Large, Comfy, Stylish Apartment

Amazingly comfortable, warm and clean. The beds are super comfortable and the house is homely and relaxing. This is the second time I have stayed and just as impressed as last time.

WAS NOT CLEAN. Ants, dead cockroach in pantry. Dirty cups. Dirty drawers in kitchen and bedroom. Microwave was dirty. Sandwich maker full of crumbs.

We loved the fire and plenty of room to enjoy the space. Great to have washing and drying facilities. Comfortable bed and lovely ensuite bathroom. The location was really good for us visiting friends and family in the area.

We had an issue with the power tripping but I am sure the cause will be investigated so this is not a safety problem going forward. It was dealth with promptly when we messaged Brigid with a short term fix of a call from an electrician. The hot water in the kitchen sink took an age to arrive which seemed very wasteful using so much water waiting for it. A light for the lock box would be great. Looks like there has been one bit not working. All things that did not spoil our stay.

There is a unit underneath that you occasionally hear voices and movement from,we were in for a weekend,maybe not so obvious during the week. The drive entrance is overgrown making backing onto the road a dangerous experiance. These minor factors would not stop us staying again

Plenty of space in the apartment. Very comfy bed. Extra touches like coffee, tea bags & cereal made a big difference to us. Easy walk to town.

Location was perfect, walkable to shops & restaurants. The apartment was spotless and so comfortable. A real home away from home. Beds were so comfortable and had top quality linen. A lovely touch was the welcome wine!

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, home from home

The apartment was exactly as described - spacious and very comfortable. The deck looking out onto lovely bushland was an added bonus, and we were blessed with perfect weather to make the most of it. Only a 10 minute walk to the Havelock North village.

The apartment was comfortable, warm and well-equipped. It was close to the centre of Havelock North and within easy walking distance. The owners were quickly responsive to a question about bathroom privacy.

We had some problems with the TV set-up and would have asked for support on this from the owners if we had been staying longer.

Exquisite apartment, practically appointed, with all the modern conveniences and personal touches you could wish for. Masses of room throughout to relax and enjoy a break away in total style and comfort. A dream stay - and one we hope to repeat at some time in the future. :-)

Just being picky here because we're used to staying in hotels, but we would have liked a box of tissues, a disposable shower cap and a suitcase stand! Also, there needs to be a soap holder (or small shelf) in the second shower just to rest things on like your own soap or razor, etc.

Even better than the photos. Private and quiet spot. Well stocked pantry with cereals, spreads, butter, full litre of milk, cooking oil, seasonings and a great selection of teas and coffee. We shared breakfast on the balcony with Tui birds. Not overlooked by other properties at all.Good communication from the property owner. An absolute A+ find.

Absolutely nothing.

This was a return visit, so felt like coming home. Had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very close to town centre. Lovely comfortable beds, beautiful linens. Plenty of towels. Winter and summer duvets. The kitchen is excellently stocked, including milk, butter, lots of teas and coffees. Plenty of hot water with 2 bathrooms. Lots of places to sit and watch large TV. Useful deck outside to relax. Quiet neighbourhood. On site parking. The host is easily contactable. Very reasonable rates. In short a home from home.

Really only being piccy, but I did suggest an espresso coffee machine. The outside lights weren't working and the host is onto it. So not really a negative Otherwise 10 out of 10

Great location, In walking distance from town. Very nicely furnished , very clean, and a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We would certainly recommend this property

The apartment's decor was stylish and very comfortable. It was also a great size and had all the necessary amenities. The town itself was also lovely but a bit expensive in general!

After our booking fell apart, this place was readily available. Getting there was easy and the instructions to find the keys were clear. The apartment was absolutely beautiful.

It is located in a quiet area, that is easy to access. The facilities were of a high standard, and the property is spacious. Although we didn't need it, it was great to plenty of plates and cutlery. The linen was of a high standard. And having milk in the fridge for when we arrived was great. We appreciated the prompt contact by the managers. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Outside lighting when arriving after dark. Suspect this was an oversight from last guests.

A blind in the main bathroom would make using it more comfortable. Tinted windows don't quite do the trick.

Spacious and comfortable. Lovely big beds with gorgeous linen. Kitchen was well equipt and the apartment was within walking distance to town.

Booking.com was a pain to deal with when trying to add two more people to our booking. Not the owners fault at all.

Plenty of room and very comfortable for my husband and I and my parents. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Enjoyed the log fire, the sun streaming in at breakfast and the peaceful location.

Outdoor lights at entrance weren't working so was a bit dark arriving at night.

The apartment is so beautiful. It is indeed spacious and has everything you need and more. Not far from city central, close to everything.

Easy walk to town. On a 'no-through' road, so quieter. Warm and cosy and clean. Kitchen is well set up with all the modern conveniences. One of the bathrooms has heated floors - my wife couldn't get enough of this :) Nice bath, big beds, great wardrobe space. Fireplace for ambience and warmth.

A family with a child live downstairs - there can be a little noise coming up through the floor, but not really a problem. Never disturbed us to be fair, but I am only mentioning this as we live alone in a very quiet area, so even a little noise is noteworthy. There was no noise through the night or in the mornings.

It was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was well located, close to central Havelock North which has some excellent restaurants and cafes. It was a 10 min drive to Napier, the purpose of our visit.

Everything was pretty good. The outdoor furniture could be updated.

The flat is in a great location. We had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well equipped and Brigid was a great host, helpful and understanding.

Location was great central to everything. Apartment had excellent facilities and was very spacious. Owner made contact via text to check we had everything we needed. Never had an owner do that before was very impressed.

The property was high end and very comfortable with excellent facilities. It was in a quiet residential location but very close to the village centre shops and restaurants.

One bathroom had too long a draw for hot water and the deck furniture was a bit tired.

We appreciated the cereal, milk, bread, butter and a large choice of teas and coffee. The accommodation was very clean, comfortably furnished, very spacious with large bathrooms and excellent linen. Lots of wardrobe space and hangers - this is excellent when travelling. The location is within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes and shops and yet situated in a quiet street with a bushy outlook and birdsong.

There was a nice variety of kitchen supplies like tea, coffee and bread which made life easier. Milk and butter were also provided.

Definitely a very spacious and comfortable place to stay with great facilities. It has a well equipped kitchen, 2 good bathrooms, a washing machine and an outdoor deck. It is a close walk to the lovely shops and cafe/restaurants of Havelock North and good driving distance to many of the great wineries of the area. Owner left bread, milk and butter for us too.

3 of us tried numerous time to get the oven to work, without success. We are all experienced cooks, it just kept giving us an error message. You should not have to read a manual to turn on an oven. However this was just a minor, nevertheless annoying issue.

This property is amazing. The level of luxury & attention to detail shown in all the appliances & decor is outstanding. Arriving, this place really felt like home & I would definitely book this place next time. The deck also looked like a great facility although I visited during a rainy period. This place is cosy, warm & a home away from home!
