tasted like sugared water. Some of the foods on the breakfast buffet available was over cooked. The fresh fruit some of which was really under riped.

The bed room had no natrual lightning. The TV hadn't been tuned in and ready for use, so someone had to tune the tv to enable me to use it. More attention to detail regarding clenliness of the room and bathroom would have been appreciated. The pictures when the booking was made did not reflect the reality, the bay gardens organisation should request more updated pictures on booking .com

L'emplacement sur Rodney Bay. Les messieurs du personnel qui nous ont aidés avec nos valises. Le lit était grand.

Le prix de la chambre 170£ la nuit pour une chambre délabrée et de mauvais goût. Peu de pression et pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. La douche est fixe et haute. L'eau de la baignoire de s'évacue pas entre deux douches. Aux abords d'une route très bruyante. La vue sur un terrain vague et un tractopelle. Les produits du petit-déjeuner sont très "cheap".

Chambre sombre toute la journée pas de terrasse pas de balcon L’unique petite fenêtre de notre chambre donnais sur le couloir donc on ne pouvais pas aérer déplus ce couloir reste allumé toute la nuit une petite vitre au dessus de notre porte laissait passer la lumière pour dormir ce fut gênant aussi notre chambre 308 est situé au bout du bout de l’hôtel dans une aile qui semblait être un rajout à proximité de la route donc bruyant équipement 2 grands lits une chaise 1 table de nuit pas de table pour se poser cela ne vaut pas 165€ la nuit

Front desk dismissive, wouldn’t listen to me. Said we did not have a suite booked, downgraded us, we went back to the front desk, miraculously they then gave us the original suite category we had booked! They never apologised once! They really need a course in customer service. The worse front desk I had ever encountered. Breakfast was awful…. Beef brisket??? Clearly the night before’s leftovers.

There wasn't much on offer for breakfast: chocolate bread, spread with honey, various jams, and no choice of cereal. When cleaning the room, the cleaning lady didn't provide all the towels: only two bath towels, two hand towels, and one floor towel. She removed everything and left us with just two bath towels. There was no adapter available for European plugs. Offer European breakfasts too! Where are the fried eggs with vegetables?

Breakfast could be more organised, most of the food in the trays was over cooked

The accommodation is in villa blocks set in well kept gardens. The plants are beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a huge choice of fruits, hot dishes including local dishes like salt fish and veg, breadfruit and cornmeal. Three small pools to choose from and lifts up to the beach with free sun loungers at bay gardens resort.

It was all great. Water pressure in the shower was an issue but this is an area issue not down to the hotel I think.

J'ai bien aimé ce complexe agréable et reposant. Bien aménagé avec les jardins et piscine. Navette gratuite pour la plage.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré car une fois que les plats sont vides, ils mettent beaucoup de temps à remplacer.

Das Bay Gardens Hotel besticht durch seine optimale Lage im Zentrum von Rodney Bay. Direkt nebenan ist die zentrale Mall sowie viele Restaurants und ein großer Supermarkt. Mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle (wenn er kommt) gelangt man schnell zu den anderen Bay Garden Standorten inkl. Marina. Am Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa kann man kostenlos den Strand inkl. Liegen sowie Treboote und Katamarane nutzen.

Das Personal im Restaurant ist oft mit den eigenen Prozessen überfordert. Es laufen viele Personen herum, aber oft nicht untereinander koordiniert.

It was central to getting around. Food was good.

My gold chain I had for over 30 years was stolen and I contacted the hotel and got no response. My chain was in my makeup bag and someone came into the room and searched my stuff and took something that was sentimental to me. Found it odd that the room was being entered daily and bed being made even though I didn't request it.
