Poucas toalhas de banho, só duas de duche. Sem toalhas de rosto ou panos de cozinha. Gel e shampoo também muito reduzido. Uma pequena amostra para duas pessoas. O equipamento de cozinha também era mínimo. A piscina tem uma vista deslumbrante mas está repleta de gente, famílias inteiras com crianças e bóias dentro de água e muita gente totalmente vestida dentro da piscina. E não falo pelo facto de ser uma questão cultural ou imposição religiosa, mas homens vestidos simplesmente porque não tinham fato de banho.

Malgré mes relances pour avoir au moi un geste, ou juste une serviette et coussins pour la 5 ieme personnes. Le personnel a fait la sourd d oreilles et n à pas eu m amabilité de me prévenir. De plus la piscine de platinum luma ne donne pas sur les Petronas comme sur la photo en publicité.

The rooms were dirty. Early check-in cost more than the nightly rate. We waited for an 1 hour and 10 mins for the lifts when it was time to check out. We have 4 large suitcases so using the stairs from the 49th floor wasn’t an option.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026I liked the location; Quill City Mall was a short walk away, while Bukit Nanas monorail station was even closer (6min). The front desk staff were nice and friendly and the pool on the top deck was amazing.
The A/C must be in need of a clean, as the room was constantly stuffy, so much so, I was breathing better outside (which is something to say in KL). The kitchen looked nice, however had barely any utensils, unlike say an airBnB which has at least a pan and pot. Mixed feeling regarding the lobby/foyer always being so busy. I'm unsure if this was due to the odd entry/awkwardness of getting a taxi/grab or this was more like an apartment building instead of a hotel, however it just seemed so odd that it was always jammed full at the foyer, even with the traffic controllers moving people along.

It was hard to comprehend how bad the mattress on the bed is. You may as well sleep on the floor, it is that hard. Genuinely baffling they would give the go ahead for it to be used in a good hotel.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Magnifique appartement situé au 26ème étage, avec une vue incroyable sur la ville. Le logement est spacieux. Le fait d'avoir une cuisine est très pratique. La communication avec l'hôte fut fluide et la récupération des clés (au comptoir d'accueil) très simple et rapide. La piscine au dernier étage est très belle et peu fréquentée au regard de la taille de l'immeuble. La salle de sport, un peu rudimentaire, comprend l'essentiel. Au cours de notre séjour d'une semaine (début août), nous n'avons jamais eu de temps d'attente long aux ascenseurs alors que nous étions au 26ème. L'immeuble est idéalement situé : 20 minutes à pied des tous pétronas, 25 minutes à pied de jalan alor, près du quartier chinois également, notamment. Nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix.
Il manque des équipements quand le logement est occupé par 4 personnes : la table est toute petite et ne comprend que 2 sièges ; il n'y avait que 3 verres.

部屋に小さいアリがたくさんいました。17階なのに、、、あと、お部屋の掃除のサービスはありません。タオルの補充とアメニティの補充のみのサービスで、私たちのお風呂のタイミングと合わず、毎回フロントにタオルを変えてくださいとお願いするのが面倒でした。

Non è un aspetto negativo, ma un'informazione per chi prenota: questo appartamento fa parte della torre 1. La vista sulle Petronas è bloccata dalla torre 2 dove c'è un'altra infinity pool, non accessibile per chi soggiorna qui. Dalla torre 1 si vedono la KL tower e il Merdeka 118, le Petronas molto poco e non dalla piscina.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La posizione è molto comoda, a piedi si raggiungono in 15 minuti le Petronas, la piscina.La lavatrice e asciugatrice comodissime, effettivamente la cucina manca di stoviglie,ma per tre giorni a noi non è interessato.Noi non abbiamo riscontrato difficoltà con gli ascensori e nemmeno con l' affluenza in piscina, anzi.
Se devo suggerire qualcosa,forse le chiavi dell' appartamento una sola non è sufficiente, soprattutto se si è in quattro.Anche perché le chiavi sono attaccate al badge per gli ascensori.

Uncomfortable beds. Air con didn’t work in bedroom. No soap. No pool towels and pool was so over crowded. No safe for valuables. Only one towel pp - no hand towels.

عزل الغرفه النظافة المصعد زحمه مجرد تأخذ مفتاح الشقة ولا ابن امه يسأل عنك او يرد عليك الشقة الي خذتها مسبحها ليس المنتناهي وإطلالته على التاور مش البرجين الاستقبال في الدخول والخروج لطعه نص ساعة لا يوجد مطعم في البرج

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The beds were comfortable and they were able to arrange us an extra bed for a small fee. The shower was good and the apartment well proportioned. The view from the pool and bar was very good.
It was a little bit hard to find as the Platinum Luma sign was not visible from the outside. The apartment needs some hooks for hanging towels up etc.

Ochrona na basenie ubrana prawie jak policja udająca się rozpędzać zamieszki. Na basenie nic nie wolno - nie napijesz się wody, nie zjesz batonika, nie wejdziesz do wody w czapce itd- trochę przerost formy nad treścią.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026De locatie was perfect. De appartement was ruim en netjes. Dagelijks housekeeping bij aanvraag (bordje hangen). Verder is de kamer schoon en voorzien van een wasmachine met droog functie, een koelkast met vriezer en een magnetron.
De eerste kamer dat werd aangeboden was vochtig. Dit kwam mogelijk door een eerder bekende waterlekkage in dat deel van de het hotel. Daarna kregen we een tweede, met het zelfde peobleem. De derde kamer was perfect. Er wordt dus wel alles gedaan aan een tevreden verblijf.

Sometimes bank transactions online for GRAB could be annoying while on WiFi! At times it was working at times it wasn’t! Sometimes at rush hour waiting time for Lifts could be long, even more than 5 minutes.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Dopo che Star residences ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione a due giorni dall’arrivo abbiamo dovuto trovare di corsa un’altra sistemazione, il The Platinum ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Posizione comoda e centrale, building con ottimi servizi tra cui una piscina, una palestra e un ottimo ristorante. Stanza molto spaziosa e arredata con gusto, il bagno era incantevole.
Check in lento. Presenza di insetti sul tavolo della cucina. Le pulizie venivano fatte solo dopo aver chiesto più volte in reception.

Major issues with the property. We booked 2 appartments and they were located on different floors. The apartment I was in the second bedroom was the size of closet. Unacceptable! The room smelt like mould. The second apartment it gave one our group a severe asthma attack due the mouldy smell in the room. The staff on the front desk were very unfriendly and weren’t very helpful with the whole situation. We given two other appartments that were satisfactory. The whole checkin experience was awful. The reception staff weren’t friendly in our interactions with them. The apartment was adequate. Except for no free to air tv, most complex tv I have ever used. Got my YouTube account to work once. Checkout was better than checkin. The same staff member apologised for the first night. Sadly too little too late.

Too much crowded at lift. Forcing people to score high in rating in booking application during check out. Very strict on check in and out.
