Great location, right on the seafront. Very easy to check in, codes provided. Lovely apartment, comfy beds and sofa. Great amenities.

Located above a nightclub so you can hear music until 4am on Friday / Saturday. Not super loud but something to be aware of.

location was perfect for someone like myself with ill health town is very close arcades and beach just next door

The cleanliness was a bit hit and miss- the beds, kitchen very clean however the floors had lot of hair and sand and one of the toilet seats was very loose and unclean around the fixture on the top

We stay here on a regular basis as it’s excellent location the rooms are big and spacious always clean and nicely decorated

The only thing is having to leave at 10am

Property was immaculate couldn’t ask for more, owner was so polite and welcoming you can tell he really enjoys and takes pride in his accommodation he is so dedicated. Anything you need he’s only a call away. Apartments themselves are beautiful and are cleaned to a very high standard.

The property had everything we needed, we travelled as a family with a 4 year old and everything you could think of was there making it super easy!

Excellent helpful friendly host. Super apartment and spotlessly clean right on the front next to the beach.

Make sure you're on the middle of the ramp on the way out for the sensor to spot you to open the automated gate. Everything else was perfect.

Location was absolutely amazing. Apartment was lovely. They also let me park there for the day on early arrival and after booking out. Defo stay again.

Take your own towels as you only get 1 small hand towel and 2 very small bath towels that i'd use for hair due to size. Had an issue with someone smoking and waking everyone at 5am with the fire alarm but apart from that it was all ok. But of a bad odour in the main bedroom with the ensuite and the blanket on the bed had stains on it.

Fire alarm going off at 5am due to other inconsiderate guest . No fault of property .

We liked the fact that we were on the 6th floor so we got a good sea view. The apartment was clean and modern and the beds were really comfortable. Also loved the en suite shower room as well as the separate bathroom. Although we didn't use them, the dishwasher and washing machine were a good idea if needed. We liked the owners communication via messages and then when he met us outside of the apartments with relevant information. The car park is secure and private. The beach was just across from the apartment, a short walk. We visited the local circus - highly recommend!!

Great Yarmouth is quite a deprived area. Too many arcades and fish n chip shops and people sat outside of their houses on a chair smoking or looking high!

We stayed here last year and returned due to its central location and secure parking. The flat was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with one of the toilet seats and the owner was quick to respond. We also ended up locking ourselves out but again the owner was brilliant and came as quick as he could to help us out

The only issue is the noise from the nightclub downstairs, I don’t remember this from our last stay. May not be suitable for light sleepers or very young children

I loved the apartment and its location, it was larger than expected and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Towels, hairdryer, airer, ironing equipment, internet, tv, safe, fridge, cooker, washing machine, Small balcony with slight view of sea from it. I liked how the main building front door went onto the main street of yarmouth- so very accessible. The off street car parking was amazing considering cost elsewhere to park. Had a lift which is a plus as lots of stairs otherwise. Watched drone display on at the beach from the car park. Opposite the leisure centre Windows had restrictors on- good for safety. Apartment felt safe and secure.

Although on arrival the apartment looked sparkling clean and almost new, walking around bare foot was disappointing, there was LOTS of dust on the floor and feet were literally black/ disgusting from the floor very quickly- Solved by indoor shoes Id have happily hoovered and cleaned the floors myself- however was unable to locate a mop or hoover Upstairs were very noisy until all hours.. NOT the hosts fault at all- but bringing some earplugs would be recomended as both nights were banging and loud until gone 3am.

Great location. Dwayne was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. Secure parking was really useful.

There is a night club underneath that is audible Friday and Saturday nights. It wasn't clear how to get into the apartment initially, as we didn't get an email until check in time and then the second one didn't get delivered but Dwayne helped us with that. 2 single beds would have been a nice option for second bedroom as couldn't really use sofa bed as only net curtains in living room.

The owner met us and was very friendly, he was at the end of the phone if we needed him also. Great location, off street parking. Amazing spacious apartment. We will definitely be back so rent a bigger apartment and bring back more family. The bed was super comfy and all rooms had lots of space

The sad part was having to leave as time went so fast.

The television in the apartment didn't work properly it kept saying there was no signal. Could do with a coffee table in the apartment as there was no where to put drinks when sitting on the sofa.

Atlantis Tower Apartments is perfectly located on the sea front with a sea / beach view from the private balconies. The apartments are finished to an excellent standard and it is obvious from the quality that a lot of money has been invested in them. The complex has its own private and gated car park right outside the door. We met the owner on several occasions during our stay, and found him to be very polite, friendly and helpful. Top guy!!.

Nothing to not like. Everything about the apartments was excellent. Wouldn't mind trying one on a higher floor on our next visit, purely for a more elevated view. Although every apartment gives you a view of the sea / beach anyway.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here as the host cancelled our booking the night before we were due to stay! No reason given!

Great location, large apartment with all necessary facilities.

Stayed here last year and was really impressed. This year the cleanliness had gone downhill and lots of wear and tear noticeable. Also, communication with the property owners was terrible. I sent messages from January to August and never received a response. I asked several times for info to be sent via text message or put on the booking.com app and they still sent it via email which we couldn't access. Had to ask several times for codes to buildings to be sent too. Could not use one of the showers as the temperature was scolding and could not turn down.

