Die schöne direkte Lage am Meer war wundervoll

Ein kleines Paradies umgeben von Palmen und unfassbar herzlichen Besitzern. Wir hatten eine phänomenale Zeit hier und können diese Unterkunft wirklich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Man merkt, dass sich zu vielen Dingen Gedanken gemacht wurden (z.B. Kostenloses Wasser).

Es war Nachts teilweise schon recht warm, aber mit einem Ventilator auf jeden Fall in Ordnung

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Der angelegte Garten ist traumhaft, man ist direkt am Meer und es wurde vieles gut durchdacht. Dusche am Meer, Handbrausen um die Füße sauber zu machen, Platz zum Essen, Nutzung des Kühlschranks. Meine Jungs haben sich sehr über den Tischkicker gefreut und konnten sich Sandelsachen ausleihen. Serverine und Daya sind zwei sehr herzliche Menschen. Severine hat uns mit hervorragenden Tips für die Umgebung versorgt und Transporte organisiert. Die Bungalows sind geräumig und sauber. Wir waren im August dort, hatten den Strand für uns alleine. Man kann zwar nicht richtig schwimmen, aber meine Jungs hat es immensen Spaß gemacht sich von den Wellen an den Strand spülen zu lassen.

Mit einer Klimaanlage wäre es absolut perfekt. Es kommt nachts eine kühle Brise vom Meer in die Bungalows. Dem einem oder anderen ist es vielleicht trotzdem zu warm.

Jeden z najlepszych noclegow w jakich bylam w zyciu. Jakbym mogla dalabym 11/10 pkt! Domki polozone sa na samej plazy, przepiekny zadbany ogrod. Sam domek ma wszystko czego potrzeba, jest bardzo czysty. Do dyspozycji gosci pyszna kawa, pokoj dla dzieci z mnostwem zabawek. Przemili gospodarze ktorzy pomogli zorganizowac wiele rzeczy. L'emplacement et les bungalows idylliques L'accueil des hôtes, Séverine est de très bon conseil et vraiment adorable ! Une adresse exceptionnelle !

Ce serait encore mieux d'avoir un petit déjeuner proposé sur place mais pour le prix c'est tout à fait compréhensible. Il fait très chaud, le ventilateur était un peu petit.

This has been my favourite stay. There’s so many wonderful things to note. I loved the location, right on the beach on a quiet street but with lots of restaurants and cafes so close. The bungalow was large, super clean with such a delight to sit in the balcony listening to, and watching the ocean. The grounds are immaculate, there’s sun lounges right on the beach and with the shade of a coconut palm. The hosts were delightful, so helpful and have lots of tips like the ancient Buddhist temple and kayaking on the lagoon.

Établissement très agréable et géré par une famille très accueillante. Nous avons passé deux belles journées au soleil malgré la saison des pluies, et avons pu profiter de l’accès direct sur la plage. Le lit était confortable et la douche bien chaude comparé à ce que nous avons pu avoir dans les précédents logements.

Le bungalow étant totalement ouvert, il n’y avait pas de Clim et nous avions un peu chaud. La moustiquaire était trouée et laissait passer les moustiques. En off season, faites attention pour le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas inclu dans l’établissement et les restaurants/café tournent pour la plupart au ralenti.

First of all the reason people go to Tangalle is to relax and do not much. And this was my reason also. Im a middle aged male solo traveler. This place was great for me and would be even better for a couple. I stacked my last 5 nights of my trip in Tangalle to do nothing. So I wanted to splurge a little on my living space and I gotta tell ya these bungalows are beautiful and perfect. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. The grounds are beautiful. It's basically right on the beach and just a 10 min walk down a very safe road to the restaurants. You can get tuktuks also, but I walked this in the dark every night alone. Safe and easy. I loved my bungalow and sitting in the hammock listening to the waves crash on the beach. That's why I went there and that's exactly what I got. Even more, Severine and her husband Daya are just exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful hosts. They love what they do and take great efforts to make sure you love your stay with them. The day I arrived in Tangalle I was pretty burned from days of surfing in Hiriyetiya. Severine brought me a brand new bottle of aloe just to be kind. A few days later I was having a 24 hour fever probably from too much sun and she brought me Tylenol. I had prearranged with her husband Daya a transport from Tangalle to my hotel in Columbo when it was time to leave and that was an easy door to door transfer for me without worrying about buses and tuktuks and trains. They even made it easy for me to pay with a mix of Sri Lankan rupees and US dollars at the end of my stay. They have free clean drinking water as well. They also have coffee pods you can purchase and their machine plus they have a free kettle you can use anytime if you have your own instant coffee like I did. They will also help you book excursions if you choose to do them like a safari for instance. I didn't do that but I had asked them about it and they provided me all the details If I did want to.

Super accueil Gentillesse des hôtes Très bonne situation

Bungaloweneligger praktisk talt på stranden, upåklagelig beliggenhet. De har gratis solsenger, hengekøyer og solstoler. Nydelig beplantning med masse orkideer. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!!

