Floor is dusty, toilet floor was slippery , have moss , toilet sink clogged, parking was charge rm4/hour and lastly we never stay in anywhere in malaysia that need to pay swimming pool separately for RM20 per person

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026- The selling point is the view of the Merdeka and KL towers as well as it being located quite centrally near KLCC and near the monorail (Bukit Nanas) - Hosts were responsive via Whatsapp when asking for extra rolls of toilet paper (see cons) - It was a true three bedroom place so everyone had their own space
- BRING EARPLUGS: Despite being 20+ levels up, it is located next to the road and we often heard cars/motorbikes being revved at late at night until 1am or 2am. - POOL AND GYM SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED: despite the price tag, pool and gym had to be paid for separately. The gym had good equipment but the pool is poorly maintained (missing tiles, random patched up grout) as one of my family members had cut the bottom of their toe on a broken tile while we were in the pool. Be careful when in the pool. - WORN APARTMENT: Overall quite worn out especially the bathroom as the grout is quite black. - LIMIT TO HOT WATER: Despite having two bathrooms, expect a lukewarm shower especially if two people are using the showers at once. Also the water heater was off before we arrived and we had to turn it on at the switch and expected it to heat up quickly. We learnt after a lukewarm shower that it takes a few hours. - MICROWAVE DID NOT WORK: Also didn't help that manual wasn't included either. - DRYING FUNCTION DID NOT WORK: Limited drying function of their washer/dryer. Unsure how previous people managed to dry their clothes as a clothes rack was not provided either. - BRING OWN HANGERS: No hangers provided in closet - ASK FOR MORE TOILET PAPER: They provided only one toilet roll for the two bathrooms so had to ask them for more rolls. - FIRM BEDS: Unsure if this was a con as we prefer softer mattresses but do with this information as you like

The actual room I stayed in did not match the displayed photos, and I couldn’t see the Twin Towers either. The room facilities were very basic, and there were small cockroaches. Among the three rooms, one had a non-functional air conditioner, another had no air conditioner at all, and the beds were also very basic.

Las camas sin Cambiar con vello pubico, y sucias las toallas estaban húmedas del huésped anterior solo las doblaron y aparte , infestado de cucarachas, salían por todos lados muy sucio y lleno de moho los baños con olor a orín, aparte sin cubiertos y refrigerador sucio, dejamos el Depto daba asco para poder dormir nos fuimos a un hotel a las 12pm , se le llamó booking y no resolvieron, lo único que respondían era si el dueño a ver si quería devolver el dinero, me quedé esperado un Mail de booking. La empresa no se hizo responsable para apoyar para la devolución del dinero. Ante esta situación , Cómo es posible booking no me apoya que soy un cliente frecuente que le da ganar a la app de booking aun teniendo las. Evidencias de fotos y videos de cucarachas y los pelos en las sábanas el dueño y booking no respondieron

Dirty: lining with blood stain, pillowcase with hair, curtains, towers, kitchen cupboards, toaster, dish drying rack, walls. Moudy bathrooms. Peelling wall papers. No clothes airer or dyer for washed cloth. No detergent for the washing machine. Air-conditionings on fixed timer which means you will wake up sweaty mid of the night. Stinky air-conditioning in second bedroom. Cockroaches running. Second bedroom door deformed and hard to close. Tiny 32 inch tv. No hand soap in bathrooms.

The rude staf/owner answering our request. Please do not involve in hospitality service if you dont have the ability to communicate with anyone. I passed my phone to my colleague so that things did not escalate. But the poor friend also received same bad treatment. now i completely understd why they name the place as pnut.

This place is not safe at all! Owner gave us a different house that was not the same as the photos shown. We arrived around 5:40pm and staff entered the house with us. We couldn’t even lock the door from the inside. There’s so many stains on the bedsheets, TV n WIFI also not working, staff came twice to check and we didn’t feel safe anymore bcs staff can easily enter the house and knew all passwords. We ended up checked out around 9pm and find other Airbnb. The owner refused to refund us and gave a completely a different house from the photos shown and another issues with a clogged sink. The whole experience feels like a SCAM. Even police told us this area is a ‘Black Area’ and not safe at all. I’m requesting a full refund due to safety concerns and multiple problems!

1. Parking was terrible. Cost too expensive with bad parking space 2. Bussiest building 3. Do request for klcc view but got nothing. 4. There’s high additional cost. Beware & read carefully before you book 5. Gym & pool not free. There’s additional payment if you wanted to use these facilities.

- 300 RM DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND THIS IS STATED ONLY IN A RANDOM TAB ON BOOKING - they only informed ON THE DAY ITSELF - ONLY ONE TYPE OF SOAP PROVIDED - the handsoap is also the SHOWER ONE?! - Lift is DEFECTIVE, it jerked to a stop when we were in it - Troublesome check in and check out where you need to actually meet someone - One room was basically a hole in the wall with curtains, no door - Stain on the sofa which was supposed to be a bed - Nothing around the accomodation, requires a walk

The unit was lovely but it does need a professional clean as there were small crawlies in the BR and floor. The towels also need to be washed with bleach once in awhile as its not white in color anymore✌️✌️✌️

The whole apartment is a big wreck. The beedsheets are stained yellow stained, the dishes and cutleries are disgustingly bad. The host was not the best in terms of communication. The apartment smelled and no value for money

Lies lies lies. This was a common theme when staying at vortex suites. We looked on booking.com where it told us there would be 6 beds only to get there and be told there was 3, the owner stated it was a mistake on the website yet did nothing to fix this issue. A second lie arose when we were asked for payment. Whilst the room was displayed on booking.com for £40 , hidden fees were added once we arrived at the establishment and we were informed that the actual price was £56. As we settled in we found a cigarette bud on the floor and cockroaches, vile . As we left the suite the owner failed to give us our full deposit back despite his previous promises of a full refund the night before.
