NEVER LEAVE YOUR SUITCASE ON THEM when you check out! their free storage of luggage is a SCAM! It is misleading. We check out early, because we were advised that we can leave our luggage free of charge until 8pm. According to their staff (when we checked out), if we exceed 8pm, they will charge us 5 Malaysian ringgit per luggage (we even computed with her, since we expect that we will get back from Genting island by 9pm to 10pm. WE WERE NEVER INFORM THAT THE 5 DOLLAR IS A SCAM, When we are about to get the luggage (10pm- 2 hours extension) we handed over the 50 dollars for the 5 luggage to the duty staff. HERE's the TWIST they wont release our luggage until we pay 70 dollars. I explained our computation of 5 luggage multiply by 5 Malaysian ringgit per hour multiply by two, since we have 2 hours extension, it should only be 50 Malaysian ringgit. But they argue (with a very aggressive voice, humiliating us with other guest) that some of our luggage are medium size so they will charge us with 10 dollars. WE WERE SHOCKED AS THIS IS NOT EXPLAINED TO US WHEN WE LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE. I asked them to show us the pricing, but they cannot show it to us, instead Jennifer (name of attendant when we are getting our luggage) rudely told us, that we need to settle the 70 and insisted that it is their rate, even If we explained that it was not disclosed to us, that prices varies depending on size, nor she shown any published pricing to us to prove that prices actually varies. We are forced to settle 70 dollars despite statement of staff during our check out that we will only pay 5 dollars per hour if we exceed 8pm. We feel like being hold up by 20 dollars. I even called them out cheating and misleading their guest, inviting you to leave luggage for minimal cost when you exceed 8pm, yet when you try to get it, amount will balloon. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD US FROM THE BEGINNING THAT THE CHARGE VARRIES, NOT MAKING IT APPEAR TO US THAT IT IS ONLY 5 DOLLARS OR ATLEAST SHOW US THE PRICES

In all terms the hotel is good. All top notch services.

It’s the quietest hostel I’ve ever been, and it was spotless clean! Very convenient location, 15 mins walk to the Petronas and two stop monorail to Butik Bintang, great spot for shopping and eating.

Breakfast is very reduced. But appreciated.

The place is very clean, and the front office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly if you need any assistance. Although I was traveling alone, I felt very safe throughout my stay. I chose the female-only room, which has 12 modern bunk beds. The bed was so comfortable, and the room had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. They also provide breakfast.

The location only. The location was a walking distance from the train station.

The dormitory was shared by 20 people and it was impossible to think of comfort, privacy and any other humanly feelings. It was like living at a construction site. The website or the property must have shared some details of the dormitory. I lost 84 MYR just to cancel the booking.

El hostal tiene una excelente ubicación, está a 15 min caminando de las Torres Petronas, a unos 15 min del KL Sky, tienes estación de metro/tren muy cerca por lo que podrás moverte fácilmente en la ciudad. En general el hostal está muy limpio, tiene servicio de desayuno aunque no muy variado.

Fuebñ difícil compartir el baño y la habitación con tantas personas, pero pues es un hostal, nada más qué pedir. Muchas chicas dormían todo el día, por lo que cualquier ruido era incomodo, entonces moverte dentro de la habitación no era tan sencillo. Fue difícil descansar, porque mucha gente entra y sale todo el tiempo y a toda hora. Aunque trataban de mantener el baño limpio, muchas de las chicas que usaban el lavamanos dejaban mucha agua en el piso, les faltaba más orden a las huéspedes respecto a eso.

Breakfast is good but maybe need to add any healthy options like fruits ( I found just eggs). Also, we have to pay a deposit of 50Rm in cash. There is an ATM next to the hostel but in my case I had to pay high fees.

WORST experience of my life. I have been DENIED ENTRY to the room I PAID FOR!!! Because i did not have the 50 myr deposit they have sneakily asked for after the booking was finalized, not before. This is a breach of contract (hidden fee) and against the law fyi. I told them i paid for the room with my last money and i cant pay for deposit and if i knew i wouldn't book this place... i offered to give my passport instead or the 10 myr that i had left which was literally my last money... they refused all of my offers and they also refused to give me a refund. And they literally stranded me on the street for the room I PAID FOR! I miracelously found the 50 myr for deposit and got into the room eventually. But the stress they put me through was inhumane. ZERO EMPATHY OR HUMANITY WHATSOEVER. COGS OF THE CORPARATE MACHINE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANNA FEEL WELCOMED.

The staff were very friendly. Location was great and price was super affordable in a private room.

Breakfast was not worth it and the music next door rattled our room. We were jet lagged and wore ear plugs so we weren’t bothered but it is very loud between 11pm-3am.

I liked that there were different foods every day for breakfast. The staff were helpful and kind.

The shower doors did not close well in the K section so water got on the outside of the shower. The sink in K15 didn't work, I was going to use it to brush my teeth so others could use the full washroom but I was not able to do that

Excellent location! Petronas towers is just a walk away! So is the mrt station. The pod itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, Great value for the price.

