The breakfast was really good and I love how kid friendly it is. I am going to come back in October because I seen where it had a heated pool so I’m excited to try that out.

The fact that the beach was not very crowded I really loved that’s why I always like to stay in hotels that are not high-rises because the beaches are always overcrowded

I enjoyed the location of the property, it being right on the beach, and how close it was to other attractions.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay for the price, I had a problem with my door not shutting all the way, but I informed someone and they said they would put in a maintenance request for it to get fixed before the next guest. I did park on the ground flooring for about 2 days and have/had ants in my car from where I parked. The elevator near my room was under construction so I did have to walk to get my things up and down.

The pool was great. The kids absolutely loved it. The pirate and mermaid was phenomenal!!!! Beach access was nice!

Im a smoker and it felt like I was stalked by a couple of the staff all week making sure I was in the tiny smoking area. Also saw a wheelchair bound person that had no handicap access to the beach at this resort 😕

They run for a really clean

One of the elevators was down the whole time we were there and I have two bad hip replacements so I had to use the stairs the whole time and had grandchildren with us made for an uncomfortable stay

I like the pool activity’s and the location of the hotel!

I love the pool! Main reason we booked Amanda at the front desk was the absolute sweetest! She made checking in fast and accommodated every request

The room is very out of date. The beds were very uncomfortable. The elevator by the pool was broken & the other elevators floor was coming up.. looks like the hotel needs serious repairs and renovation especially for the price we are paying it definitely wouldn’t hurt to extend the hours of breakfast or maybe make the breakfast area a LITTLE BIGGER we were also disappointed that the bubble machine broke down

Great location the hottub and pool was great view of the ocean was awesome.

Our only problem was the room floor was dirty. I walked throughout the hotel room when checked in and in white socks and the bottom of the socks was just about black. Definitely needs to be mopped.

I love that it was walk on the beach access. The water fall pool and tiki bar was a great touch!

The hotel rooms are in need of a serious update. The bathrooms are very old, and the clothing storage spaces are very generic. Part of running a business is putting the money back into the product and keeping it updated. The pictures and lighting on the walls are nice, and full-size refrigerator was a good add, but the rest is in need of a serious upgrade, especially for the nightly rate.

It should be called "the roach motel" it was dirty and roach infested. We left after one night. Still waiting to be reimbursed for the 4 nights I paid for

The room was wonderful, perfectly situated with a 5th floor balcony view right onto the beautiful beach. The parking was great, right under the hotel and with easy access in and out and one of the only free parking of all hotels in the surrounding area. The location of the hotel is PERFECT within close distance to everything around the area. Breakfast was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. A "block" of scrambled eggs that tasted extremely chemical, and very low quality, however it was there for those who enjoyed, and it was included in the price of the stay.

It took us a while also to just figure out the "condensation" all over the counters of the room. While extremely humid outside, AC so cold inside that it took a day to figure out the perfect balance for things not to be wet inside

Staff is rude, pool needs repairs, sand on the floors in the room, bathroom at pool smelled of pee, the bathroom in the room wasn't cleaned.

With us being on the 4th floor the condensation was bad water was on the ceiling and dropped on us in the bed and our floor was wet and mirrors stayed foggy

The beach and beachview were awesome. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean.The flooring in the room was good.

This was probably the most run-down hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevators were both missing floor tiles. They painted the floor underneath the missing tiles red instead of fixing the trip hazard. Our patio door lock didnt lock at all and had to be replaced. The drop ceiling had gaps between the frame and panels. Same around doors and the air conditioner.

No me gustó lo viejo que está,los colchones estaban super incómodos,el piso no lo limpiaron bien,se veía manchado,y el personal de seguridad me hizo sentir todo el tiempo como si estuviera haciendo algo malo,hasta me revisaron si tenia brazalete puesto.Pasan de un lado para otro y nos hacen sentir incomodos y acosados aún siendo una propiedad tan antigua.

This is the second time we stayed at the Days. One of our favorites is the location. You can just grab your chair, towel and walk straight to the beach. The breakfast is basic, but good. The staff cleaned the room both days, left fresh towels included pool ones, and replaced all the amenities.

We left our umbrella at home and tried to rent one from the kiosk. The guy there was not kind. He just said that he was going to check if was any available and never came back with an answer. I can understand that they prefer to rent the umbrella with the chairs, but we were guest at the hotel, and he could done more. We went to a store and just bought one.

It was right on the beach. The room was nice and the balcony was awesome. The pool was a nice touch as well.

The entertainment they had available during the day for kids and adults is perfect. My kids loved being able to swim with the mermaids. And the movie they play every night at 8pm by the pool is a bonus. They had a hollahoop competition. They has a foam party. Great place. Great staff.

