I like the texting service daily. They text to make sure everything is good and if there is anything that we needed. It was very clean. The staff were great.

Es war nicht sauber, wir hatten Haare in der Dusche und am Waschbecken. Die Dusche ging nicht ganz zu und war von oben bis unten schmutzig. Leider das schlechteste Tru in dem wir waren (ca. 10 Stk.)

Clean and the location was decent.

Breakfast was great. Kayla at the front desk was likd and informative. They were able to accommodate my early check in.

The mattress by the window was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. It took at least 15 minutes of running the shower for the water to get warm. Room number 404.

The only thing that was frustrating was the elevators were not working. This caused a huge pile up trying to get up to our room or the pool. The food was amazing.

Someone started smoking in the pool area and my wife and I asked very nicely for him not to smoke and he was a little disgruntled but he put out his cigarette and walked out of the pool area.

The afternoon receptionist. He was lazy. All ways on his phone, when you had a question, he made you feel like you were bothering him. We had a maid that left the trash in our room. Did not change out the shampoo. Let trash bags on our bed

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the frames seemed like they were going to fall apart. The toilet was not properly bolted to the floor and moved when sitting on it. The a/c when it kicked on sounded like it was full of water. And you could hear the people in the next room…every word.

Great last minute booking before the kids started school. The staff was super friendly. It was least than 5 minutes for the beach. My room was nice and spacious.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast was good, the pool was heated and very clean, the room was big, modern, with a very good bathroom. The washer/ dryer are free for guests. The hotel is close to many attractions.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. No microwave in the room.

Every member of the staff with whom I spoke was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I enjoyed conversing with many staff members, and each and everyone was extremely receptive.The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. The variety was unprecedented. Anything anybody could wish for in a breakfast item was included in this buffet. Bananas and apples were also available, with the apples actually wrapped in saran wrap. That way, you knew that it was clean and untouched.

I would suggest that perhaps a glass or plastic cup be available in the bathroom. Of course, that’s not a big deal, and that’s the only thing I would suggest. Perhaps it was an oversight.

All the staff were wonderful and nice, clean room, good beds, plenty of towels and wash clothes, well lit parking lot. Per friendly, wonderful breakfast with awesome oats, parfaits, fruit and nuts. We felt safe. We will be back!!! Great job!!!

The different breakfast options were amazing. The staff worked diligently to keep items stocked for guests. The area was cleaned promptly and the food was delicious. We appreciated the various items to choose from.

My one grievance is the laundry area. I appreciate that it is free to guest; however, it was unfortunate that one dryer and one washer was out of service leaving only one washer and dryer for guests to utilize.

Clean and friendly staff

Even though it was near the hwy it was quiet and safe. Easy to get to restaurants and the shops.

The breakfast was bad. The rooms didn’t have furniture with drawers and very little closet space. No microwave in room we had to go to the lobby to heat food. The floors were a little dirty. They cleaned every other day and not very well. I was lied to at the front desk about the hotel amenities.

The location is close to pretty much everything.

When I arrived to my room I realized the volume to the tv was at its maximum volume and you could barely hear anything. I also discovered ants on the nightstand. Luckily my kids had there cell phones to entertain them because we couldn’t hear anything on the tv.

It’s very small room..not very clean for a Hilton… they have a draw curtain…at midnight on the right of the building a very bright light came on don’t know if it’s a stadium or a factory.. It was like day time in my room until l figured out the draw drape … Which took the light down 25% 🤨 at $128 per night you tell. Breakfast was hot the staffs amazing I didn’t want carpet so that’s why I picked but don’t expect anything special..the bed was comfortable.

Lobby area is nice and room style is nice. Overall this is a very nice hotel.

Room had a foul odor… like someone had eaten fried fish in the room and left it in there for a while. Linens smelled a bit sour. Shampoo etc was almost empty. No extra roll of toilet tissue. Breakfast was basically gone by 8:30 and wasn’t being refilled while we were in the breakfast area.

We were in a crunch to find somewhere to stay for the night with our kids after being on the beach all morning and they just so happened to have a room that was reasonable price. Pool area was nice, the room was spacious, staff were very helpful & breakfast had plenty of options !

Everything!!! The staff is absolutely so rude… the shower was moldy and mildewed. Called them and they made us wait in the room while they recaulked the shower instead of just bleaching the shower. The beds are so springy and uncomfortable. I have many more complaints but I won’t go into it all..I will never stay at a tru again!!

Very poor water pressure in the shower. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't rinse all of the soap, shampoo and conditioner out of my hair.

1st- the hospitality of the front desk was top tier! Paul and Kayla went above and beyond to help my husband and I. We arrived on the 12 and had problems with our card and they were beyond helpful. There was another young lady on Friday that was with Paul and she was very pleasant as well. 2nd- the rooms were very nice and bed was so comfortable I wanted to load it up and take them back to Alabama. 3rd-the breakfast was aoooo good. I CAN NOT BRAG ENOUGH ABOUT THE GRITS. WOWWWW!!!! 4th- the pool was so clean and nice. Not to sound exaggerated but this was the nicest hotel I stayed at!!!! Kudos to a great staff and establishment.

All those extra fees they don’t tell you about until you arrive. The rooms already high so why charge 100 deposit then extra 50 per day. It was way too much

I loved the scenery of the property and what they had to offer. I like how kids stayed free and free breakfast!
