We had a wonderful stay. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the entire team was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Kartik and Mr. Pankaj for their outstanding service and for making our family feel so welcome.

Nothing significant – we had a very positive experience overall.

The facility is top notch, food is very good and the staff , all of them,special mention to Shefali, they all ensured we had a very pleasant stay. The stay was great value for money.

Location is good, Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Overall the stay was comfortable, the food was nice and the buffet spread was good with decent variety. The staff was friendly and displayed excellent customer service. Special mentions: Pankaj, Marium, and Tamra (cannot recall the name but she was the receptionist).

The rooms was overall visibly clean but the drain of the bathroom was a bit clogged, a small of piece of the plaster on the ceiling fell off a bit and the floor of the balcony feels a bit sticky. The beach shuttle was a bit on the rougher side with was fine but can be improved.

Very good and location should have been closer to Beach then it would have been fantastic

Our second stay in this property. It was a good stay. The staff were amazing. The property is about 10 mins walk from the Rajbagh beach - however it offers pick-up/drop services to Rajbagh , Patnem and the Palolem beaches. Having said that it is about 6 mins from the Talpona beach. All in all - great stay. Special mention on the great breakfast and dinner spreads!

Every aspect of our experience exceeded our 5-star expectations. I want to specifically commend Kavita, the Reservation Manager. She went above and beyond during the booking process.Thanks to her meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication, our room arrangements were flawless. Furthermore, the rest of your staff truly embodies world-class hospitality. I was particularly impressed by Ishan at the front desk, he went out of the way with all the arrangements and also helped us with best places to visit which made our stay rememberable. Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and highly anticipatory of our needs. The seamless coordination between the reservations team and the on-ground staff made us feel incredibly valued at every turn. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. The hospitality of the hotel was top notch every single person would welcome you with a smile and ready to help you always.I requested for the early check in which was also accomodated.

The complimentary shuttle service which they advertise and provide timings are not visitor friendly,last drop at 11 am and last pick up at 7pm is not ideal.This is something they need to look into.

Excellent location with access to all good beaches and the team made it so convenient to check out the beaches with transport, etc The bar on one of the higher floors had some very promising cocktails rendered by the enthusiastic team behind the bar!

A special thank you to Umakant at Reception, and to Pooja and Mariam in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They are a real credit to the hotel. It was also a pleasure to meet and chat with the Managing Director, Amit—a very humble and approachable Goan gentleman. Taking the time to speak with guests reflects the fantastic culture and leadership behind the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel offers a refreshing blend of cleanliness, comfort, and diverse breakfast options, complemented by its wonderful restaurants, especially the breathtaking rooftop venue. The staff exemplify helpfulness, politeness, and diligence, creating a seamless experience as they work in harmony at the front desk and throughout the dining areas. The stunning views from the room elevate your stay to new heights.

Local transport options are quite limited. Although the hotel offers complimentary rides to various beaches for guests, easy movement around the area is still not accessible. The hotel should communicate with the local Goa administration to address this issue.

The Stay was exceptional, friendly staff, Homely environment. We were greeted with a decorated room and a welcome drink and dessert as we were celebrating, but I'm sure that's how they treat everyone. The Pool, The Garden, The Activity Area, everything was top notch. The Housekeeping Staff (Pratham) was/were very kind and helpful. The Breakfast Buffet had more options than you count on your fingers, Separate Veg Options, Healthy Options, and an authentic local Goan Cuisine Counter were the highlights. The area in itself was very calm with different beaches in close proximity, multiple cafes and restaurants, and plenty of supermarkets for your needs. As a member of the Taj Inner Circle, I was offered a 20% discount on all the in-house facilities (Spa, Food and Drinks).

A value of money property option with close proximity to beaches especially Rajbagh and Patnem. Got the best possible deal through Booking.com. Staff was polite and welcoming. Buffet had enough options and room cleaning was done properly.Even complimentary evening tea is provided.They even accommodated requests for early check-in and late check-out.

Indoor play area for kids is needed especially in summer time. Even few swings in the garden area would keep the kids busy. Minor mosquitoes issues in the lobby area.

Beautiful peaceful location with stunning views and a calming atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and attentive throughout my stay and made me feel very comfortable travelling alone. The food was excellent and the whole hotel had a relaxing luxury feel without being overwhelming. I especially loved the pool area, the scenery and the peaceful energy around the property.

Nothing major at all. The heat and humidity in Goa can be intense at this time of year but that is not the hotel’s fault. Overall I had a lovely stay.

The amazing view , the cleanliness and the star all excellent go ahead and book you won’t get anything like this at the rates . Just perfect

I liked the room and the ambience and the staff by name Shefali she was really kind and polte her Hospitality towards the guest was excellent. We will come again and refer others about gateway palolem stay.

Hotel Ambience, food, and the ocean view. Please ask for a higher-floor room for a better view. We got the room on the 2nd Floor on the first day, and we requested to change it to the 5th Floor on the next day. The hotel accepted our request and got the room change done.

ב3 לילות הראשונים מיקמו אותנו בחדר בבניין החדש שם לפעמים היו רעשי שיפוצים. בנוסף הבידוד מרעש מהמסדרון היה לא טוב כי יכולנו לשמוע כל מה שמתרחש. לאחר מכן מיקמו אותנו בבניין הראשי ושם היה ממש שקט. השאטל יוצא כל שעתיים מבקשים תשלום נוסף על Baby Cot

Good gym to workout a bit during the stay and big Pool for swimming. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and clean. Good possibility to sit and work in the hotel room although the Internet speed could be a bit faster.

There could have been more storage options in the room. The existing cupboard is very limited. The location is next to the main road and by foot it is quite a walk to Patnem or Palolem beach. There is no direct connection to the beach from the hotel. But they offer bus shuttle service or you can get yourself a scooter, which makes it more comfortable.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! It's new and beautifully designed, showcasing the high standards of the Taj group. However, what really made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. From the friendly security guard to the efficient front desk team, every member went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile, making our visit truly enjoyable. Overall, the combination of a lovely environment and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!

It's hard to answer this because everything was great; however, they have a second building that was constructed recently. I could tell the furniture in our room was new because it had the smell of wood and varnish. There were a few minor issues, but nothing that really affected us.

The hotel is clean, which is probably its biggest advantage in this country. Some of the staff are very friendly, and there is a good number of staff available to help guests

We really liked this hotel, but be careful with their beach shuttle service. They told us to call the drivers when we needed a pickup, but if you don’t have a local SIM card or your internet is limited, it’s not possible to make those calls, so we agreed with driver to pick us up in one hour, but no one showed up, we had to take a taxi back to the hotel, and at reception they still insisted we needed to call the driver! So our question to the hotel is how do you expect international guests to contact your drivers ?

The room was clean.

I booked the room for one guest by mistake and was charged an additional occupant fee of 1500 rupees at reception by Shefali. However, when I checked online, the same booking for two guests was the exact same price. Charging extra at the desk in this situation felt unreasonable and inconsistent. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a 20-minute wait for eggs, the fruit selection was very limited, and some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. There were also dirty cups at the coffee machine and no plates available, which made the experience feel poorly managed. The Wi-Fi in the room was also unreliable. I wasn’t able to stream Netflix, and it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone needing to do online work. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, particularly if you expect decent breakfast service or need reliable internet.

Great location and access to most of the popular beaches around Palolem. Sea View rooms are excellent for the views it offers. Staff is super courteous and they are quick in service
