Nastanitev je bila avtenticna, cista, prostorna in hrana odlicna. Imela sva moznost izbire boljse sobe od rezervirane.

Super Lage und tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes türkisches Frühstück.

Es war zu wenig Wasser für den Whirlpool im Zimmer und es wurde auch nicht warm. Wir konnten ihn also nie benutzen.

Ottima la colazione, ma sopratutto la posizione del balcone: l'affaccio è strepitoso e la vista eccezionale. Si può vedere tutta la vallata e le mongolfiere che la mattina prestissimo si alzano in volo.

Purtroppo l'orario di colazione è rigido dalle 8:30 e quindi spesso incompatibile con l'inizio dei tour che solitamente è alle 9:00. Peccato perchè la colazione è veramente piacevole e quindi bisogna fare in fretta.

Stayed at Caldera Hotel in Cappadocia these past few days and was very satisfied overall — highly recommend! The location is excellent, right next to the castle. It’s convenient to explore the surrounding area on foot and really soak in the unique landscape. The terrace has an amazing view — sitting outside in the morning or evening watching the rock formations and valleys change with the light is pure enjoyment, perfect for photos or just relaxing. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with a good mix of hot dishes, cold options, and local specialties. I looked forward to it every morning. Service and the overall experience were comfortable and pleasant. One small suggestion: the bathroom door is a bit low, so it’s easy to bump your head when going in or out. It would be helpful to add a clear warning sign or some soft padding on the frame. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. I’d happily consider coming back here on my next trip to Cappadocia.

The hotel terrace has a great view, the same as in the promotional photo. Breakfast is the most satisfactory meal of my trip to Turkey. The room is spacious, clean and tidy.It was especially quiet, and there was no sound of the minaret at night.The ventilation system is so good that we need to turn on the air conditioner to keep warm at night in late June.

The street in front of the hotel is not spacious, the parking space is a bit narrow, and the end of the street is a broken road, which means you need to turn around when you go out.If you drive a large vehicle to reach the hotel, you may need to park your car in a nearby parking lot and walk a few minutes to reach the hotel.

La vue de la chambre est époustouflante. (Possibilité dans les beaux jours de voir les montgolfières s’envoler au lever du soleil + 15min) Petit déjeuné excellent et énorme! Personnel très sympathique Chambre spacieuse et propre Emplacement idéal à 2min à pied du Château. Rien à redire, L’hôtel est vraiment incroyable. je recommande et je reviendrai!

Posizione ottima, personale super disponibile, vista meravigliosa sul castello di Uçhisar, vicino al centro ma in una via tranquilla, accesso diretto al complesso del castello.

Da rivedere il sistema della colazione (che viene servita al tavolo con moltissime proposte dolci e salate che comunque sono molto buone) perché troppo cibo viene sprecato.

We absolutely loved this place, we had a room with a balcony and fantastic views of Fairy chimneys, hot air balloons early in the morning, fabulous breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff (especially Vahap!) Comfortable bed and overall it was a great stay. Without a question we would definitely stay here again. Location was great, on other side of the chimneys there are views of hot air balloons flying over Goreme and about 30 minute walk to Love Valley.

The property is in an amazing location, Right next to Ushcar Castle. It also has amazing, magical views. They staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we felt very safe.

Hard to say, but my only complaint was our room did not have a window so it was very dark and hard to gauge when it was night/morning. But I did sign up to sleep in a cave!

Alles war so wie wir uns es erhofft hatten, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Bildern groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Gefühl in einer Höhle zu übernachten war mal was ganz neues. Die Aussicht war mega, man schaut auf die Burg und morgens sieht man auch die Ballons was uns sehr gut gefiel da man nicht extra wo anders hinfahren musste. Man hat auch eine super Sicht wenn man hinter die Burg geht. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend man kann vieles erkunden und alles aus nächster Nähe entdecken. Das Frühstück war großzügig gestaltet abwechslungsreich und es war von allem etwas dabei so wie man es in der Türkei gewohnt ist. Wir würden jeder Zeit nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

I want to share my experience so that other people don’t fall for this scam. The hotel is well located, but it is in terrible condition. The rooms have a strong mold smell, sand was falling onto the bed, the bathroom was clogged, and the room heater did not work — especially during a very cold period. In addition, the staff were not friendly, except for one young man who worked at the café and was very polite. I did not enjoy the experience. For the high price we paid for the stay, the minimum I expected was a room that matched the promised standard. We deserve better, and unfortunately that was not delivered.

Superbe petit hôtel au cœur d'Uçhisar avec une vue incroyable sur le château. Meilleur emplacement possible. La chambre 101 a un bel espace avec fauteuil et une vue direct sur le château. Tranquillité absolue. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le personnel adorable. Le restaurant Senza est très bon.

La chambre est un peu humide et il y a quelques escaliers pour y parvenir. Mais c'est le cas partout dans la région.

