Spacious Countryside 4BD House!

The house was spacious. The snooker table upstairs was a bonus.

The house was dated & not very clean. The microwave was dirty. There was a smell in the utility room of a dirty mop. I felt like I had to wash utensils, crockery and pots before I used them. The kitchen and utility cupboard doors were grubby. There was cobwebs in most rooms and hallway. There was no shower curtain in the en-suite bathroom and I really didn't want to use it 😕

Plenty of space lovely and warm

Host was really attentive, location was perfect for us, even though it was November the house was lovely and warm, really clean and well worth another visit when were in town again.

Loved the house. Spacious, clean, close to everywhere we needed to be for a friend's wedding.

There wasn't anything that we disliked. The only thing I'd mention is look for more taxi operators. There was a taxi drivers card in the house however he wasn't working the night we were in search of some.

Property was excellent, very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location from the Slieve Russell hotel

When we arrived there was damp towels lying from the guests before. The beds had not been changed nor had the bins been emptied. It was as if the people before had just gone out for an hour.

Stayed 1 night attending wedding in Slieve Russell less than 10 minutes from hotel fantastic house with excellent facilities all adults were impressed comfortable beds and kitchen facilities great thank you very much

We rented this house for a short holiday and absolutely loved it. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The snooker table upstairs was a great touch and made our evenings extra fun. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and even the bathroom had thoughtful toiletries provided. It’s a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful lakes, and there’s a small village nearby where you can buy groceries and anything else you need. The atmosphere in the house is very cozy and homely — we truly felt at ease. Big thanks to the hosts for creating such a welcoming space!

Absolutely stunning house really homely and cosy will definitely love to book again perfect location to my family in cavan can't fault property as 10/10 on everything great communications from Daniel the host absolutely superb would highly recommend looking forward to booking again

There is nothing not to like with this home everything was perfect maybe a few extra pillows but that's not major

Very spacious house and they allowed us to have our dogs which was a bonus. Good location for us. Communication from host was good. Snooker table was a lovely facility to have.

House was very dusty with lots of cobwebs in every room, and in need of a good clean overall. Old bits of paper from previous guest were left around writing on them and if I had have been staying for more than 1 night, I felt I would have had to clen myself Towels were very very old. General updating of bed linen and towels would be a good idea.

Upstairs bedroom was very cold even with the heating on so we couldn't use it.

Certainly, here's a brief list pointing out the issues with the accommodation: Exceptionally good bathroom, but no shower curtain. Cutlery and plates were not clean. No WiFi password provided. Lack of basic amenities for guests. Insufficient safety procedures or guidance for guests. Non-functioning lights at night, which can be unsettling due to the old interior. The fridge has a strong unpleasant odor
