If you need a peaceful environment I would suggest elsewhere since you can hear the constant traffic noise from the road. The hotel is a little run down with dripping air conditioner etc. but nice wood furniture etc. very squeaky beds though and the mattress could be better.

The staff were very friendly and the pool was very clean.

Our air con broke. However the staff did have someone come to fix the issue as soon as we told them.

The sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. Perhaps they could be refreshed in the future, but overall everything was very well looked after.

Its walkable distance to the monkey forest, shops, the dances and water palace, museum and other attractions. The location is actually quiet since it's further back from the road. The bed was comfortable. The staff was hospitable and helpful when needed. I guess for location its good value...

I just didn't realise what i was getting based on the description.. The photos felt misleading since the photos were taken a long time ago and the location has changed/aged quite a bit. The photos gave a sense of cleanliness and homeliness (photos have a warm filter applied), but when we arrived the place is much colder, room is more tattered, the facilities have aged a lot. My biggest complaint is the bathroom, the shower leaks a lot thanks to the way it was built, water spills from the shower on to the floor of the bathroom no matter what you do. I slipped several times in the bathroom and almost hit my head because of how bad it was. No amount of towels could fix this issue. I also wouldn't have a bath, the bath tub is really stained and looks very uninviting. I also felt like the decorative pillows weren't cleaned as they had a bit of a body odour on them when i sat on the bed, the actual sleeping pillows were clean however. There are visible water stains, grime and residue in every corner, I couldn't help but study the ceiling, wondering if it was mould i was seeing or just a bad paint job. I expected to possibly enjoy the poolside, but unfortunately there's a bit of a eyesore of a incomplete (perhaps abondoned?) construction site on the site, which again, doesn't give me the sense of wanting to hang around for long. Had i known what I was getting myself into (perhaps the price point can be reviewed and the reviews being more accurate) i wouldn't have had such an expectation going into this.

Rooms were old. Mold in the bathroom and dirty. Tv not there. Doesnt look like the pictures at all. Needs renovation and better to book elsewhere for the amount

This was a great place to stay central to everything within walking distance to most tourist sights and eateries

The beds frames need upgrading as very creaky the monkeys visited every afternoon and you have to bring everything inside or it gets taken .

The staff was very nice. The swimming pool is lovely. The location is good.

Las instalaciones estaban muy descuidadas, había humedades, el estado de los baños terrible, las toallas y sabanas parecían sucias ( creo que era de lo viejas que eran que estaban grises) . Reserve dos habitaciones y las dos estaba igual

Bumi Muwa has superb location! The staff was really friendly, ready to help and they prepared us breakfast boxes, because we left the apartment in the morning, out off breakfast time. And the monkeys…you just relax by the pool and look at them :)

The apartment was clean, but would need some love/maintenance.

Auch wenn schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker!

The property was located in a central area. Beautiful gardens and monkeys that come and visit in the afternoon. Staff were warm and friendly and very accommodating.

Was very dated. The air con leaked in our kids room. There was an internal drip from the rain that went on above our heads where we were sleeping on night. Needs a bit of TLC put into the place.

A beautiful little hidden secret, super quiet and so close to Monkey Sanctuary and only 10 - 15 mins walk up to heart of Ubud - staff were so attentive - room lovely and big and super clean - small clean quiet outdoor pool

Het hotel ligt mooi tussen Monkey Forest en Ubud in. Ontbijt is prima.

De badkamer en de hygiëne hiervan; Wc zit niet aan de vloer vast, dus je wiebelt mooi heen en weer. De douche kop is zo erg vies en verkalkt dat de helft van de stralen het maar doen. De gehele badkamer heeft een grondige poetsbeurt nodig. De föhn heeft kabelbreuk. Op de fotos ziet het eruit als een hele nette kamer (deluxe kamer) maar dit is vergaande glorie lijkt het. Het bed kan ik ook niet aanraden.

The room was terrible and had a strong mold smell, and the air conditioner was not working properly. I booked two nights but left after one night.

There was no hot water for the full duration of my stay, meaning I was unable to shower. I alerted the reception who said they had ran out of gas but were unable to replace it until the following day, after I checked out.

