Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams

The Staff was very very helpful, specially JESSICA at the checking counter. My wife was sick and I wanted to get some local medication which we always get, we didnt know where to get this from, Jessika went out of her way and arrange someone to get it for us. She was SUPER HELPFUL.

I liked the location of it. It was close to everything.

The bartenders on this rooftop had a difficult time figuring out whose bill/ticket belonged to each customer. But other than that, everything was great.

Service at the bigger poolside restaurant was terrible, I sat there for 30 mins with no one approaching to serve. Other pool and restaurant service was excellent

We hebben genoten! Lekker geslapen en fantastisch gegeten. Ook de ligging is ideaal, ondanks de warme temperatuur hebben we toch enkele mooie wandelingen kunnen maken.

Der Empfang - die Lobby ist im 24. Stock glaube ich und nicht im EG, das ist wirklich ein traumhafter Anblick bei der Ankunft. Herzliche Begrüßung wie in einem Resort mit Handtuch und Begrüßungsgetränk. Wunderschön designte Zimmer mit exklusiven Details. Top Service in allen Bereichen. Sauber, hochkarätig und ein einzigartiges Serviceniveau von der Poolbar bis zu den Restaurants, die auch auf Unverträglichkeiten ganz unkompliziert reagieren. Sehr beeindruckend und wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nur dass der Wellnessbereich leider schon um 21 Uhr geschlossen hat. Wir waren um 20 Uhr dort und hätten dann einen vollen Tageseintritt zahlen müssen für eine Stunde.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, and they did their jobs exceptionally well. The food was absolutely superb and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Tutto! La struttura è nuovissima e spettacolare. Le camere, gli ambienti di accoglienza, i ristoranti e i bar sono curatissimi ed estremamente puliti. Le piscine a sfioro sono mozzafiato. Il cibo servito al buffet della colazione è di una qualità eccellente, con una varietà inimmaginabile. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, la palestra e il bagno turco sono puliti e accoglienti. Il soggiorno è una vera e propria esperienza indimenticabile!

Absolutely everything! This was genuinely a five-star experience from start to finish. The property was breathtaking, with phenomenal facilities, multiple beautiful pools, several restaurants and plenty of dining options. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional, and the wellness facilities and massage were also phenomenal. We travelled with our baby and the hotel was incredibly accommodating and welcoming to us as a family. We also booked a tour through the City of Life Dreams team, which was another fantastic experience and very well organised.

Honestly, I cannot fault this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations

Fantastic hotel. It was really good value and still felt like a 5 star hotel. Definitely recommend the half board option. Breakfast and dinner were amazing with so much choice but they still incredibly managed to maintain very high quality dishes. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

One thing to watch are quoted the spa prices. They don’t include 10% service which is fair enough but don’t include taxes which amounted to another 25%.
