Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The cabin was lovely with many handmade decorations. It was very clean, had a microwave and a very comfortable bed. Except for the proximity of the trains travelling through the town at night I had a very good sleep.
The outdoor portable bathroom. However the main bathroom was a short walk away.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The decorations were very cute and fun. The cabin was rustic but very clean and taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The best thing is you get A kitchen, with everything you need, a hot shower, towels. Everything a hotel has but half the price and in nature!
Some things were dated. Free bikes but they were all in pretty rough shape.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Lovely greeting and quick check-in. The little cabin was very clean and very well equipped. The decorations throughout, took me back to my travels in SE Asia. Unexpected for a little cabin in the Canadian mountains! There was an incredible amount of effort and thought put into making everything attractive and welcoming. It was charming! The campground, set in a beautiful location, looked well cared for and very family friendly. I was only there one night, passing through with my two teenage grandsons.
The cabin had a big, comfortable looking bed which my two grandsons shared. I slept on the futon. Sadly, it was terribly uncomfortable for this poor 77 year old.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Die Anfahrt und der Check-in waren einfach. Die kleine Hütten verfügen über das nötigste. Sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Ventilator.
Leider war es nachts wegen der vorbei fahrenden und Zügen (die hupen) sehr laut. Auch den Kühlschrank haben wir regelmäßig gehört. Die Waschräume sind leider in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Outdoorküche sollte gründlich gereinigt und geordnet werden.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026We arrived late due to traffic issues and the late check-in process was very easy. The cabin was fully self sufficient with a fridge, kettle, toilet, and shower. The insect protections including the net across the door were appreciated, as was the provided coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026I liked the cute mobile home, with a kitchen and bathroom. Closed off from mosquitos! but we didn't stay long so didn't need to make use of the fridge/kitchen.
I thought the couch might fold out into a bed. My child was able to sleep on it without complaint, though kind of narrow.

The decorations in the trailer we stayed in added a great personal touch and the outdoor kitchen and mini playgrounds were really cool. Though we only stayed for 1 night we hope to come back soon!

Le sistemazioni sono essenziali ma accoglienti e adatte a un soggiorno senza troppe pretese. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, e la possibilità di fare il barbecue la sera crea un’atmosfera conviviale e caratteristica. L’aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda i servizi igienici. I bagni comuni sono piuttosto datati e ci sono soltanto due docce per gli uomini e due per le donne, un numero che risulta insufficiente considerando il numero di ospiti presenti. Sono disponibili anche due bagni chimici in un’altra zona del campeggio, ma non compensano la carenza di docce. Un ammodernamento dei bagni e un aumento del numero delle docce renderebbero il soggiorno decisamente più confortevole. Nel complesso è una struttura con un’atmosfera piacevole e del buon potenziale, che beneficerebbe di un miglioramento dei servizi comuni.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026A bit more laidback and rural this stop. Simple cabin accommodations but with very good beds. We used a. Luxury one (with en suite) and a sleeping only one (6 and 1 respectively) although not very handsome from the outside the interior was good. The luxury one had all wooden trim on the inside (like a sauna). Beds were exceptionally good.
It is just off the highway and the train tracks so a lot of noise drom time to time. The village has little to offer in amenities. The nearby restaurant is pretty good though.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The property is in a beautiful grove of trees; the cabins and mobile home are so well equipped and have creative furnishings and decor. The owners are very friendly and I admire their unique style. No crummy paper cups, you have a selection of tea cups/saucers, mugs and sets of bowls and plates. So much thought goes into each cabin.
The shower is a little tight, but the price is right.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026A truly romantic place to stay. The cabin (delux) was very well equipped with everything we needed, and we particularly appreciated the excellent coffee. The shared kitchen offered all the necessary facilities as well. If visiting in June, keep in mind that there can be quite a few mosquitoes, but thankfully the cabin had insect screens on both the windows and the door. 😊

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The owners of the campground are friendly, hard-working and efficient. There are personal touches everywhere and owner decorates and maintains everything fastidiously! My tiny little cabin was rustic but immaculately clean with cute draperies (hand-made), bed spread and many other small touches.
The shared bathroom was adequate, but definitely felt like a campground shared bathroom. Be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. Again - it's a campground bathroom and the cabins are more like clean, nice tents than a hotel room.

The cabin was great: clean, new fresh beddings, nice heater comes handy, a sofa, fridge, great common kitchen, hot showers, clean toilets..The owners are friendly and caring people, always ready to help. We will stay again and recommend it to others!
Unfortunately then we were there it was a power line repair for entire town more than 12 hour without electricity. Bring a power bank just in case. The owners were sympathetic and helpful