Super séjour ! Emplacement proche de la monkey forest (5min à pied), un peu plus loin du centre (Ubud palace à 10min) mais agréable car peu de nuisances sonores la nuit: tout reste facilement accessible à pied. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très agréable.

El personal siempre fue un amor! Especialmente los chicos de la noche. Llegué tarde y me super ayudaron! Me sugirieron cosas para hacer y siempre fueron muy atentos. La cama era excelente y la ubicación un mil también. Es un lugar tranquilo y lindo para ver a los monos que a veces llegan de visitantes en los balcones. Volvería a elegirlos sin duda!

Konumu harika istediğiniz her şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir cadde üzerinde, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, kahvaltıları yeterli, oda ise ne aşırı temiz ne aşırı kirli orta düzeyde bir temizlik ancak oda içerisinde var olan eşyalar ( yatak, çarşaf, masa, sandalye vb. ) yıpranmış durumda , ama bu fiyata bulunabilecek en iyi konaklama yerlerinden biri. Maymun ormanının yakınında olması sebebiyle gündüzleri bir çok maymun otelin bahçesinde ve balkonlarda dolaşabiliyor.

Beds were not comfortable, they made creaking sound. Toilet was clean but not well maintained.

Dont be fooled by the entrance to this hotel, this is a great stay right in the heart of ubud with big, clean rooms (less than 5 mins from monkey forest entrance) with amenities all around like Circle K and moped hire for all your adventures. Highly recommend at a great price also

The location was perfect. It was a five minute walk to the monkey sanctuary so that meant that I had a lot of little visitors throughout the day. They are beyond cute. Just don’t leave your lighters or sandals outside haha. The room itself was very spacious, bed was comfortable and I enjoyed that there was a bathtub, which is rare in Bali. The pool is also really nice. Staff was great and made sure to shoo away monkeys so they wouldn’t get overly comfortable.

Monkeys! It was so cool there were inside the hotel. You have to be careful but on the other hand I find it amazing you can watch them from the pool! To be honest, they weren't much interested in us, till breakfast 😀 But don't worry, the guy from the hotel will be your guard 😉 staff was really lovely :) breakfast was delicious - we took banana pancake - must have !

La habitación es amplia y cómoda. El wifi funciona genial. La piscina es enorme, fresca y limpia.

El desayuno diario tiene mucho margen de mejora, podría estar hecho con un poco más de cuidado. Huevos revueltos muy cocidos y zumos muy insípidos. Además el baño que me tocó tenía la tapa del wc rota y la manguera del WC goteaba en exceso, lo que inundaba todo el baño.

C'est super bien localisé, à 10-15 min à pied des principaux temples et de la forêt des singes. Il est localisé sur une des rues principales d'Ubud mais bien caché ce qui fait qu'il n'a pas de bruit ... Piscine, décoration vraiment sympas. L'équipe très sympa aussi

Die Leute vom Hotel sind sehr, sehr nett. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Affenwaldes an einem sehr schönen Standort. Auf dem Balkon hatte ich einen netten Besuch von drei Affen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Everything, staff so friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel but you feel like you are staying at your relatives house in Indonesia. Monkey everywhere because it is very close to the monkey forest Ubud but they are harmless.

Just need to look at the small details like the curtain looks old, the bed linen looks old and I found a hole in it, little tray by the sink and tissue box in the bathroom needs to be replaced because a lot of toothpaste And soap stains also the toilet flush bit tricky to use need to be replaced aswell. The AC unit is too small for the room it's not strong enough to chill the room.

If you are not a huge fan of monkeys, maybe do not stay in this hotel😅 they are everywhere haha. My balcony was completely occupied by monkeys which, tbh, was quite fun show but also a bit scary👀

Fantastic Accomodation, with hugely friendly staff! This was my first hotel of my first ever solo trip, so I was nervous but they made me feel so welcome and comfortable! Perfect place to stay if you like Monkeys! They played on my balcony and were hilarious to watch! Clean rooms Good Wifi Walking distance to everything