Da vi var der var det litt røff sjø, så vi kunne ikke bade i havet utenfor bungalowen.

Изумительное место — красиво, чисто, отличная атмосфера, владельцы очень дружелюбны и отзывчивы. Бунгало находится в пальмовой роще, прямо на берегу океана. Домик оригинально спроектирован, все в нем находится очень продумано и удобно. Кондиционер совсем не нужен, в бунгало всегда свежо и слышен шум волн. Есть бесплатная питьевая вода, общий холодильник и кухня. Из такого замечательно места совсем не хочется уезжать.

Geräumiger, luftiger Bungalow mit vielen Sitz- und Liegeplätzen im Garten und am Strand. Hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Wäscheservice. Viele Restaurants und Spa Angebote in der Umgebung, weitläufiger ruhiger Traumstrand. Wasserspender, Getränke und Snacks verfügbar.

Schwimmen eher schwierig, da starker Wellengang und Strömung.

Notre stop chez Patini a été incroyable. Un bungalow sur la plage où tout a été merveilleusement bien pensé par Séverine et Daya (le balcon, la petite douche pour les pieds, etc) encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et tous vos précieux conseils. On accède directement à la mer par un petit chemin joliment arboré, et il y a aussi une petite zone devant Patini pour se rafraîchir. S’endormir avec le bruit de la mer et se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux… difficile de faire mieux. Un espace est également prévu pour les guests avec un frigo pour ranger quelques produits et des machines à café — que l’on peut déguster directement sur la plage si on le souhaite, un vrai bonheur. L’emplacement est parfait : très calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants de Tangalle. Je ne sais pas si c’est Patini, Tangalle… ou les deux, mais cela nous a complètement fait tomber amoureux du Sri Lanka. Encore merci pour tout - c’est certain, nous reviendrons.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Zum Schwimmen muss man 10 Minuten laufen. Die Bungalows liegen verteilt im Palmengarten, mit genügend Abstand zum Nachbarn. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows sind groß und sauber, mit Ventilator. Nachts kann man mit offenen Fenstern und Merresrauschen einschlafen. Wasser gibt es kostenlos und auch ein Kühlschrank steht zur Verfügung.

De locatie is een paradijs! De bungalows liggen in een prachtig onderhouden tuin direct aan het strand. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en bereid om je met alles te helpen. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om water, koffie en thee te pakken. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader.

De badkamer kan een update gebruiken.

Magnifique bungalow très bien pensé et très agréable avec sa terrasse. Nous avions vu sur un magnifique jardin avec des transats mis à disposition. La plage est au bout de l'allée. L'emplacement est très bien à l'extrémité de Tangalle mais les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Il est difficile de se baigner devant l'hôtel mais une digue aménagée à 500m permet de se baigner. Il n'y a pas de Restaurant mais une cuisine est mise à disposition pour préparer un café ou un thé. Des gâteaux et boissons sont disponibles à la vente également. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et vous guident si besoin. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Un endroit tout à fait paradisiaque. Un bungalow sur la plage avec vu océan. Quelques palmiers tout autour. Vraiment très beau et apaisant. Séverine est adorable et toute l’équipe est au petit soin pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.

Ein tolles Strandbungalow in einem schönen Palmengarten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren direkt an einem sehr schönem Strand. Nachts hört man das Meeresrauschen- sehr toll. Das Bungalow hatte alles was man braucht- die Betten waren auch bequem. Der Palmengarten ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich fast wie in der Karibik. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Patini Bungalows stole my heart. Falling asleep to the sound of waves, waking up to that sea view, and spending time in the beautiful garden felt like a dream. The ice creams were a lovely treat, but the real magic came from the warmest, kindest hosts I’ve ever met. I’ll always remember this place.

Idealna miejscówka tuż nad samym oceanem. Bajka, słychać szum fal, plaża na wyciągnięcie ręki. Bungalowy w pięknym ogrodzie. Byliśmy tylko dwie noce i niestety to za krótko. Polecam serdecznie 😃

Ein Stück vom Paradies! Severine und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber, die sich viel Zeit für ihre Gäste nehmen und mit denen man sehr nett plaudern kann. Es gibt eine tolle Mappe mit Infos, was man in der Umgebung machen kann und beide helfen beim Organisieren von preiswerten Ausflügen. Das Zimmer ist super ausgestattet, es ist an alles gedacht. Es gibt sogar genug Platz, um Sachen aufzuhängen! Wellenrauschen zum Einschlafen und ein traumhafter Ausblick beim Aufwachen, was will man mehr!

Schwimmen ist zu dieser Jahreszeit rund um Tangalle gefährlich. Es gibt aber ein paar geschützte Badebuchten, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Darauf macht Severine aber auch aufmerksam und zeigt Stellen, an denen es ungefährlich ist.