Everything!! The view from the apartment was out of this world. You can see the sea plus the fireworks from the balcony was better than any fireworks display I've ever been too. Just wow 😲

The bed wasn't that comfy but that's just personal preference. The bathroom bath plug has come off which was already off before we arrived but that's all.

Lovely apartment in perfect location. Great it has parking. Very clean and comfortable beds. Met upon arrival by the owner who was more then happy to help if there was anything we needed.

Not essential I know however an outdoor balcony chair would be a plus so your able to sit outside. Toilet seat was clean however stained off colour so could do with replacing. A fan would be great for the apartment if ever needed as it was very hot.

Friday and Saturday night, Night club underneath the apartments thats starts at 10pm and finishes at 4am, so if ur a light sleeper that is an issue but rest of stay was extremely quite.

The location is perfect and parking on site too made it very easy to access. Clear instructions about how to enter the property

The rooms are starting to look very used and tired. I’ve been every year for the last 3 years and it’s now beginning to look like the rooms need updating. Painting and tidying up. The toilet seats had yellow rings around them and the sofa was stained.

Unfortunately there is a night club underneath the apartments which is not mentioned when booking that is open only on a Friday and Saturday night from 10pm-4am, so can be heard if your a light sleeper.

Beautiful large apartment, nicely decorated, looks like everything is modern and newly installed. Providing an ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom. . Very clean. Everything inside that you might need. Soft towels provided. Really comfortable beds and a great big sofa to stretch out on. The host Duane met us at the apartment to let us have the code to get into the room. He changes the room codes for every guest so you can feel secure. He is friendly and very helpful and came to meet us promptly after we had phoned him to let him know that the email with the information had not arrived to my phone. Great benefit of being able to park on the roof as the apartment is right in the centre of the beach front area of Great Yarmouth. There is a lift to all floors which is fantastic as it makes it so much easier to deal with luggage, and to get back to the apartment after traipsing around all day. Great value for money I will definitely recommend this accommodation. It was very quite in the apartment which surprised me as we were right over amusements etc.

This didn't bother us but The apartment block is above a club ( so we got home from a wedding at 1am and it was still going) like I said it didn't bother us, fortunate good sleepers ;) Seagulls bloody noisy in the morning but to be expected by the seaside

Location is great perfect for the beech and shop's . This is our second time here we have now stayed in apartments 3 and 8 both apartments was spacious with everything you needed. The owner is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was not clean. There was a lot of hair on the bed, and the bathroom was also dirty, with hair scattered all over the place. The bed linen was also dirty and stained.

stayed a few times and love it......however this was first time over a weekend and noise from nightclub kept us awake......especially as it was boiling and had to have windows open!! so Sunday to Thursday 10 out of 10......Friday and Saturday sadly a 3

Could not get shower hot, but could be me.. but in blistering heat it was nice having a cool shower, stains on toilet seat but overall cleanliness was excellent

Windows open due to hot weather meant that we could hear all the noise from bar below.

The car park is up a slope. Keypad entry to get in, no instructions to get out. Stuck behind the gate for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come the other way. Owner didn’t answer call, voicemail or messages. As far as he’s concerned we are still there.

Wonderful apartments ,well presented ,clean .Lift to floors broke down one day ,but was working again within hours.Two bathrooms,1 on suite.

We never actually met any staff or owner , entrance by buzzer , and room was key safe ,building was part resedential ,

The showers were very hit and miss especially if 2 used at same time. The ensuite shower would not warm up however, was a very warm day and therefore a clod shower was not unwelcomed.

If we had been trying to cook a meal in the apartment we would have struggled with the lack of equipment in the kitchen. There were 2 pans and a frying pan but no dishes for cooking things in the oven for example.

We loved that the host met us upon check in and gave us all the info and help we needed. The property was massive, spacious. Perfect location, easy access and off street parking. We will be back!

Location views clean airy balcony

It's right on the front close to everything. Massive apartment could have had another bedroom in the living room. We met the owner as we got there he's a lovely bloke and told us to ring him if we needed anything, as he wanted us to have the best holiday.

Absolutely nothing we didn't like. The only thing I would say is there could do with being a curtain in the living room as you couldn't see the TV in the light.

Location is excellent along the main strip of Great Yarmouth. Walking distance to most everything you would want. Includes parking. I stayed for a week in May with my elderly mother who has a walking aid. We were upgraded to a more spacious apartment which was ideal for her. Very comfortable and clean. Light and airy. With sliding patio doors, plenty of windows that open. Partial sea and town view at the back was very nice and we were told it’s quieter than if you are facing the front/side sea views. Staff on hand daily and very accommodating if there is anything you need.

Small balcony for sitting outside. This didn’t apply to us but some apartments may be smaller with lesser views on lower floors.

The property was exactly as described, with beautiful views and a brilliant location, especially for families. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and even made special adjustments for my autistic son, who has high support needs, which we really appreciated. There was ample parking, and the property was easy to find and navigate. I would highly recommend staying here.
