Location was good and the breakfast was good with several options.

The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable and the main thing is that bathroom was very clean.

Very convenient location, very lovely staff and for the price the room and amenities were really good!

Bloom boutique hotel is a great, convenient cost effective option for staying in Delhi, it is in Connaught place so close to most things, it was very walkable! The staff were excellent. The rooms were good and clean. It was exactly what we needed during our time there!

It was really good, there is not much I could say about it being better, it was exactly what was needed for the price, could include breakfast if you liked which was a decent spread.

Cheerful atmosphere - the lively yellow color motif was fun!, the staff were excellent - very helpful with recommendations for meals, super fast response to requests for toiletries, terrific location - found transport easily, room was very quiet and very spacious. Easy commute via metro from the airport.

There was no view, the window did not seem to open.

The staff were wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also really appreciated the free water and snacks at the reception, as well as the hotel’s chat service, which made it very easy to request anything we needed. Breakfast was good overall: not a huge selection, and quite a lot of spicy food, but still enough options to enjoy. We also had excellent hot water pressure in the bathroom

The main downside was that the windows in the room did not open, so the room could feel stuffy, especially during a longer stay. The furniture was also a little worn

They did not have my reservation in their records when I arrived so I had to wait while they found me a room. Then the room that I received was on the first floor without a proper window and so was a bit dark and dreary. They also did not have any of the streaming platforms available on the TV in my room. Tried to download Prime Video but it wouldn't launch. A few more non-Indian snacks that are cooked and safe to eat on the menu would also be great for anyone dealing digestive issues. I ended up just ordering the french fries again and again.

Best Bank for your buck! This place has all the basic essentials and very well maintained. Worth it.

There is quite a lot of noise from the train track behind hotel the train horns start at 6 am

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The location was peaceful and safe. A security professional was there at all times. When I left for the airport at 4:00 am, the security person waited with me outside the entrance until my car arrived.

No outlet in bathroom for hair appliances or any regular outlet. Electric razor outlet only. No hair dryer in bathroom, but could request one. The hotel was bright, clean, and centrally located. The breakfast was impressive for the money.

Location and proximity to other restaurants wasn’t great. Roads leading to nearest restaurants were dark so challenging to walk. There was a men’s field hockey team staying on the same floor, they were quiet but the hotel allowed them to put all their stinky footwear in the hall. This was first floor so front desk could fully see!

My room had a frosted window and I could not see outside. At least had natural light. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bottled water was free, which was good.

My room was not cleaned daily it seems, and there was a good 1/2” of dust under the bed. The mini fridge would not cool because it was in a cabinet that had to be with doors open for the fridge to cool.

Convenient location, nearby to Connaught Place and Delhi’s Catholic Church (Sacred Heart Cathedral). Breakfast options were quite okay. We like that it has free drinks and snacks at the reception area.

The building is new, the girl working at the desk was very nice and welcoming.

Overall clean, but not meticulously. The guy they recommended us to exchange our money was kind of a scam.

The location is very convenient—within walking distance to the metro station, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The only minor issue was that the walls seemed a bit thin, so we could hear people walking in the hallway.

The Indian breakfast was excellent. The sandwiches and egg dishes were also delicious. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. Bottles of drinking water were available which was very helpful.

A hair dryer in the room would be helpful (Need to borrow it every time).

Picked this hotel for location mostly. You can walk to Connaught circle where all the shops and restaurants are in 5-10 minutes. It felt more like a student dorm than a boutique hotel. It was “India clean” but definitely not up to western standards. I think $80 a night is too expensive considering that room was not spotless. It should really be $30 a night at top.

the room needed more light , especially in the night . for me the light were dim in the night .so it needed more light in the room .

We, two women, were lucky to start our trip at this hotel because its cleanliness and overall aspect made for a good introduction. Our twin room was comfortable, the shower good, breakfast delicious. Its location close to Connaught place allowed us to walk there and we felt safe enough to walk to stores down the street in the dark. The staff at reception and restaurant were also very kind.

The price was higher than others but maybe worth while.

Nice hotel, worthy for the cost due to it was clean, well located and had a good breakfast.

It does not have a fridge in the room