Gostiteljica nam je ob prihodu vse natančno razložila. Navodila smo dobili potem tudi v bungalovu. Bungalovi se nahajajo tik ob morju, tako da ponoči poslušaš šumenje morja. Okrog bungalovov in na plaži je vse zelo lepo urejeno. Plaža je v tem delu čista. V senci palm so ležalniki, viseča mreža. Vsega je dovolj. Od bungalovov vodi betonirana potka, obdana z rastlinjem. Po parih korakih si na mivki in na plaži. Namestitev je luštna, majhna, s petimi bungalovi. Ves čas smo imeli na razpolago brezplačno vodo iz plastenk, sobna temperatura ali hlajena. Uporabljali smo lahko hladilnik, kuhalnik. Gostiteljica nam je podala ogromno različnih informacij o restavracijah, ogledih, dogajanju, trgovinah ... Vsekakor bi se sem še vrnila. Sprehod po plaži je pokazal, da ima gospa najlepše urejeno in da smo izbrali več kot odlično.

Kopalnice bi se lahko nekoliko preuredile - zarjavela držala za brisače, milo.

The thing we like at most is the location- directly on the beach and the amazing palm garden around the bungalows. It doesn’t matter if you have the garden view or the sea view- it’s always beautiful. The bungalows are comfortable, you also have a terrace where you can admire the view in the shadow of the palm trees. The houskeeper keep the place and the garden clean. The host Severine and her family are very friendly and helpful with tips, tuk-tuk or taxi booking. We had delicious breakfasts and traditional dinners in the nearby Cinnabar Resort. They also let us to swim in their beautiful swimming pool.

great value for money. we liked everything about our stay. the territory is well maintained, the owners are super friendly. the property is just right on the beach.

The bungalow is wide, very comfortable. There is a lot of space between the bungalow and garden is amazing as is the view of the sea. The night is very quiet and you cam sleep hearing the sound of the ocean.

The bathroom is a bit old/basic. There should be hot water bit, even if we asked, both days we only had cold water, I would have appreciate that staff came into the room to check and assure that all was working. Breakfast is nota available, I think would be a great upgrade if they add this possibility.

Our stay was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt at peace, with the bungalows perfectly located by the sea, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves throughout our stay. This place truly feels like a slice of heaven on earth! The bungalows are comfortable and clean, with the sea breeze making every moment special. What truly makes Patini Bungalows stand out, though, is the warmth and hospitality of the owners. They are kind and welcoming, providing all the necessary information about the area. Their care for their guests made our stay more comfortable. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility. We honestly felt like we were in our own private paradise. We wish we could stay here forever! We can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for everything!

This place is on an absolutely beautiful beach and you walk out of your bungalow right on to it. The garden area is immaculately looked after. It was great to have a communal fridge and honesty system for soft drinks. The place next door was amazing for coffee and breakfast and there are a wealth of good restaurants in easy walking distance.

This was our first accommodation in the south of Sri Lanka and it was wonderful. A beautiful place in a quiet location, right on the beach. Clean and well equipped. There is a shared fridge with water and soft drinks, as well as a small kitchen that guests can use. The beach is practically deserted, and swimming is possible about 500 meters from Patini Bungalows. There are numerous restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the center of Tangalle is also easily reachable on foot (about 30 minutes or 10 minutes by tuk-tuk). Severine and Daya are super kind and helpful. Thank you very much! We felt extremely comfortable and can highly recommend this place!

Severine and her husband were great hosts, we loved that we felt very comfortable here like it was a 2nd home! Helping ourselves to the coffee/tea and snacks :) always staff around to help too. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better- lovely sea view from the room!

Book this bungalows for three nights at least, you will be very very sad to leave this place. As soon as you enter your area in heaven. The beachside, the hammocks, the greenery, everything is amazing. As soon as you wake up and go out you are on a beach. Perfect place to relax and tan. A lot of restaurants around, very calm area. Owners are very friendly.

We spent an amazing time in Patini Bungalows. Spacious and cozy bungalows on the sea side at a calm beach. Waves are a bit rough but you can swim a bit further on the beach. Plenty of local F&B options in a walking distance. Safe environment. Daya and Severine, warm thank you from Sergey and Ekaterina, we already miss our stay!

This one of our favourite accommodation- hosts are wonderful, clean, beach right there. used them for transport, host family were beautiful! it’s quiet, great coffee few doors down, excellent food places close and next door. would recommend fellow kiwis (nz )to stay here . wish we stayed here longer…

We loved this place. In fact we booked one night and kept extending. This is a genuine beach bungalow with the sea and sand right outside the door of the bungalow. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite the lack of aircon we were cool and able to sleep soundly at night with the sound of crashing waves in the background. 😀 There are plenty of really nice beach bars in walking distance along the beach. Or you can lay around in your private hammock or beach chairs right outside your room or along the beach front. The accommodation was located in a quiet area. The owners and staff were helpful, kind and friendly and proactive in providing information. We highly recommend.