道路の先が行き止まりなのでツアーのピックアップは大変かも。

The food and the location were the only positive part of the stay here. The hotel has its own restaurant which is pricey but it’s positioned as a premium restaurant with a view of the fairy chimneys so can’t complain. Given the hotel is situated with a view of the fairy chimneys the view was amazing. It’s a shame I can’t say the same about the staff and hotel room itself

Honestly really bad experience. I would have stayed in Göreme but literally chose the hotel for the views and the hot tub. Really regret staying here. The hotel manager was so nonchalant about the hot tub not working like “yeah shit happens, suck it up”. Firstly the room I had booked came with a hot tub. The first night me and my wife were tired from travelling with no sleep so hadn’t checked the hot tub was working which is the hotel’s responsibility. When we tried the hot tub on the second night it wasn’t working. The hotel staff checked it and they needed a technician to come and fix it the next day (check out the picture I have uploaded to see how filthy the hot tub is when he opened the cover). They offered us a hot tub in another room but only for that night since the room had other guests booked for the next day. They said it would be fixed the next day and when I messaged them the next day they said it was fixed. I came back to the hotel that night to find it still wasn’t fixed. Instead of giving me a refund they wanted to offer me another room and a free dinner but I told them I was checking out a day earlier so couldn’t do this. The hotel manager Gokhan then started to insult me and tell me that I have and intentions when I requested a refund given only picked this hotel for the hot tub, otherwise I could have stayed in goreme Second problem was that my wife’s wedding ring was stolen which we left in the room with her other jewellery. I’m pretty sure the technician took it but obviously he denies this. I’ve travelled to 20+ countries and never had anything stolen. Some other problems were that’s on the stairs down to our room the tile were broken and the power sockets in one side of the bed were not working.

En nuestra habitación el baño olía un poco pero entendible al ser una habitación cueva. El acceso con escaleras algo complicado sobretodo con todo nevado y helado pero de nuevo, se trata de un alojamiento en la parte alta de la localidad.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti presso il Caldera Hotel, il soggiorno è stato confortevole in camera ampia e spaziosa. Ottima posizione nel centro di Uchisar, con vista magnifica anche dall’hotel stesso. Lo consiglio!

La colazione è ricca e abbondante. Ogni giorno c’è qualche pietanza diversa, ma complessivamente non è molto varia. In ogni caso, una buona colazione.

Everything about this place was great! From the first moment we checked in the staff made us feel at home . Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was constantly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was so good , felt like my grandma cooked it for me. Location was great and the view from the hotel and our room was absolutely stunning , waking up to this was amazing

La ubicación es maravillosa al estar muy cerca del castillo de Uchisar. Desde el restaurante y justo al salir de las habitaciones la vista es espectacular. También nos gustó que se siente muy tranquilo quedarse en Uchisar, probablemente más de lo que puede ser quedarse en Göreme (este último ya está muy lleno de comercios para los turistas). El desayuno fue maravilloso: muy abundante y con productos típicos de Turquía. La habitación muy espaciosa y confortable. Nos recomendaron una agencia para hacer los toures y nos hicieron la reserva, al igual que con el trayecto de regreso al aeropuerto.

La atención en recepción no siempre fue oportuna. En un par de ocasiones llegamos y no había nadie en la recepción. Parece que un mismo empleado debe atender varias cosas al tiempo, así que no puede estar en todo a la vez.

It was such an amazing experience we had. The view from the hotel and our room was just spectacular. We could watch the balloons early in the morning. We had a wonderful terrace overlooking Uchisar Castle. Uchisar is the best location to stay in Cappadocia region and our experience in the hotel was speechless.

I stayed there with my partner and we had an unfortunate incident during our stay. I lost my gold necklace and my partner lost some cash. We are almost 100% sure that this happened during our stay at the hotel, however, we don't want to accuse anyone without any evidence.

Wonderful location, amazing views, very comfortable. Breakfast with a view was lovely and all the staff were exceptional.

Stunning room with one of the best views we've ever seen at the top of the hill in Uçhisar overlooking the Cave Houses. Tourists were close by taking pictures of the views they are that good. Also one of the best breakfasts we had all week across several hotels.

Dynamic pricing as we wanted to stay another night but the price for the room was changing online. Hotel reception is not always manned. Some natural ceiling sand and grit was falling from the ceiling.

Perfect location, 2 steps away from the castle. What a dream to wake up at 6am and walk at the terrasse to see the balloons flying in the sky. We were well taken care of, if you have any question, the staff will gladly assist you. And the breakfast for 2 can feed a whole AFL team. Fantastic stay overall ! Thank you so much for your welcoming.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders die Aussicht vom Restaurant war einfach atemberaubend und eines der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Uchisar selbst ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort mit einem besonderen Charme. Allerdings gibt es keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nach Göreme, sodass man entweder ein Taxi nehmen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm – dank des großartigen Service, des köstlichen Frühstücks und der beeindruckenden Aussicht. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The hotel is just in front of the Uchisar Castle, one of the most popular tourist spot. Hotel Staffs are very nice and accomodating.

Die Lage und das Frühstück sind perfekt. Unser Zimmer war echt groß und schön. Das Hotel hat auch ein Restaurant, wo wir Wein aus der Region trinken konnten.

Weil wir ganz unten neben der Abwasserpumpe waren, war es manchmal sehr laut und es hat ein bisschen gestunken, als wir von der Wohnung rausgekommen sind. Aber das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört.