Pool restrooms smelt like raw sewage. But our room was so close to the pool, we just went back to the room.

Just a little more attention to detail on room cleaning. But 9.5/10 on room cleanliness and facilities are a bit dated but it’s nice overall!

Air wasn't working in our original room so they moved us. There was a partially eaten cookie under bedside table when we arrived in the second room. Pillow case looked like it had been slept on. Went and asked for clean ones and he handed me one and said that was all he had. Did not like the pool where it was and appeared to be best for kids only. Everything seemed to need updating

The breakfast was horrible. They made you a to go box cafeteria style. The food was not fresh and tasted like it was from a box. Stayed 3 days only ate breakfast 1 time it was that bad. The facility is in need of major remodeling. The bathroom is very small hardly room to shower. The bathroom sink was out with the beds pretty inconvenient On a side note the staff were all friendly and helpful with any issues.

It stormed the time we was there for vacation. A double red flag day no one can get in the water, I booked too far in advance not knowing what the weather would be like. My bad. And was hoping for some grits for breakfast 😋 Lol

We had to change rooms because it was dirty and smelled like weed and only 1 of the 3 elevators were working and the staff kept them occupied so there were long wait times.

The pool area was very nice, and I enjoyed the free breakfast.

I had German cockroaches in my room, the TV had a white spot on the screen that was annoying and needs to be replaced. The back door to the balcony was messed up. Only one elevator was working. Not enough parking for hotel guests.

Amanda was personable and pleasant to deal with. The clothesline in the shower to hang wet items without them dripping on the floor was a welcomed surprise. I appreciated the large kitchen trash can in the kitchenette room we booked, along with the broom/dustpan, dehumidifier and 2-ply toilet paper (iykyk). The AC was already turned on and running to cool the room when we checked in. Extremely nice pool area, wonderfully large hot tub. Nice touches to make our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Although it didn't affect us because we were on the second floor (same floor as the lobby), there were issues with the elevator - one was shut down and the other was having issues. We saw a woman with her hands full try to use the stairs and fall.

There was a big difference when I booked the pictures on the website looked good, but when I got there, everything looked different and old. The people there apologized and said that the pictures online were from a while ago and they hadn't updated the website,

I loved the balcony and oceanfront view. The bed was comfortable and I liked the new flooring. The covered parking garage was also nice.

One of the elevators was always out of order, so the wait for the one elevator wasn't ideal, especially since my room was on the top floor. The bathroom and doors need to be updated/remodeled. Wood was rotten at the bottom of all the doors. I saw a couple of bugs/flies coming in and out of the main door b/c of poor insulation. The AC unit in my room was very loud and had a rattling noise that disrupted my sleep.

One elevator was down the other ones were slow. The elevator near the pool got stuck once. Only one pool waterfall was working. The other one was not. Need to have a way to order a drink or food by the pool without having to have a credit card or cash and charge it to your room.

PARKING, or lack there of! Don't stay out passed 8pm, you won't have anywhere to park except across the street. Only one elevator working. Bottleneck of guest everytime you go to the elevator.

Pool was fantastic. Beach access was perfect. Room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Beds were uncomfortable, room had sand everywhere upon arrival, always standing water on the walk way to the pool, breakfast could have been better quality.

I like the breakfast. This is mainly why I always stay at this hotel. The cleaning crew is very nice and always willing to help one feel comfortable. I also like the fact that there is a beach wheelchair available.

My mother is in a wheelchair and there isn't many restrooms that are handicap accessible. As many times as I've been there, I've not been able to get a room that is a walk-in shower or handicap accessible. I've also had issues getting a shower chair for my mother. This last time I went I had to bring my own.

We got stuck on the elevator twice! Unacceptable, last year we visited this property and they had problems with the elevators thought they would spend the money to get them fixed but they didn't reported it and they act like it's not a problem.

Location was great! We were able to walk to Harpoon Harrys, Captain Jacks, surf shops, ice-cream, and a convenient store. We had the breakfast every morning, it was ok. We had the BEST Hamburgers for lunch at the on site restaurant. The pool was fun, but needs a lot of work. They had a foam party by the pool also which was a hit. The room service employees were interacted with where all very nice and helpful.

None of this would keep me from booking again in the future. Just a lot of room for improvement. The pool area is the only real complaint. One of the waterfalls in the pictures does not work. The walkway/deck area had several places where bricks were broken/missing. They did have those areas taped off. It was a little dirty. The bathrooms at the pool also need some attention. And if I remember correctly, the handicap pool lift was broken. So if that is important, you may want to call and ask.