The doors in the shower area can’t be locked

Café da manhã podia ter mais opções, a limpeza nos banheiros poderia ser melhorada. Também há muito barulho durante a madrugada entre os hospedes, uma falta de respeito. Peguei o quarto individual e há uma janela para o corredor, essa janela deixa o quarto com muita luz durante a noite.

In principe een heel goed georganiseerd hostel. De medewerkers aan de receptie waren vriendelijk. De familiekamer was tof opgebouwd.

- We sliepen in de familiekamer op het 2e verdiep maar de gemeenschappelijke badkamers waren telkens kletsnat, incl.badmat omdat de andere gebruikers met de handsproeier echt alles natspoten. Dat is echt niet aangenaam en oogt vies. De gemeenschappelijke badkamers op het 1e verdiep bij de gemeenschappelijke zaal waren wel proper en dat was de oplossing voor ons. - de airco was niet schoon en er was geen ventilatie in de kamer waardoor er een verschrikkelijke stank in de kamers ging - het ontbijt was ok, maar personeel was niet echt vriendelijk die hier stond

Die Kapseln waren sehr konform und hatten sogar einen Tisch.

Die Meschen waren Rücksichtslos, haben um 01:00 im Raum telefoniert. Es ist nicht wirklich ein Hostel für Backpacker.

地理位置非常方便，距离双子塔很近，旁边还有咖啡山和平价超市！

淋浴间的门有的坏了，吹风机有的不太好用。

My favorite hostel that I like to stay. It’s always clean shower room with a comfortable bed. Walking distance to metro station or shops.

Before COVID they always had a nice breakfast included price but after COVID they stopped. Recently they included the breakfast again and I must say it was not nice…everything was cold and for the price there’s not to eat…go for breakfast downstairs at the coffee shop

It was cosy, spacious (even when I opted for single pod). The breakfast was basic but has everything we need. Managed to get my simple breakfast (hardboiled egg, small croissant, green bean porridge and orange juice) after a quick 5km run around the KL city.

If the door at each dorm can have soft closing, it would be better. Other than that, nothing much to complain.

the hotel was clean & the staffs were helpful. the location is quite tricky & have to be careful. the atmosphere was quiet & calm, can let you rest peacefully.

the toilet has no lock but the door is quite heavy. was so anxious someone would accidentally barge in.

非常乾淨！ 每天可以帶櫃檯換新的浴巾， 插座是萬用型台灣人不用另外帶轉接頭， 我們的房間格局16張床有獨立的兩間廁所+浴室， 如果在房間內洗澡記得電燈開關旁有熱水器按鈕記得打開，第一天不知道想說是不是整年都夏天所以洗澡不洗熱水，一樓有男女各自的浴室跟廁所，吹風機要去一樓共用衛浴區才有。

The common area is very spacious and well furnished. You can also use the fridge and there is drinking water provided for free. The breakfast was average. I generally liked my tiny room but it was weird that it had a kitchen sink installed that was out of order and did nothing but took up a lot of space. The common bathrooms where nice though and they get cleaned regularly.

The AC was too cold but it is regulated centrally so even you have your own room you can't choose the temperature. But staff was very nice and offered me a second duvet to sleep under which I gladly accepted. After check-out you can't go back to the common area to hang out. (But they can store luggage for you).

I like how easy it was to get there, and how detailed they described everything.

It was fine. But top dorm beds are very high and climbing in the middle of the night and coming down was a bit hard.

Letti comodi e molto grandi, servizi nuovi e spazio comune piacevole. La posizione è davvero vicina alle Petronas towers e alla metropolitana. C'è un 7-eleven nello stesso edificio.

Le docce avrebbero necessità di essere messe a posto. A qualcuna manca il gancio appendiabiti o il telefono della doccia è rotto, altri non si apre l porta nel verso giusto. Il personale è ossessionato dalle regole, all'arrivo sembra che gli stai dando fastidio "non puoi fare questo e quello" un discorso infinito. Ok rispettare le regole ma alla fine siamo ospiti e neanche barbari c'è maniera e maniera di chiedere di rispettare le regole dell casa.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to like. The stay was quite disappointing overall.

None of the rooms had windows, and there was no common space to meet or interact with other travelers. The breakfast was extremely poor — honestly one of the worst I’ve had. I’ve stayed in more than 20 hostels, and this was by far the worst experience. There were also no hostel-organized trips or activities, which made the stay even more disappointing.

中国人がとにかく静かにしなければいけない共有空間でうるさいです。 夜にも関わらず部屋で電話をしたり、tiktokを見たり、ゴジラのようなイビキをかく人が2,3人いました。 いびきをかく人は借りないで欲しいです、、、

The service is very bad. My bed is too noisy, and the bar outside is noisy until midnight. I want to change the bed. The Malay at the front desk made up all kinds of lies and won't change it. The bathroom smells bad.
