Everything except the location. the traffic there scare me a lot. But, the accomodation is super excellent.

Frankly to say that most of the areas in the house have lots of small ants. Specially the rooms and toilets.

Location was a 5-10min walk to CIQ though it was a hot walk with traffic and dusty. Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, no sewage smell. Can fit family of 4 nicely. Host prompt replies.

Limited shops below. Can consider providing clothes detergent and clothes rack. Put shower curtain at toilet near kitchen.

House was dirty, the floor was so dusty..not really recommended

Check-in time is 3pm. Requested early check and understand it's no possible due to weekend. We arrived 4.15pm and key was not ready to collect, need to wait for another 10mins for the key collection.

Absolutely wonderful residence. Very clean and with modern finishes. Definitely value for money! Also, customer service was 24/7 available!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in JB! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It's in a convenient location — not too far from JB Sentral and the immigration checkpoint, which made traveling very easy. There are plenty of food shops nearby, and booking a Grab was never a problem. The hosts were lovely and very responsive to our questions, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would stay at again!

Good apartment layout with everything we needed, clean and comfortable beds. Lovely pool area and gym facilities too. Perfect for 3 adults

Had to cross busy roads and walk a bit to get to shops/restaurants, our fault for not researching this though!

The apartment is definitely accessible by walking and the lobby is right below Capri. but if you have luggages and small kids, it would be better to just grab down cos there isn't a pathway to walk but you can jaywalk your way across. it's a great location and you're away from the jam and it's easy to grab to places. check in was a breeze and they allowed us to check out at 12pm which was nice of them. I've stayed with nest home a few times and they always have a set of cutleries, shampoo/soap, towels and a water dispenser provided. and a washing machine but the washing machine was a bit gross and had mouldy green softener and laundry powder left behind by previous guests and probably needs a good tub clean. you don't have a dryer but the machine has a drying function and racks are provided too and the clothes dry in a few hours from the heat anyway.

Ive stayed at twin towers by nest home and that one was much better maintained and cleaner than this one. if I had a choice, I would go for twin towers. the floors were not so clean, feet feels dirty when you walk on the floors and the sheet don't smell clean too. toilets also need a good scrub. we informed the host and they offered for someone to come clean it in the morning, but no one did. we didn't follow up after that since we were checking out the next day. sofa was really uncomfortable and you can feel the metal bars; so you don't really feel like sitting in the living room. a much more comfortable sofa would have been better and a slightly bigger TV. the TV was so small and the sound system was echoing the whole house. both rooms this time were much smaller, had queen sized beds and the cupboards smelled musty so you can't really put wet towels or clothes to dry inside cos they will smell, and you can't open it either cos you are sleeping right next to the cupboard. but plus point is that there is a playpen there for babies. probably also a good idea to change to a dimmer night light cos the one at the bedside was really bright. For the price that I was paying for, I would definitely go for twin towers next time.

Convenient location that is walkable from the City Square Mall. The space is huge and clean, with multiple balconies. Even have a water dispenser, a washing machine for my mum and I to use. Two smart TVs were awesome. Most importantly, the city view is superb and the customer service team were efficient and friendly. Looking forward to staying again!

Note that you will have to cross multiple roads, which can be difficult for elderly. Hope that next time there can be pedestrians pathway.

The place was very clean and all stuff was working fine. Not much hassle to find the room key in mailbox. It was high floor with balcony with awesome open air view.

The absence of shower screen. With the shower curtain, bathroom is wet after use. The bed in the 2nd room is small for 2 pax and the sofa bed is not comfortable the quality is bad.

Apartment was spacious and had a balcony as well as a sheltered space to dry our clothes. Place was well cleaned especially the floor and beds. Guard was helpful in giving directions to the apartment.

Just some slight details, diver dropped us at the hotel instead of the residence, hence had a fair bit of walking to find the residence. The walk to city square mall from apartment was quite risky, especially bringing kids as traffic can get busy. Shower curtains had stains and didn't provide much cover to restrain water from splashing to the sink area. Master toilet power point not working however i was able to plug into the room with the mirror so no biggie.

the high floor means awesome views from the balcony and the master bedroom.

just a minor gripe when checking in at the guardhouse that required us to request QR code again. always a prob when we were out then returning back to the apartment. but the owners were helpful and prompt to guide us on what to do.

The apartment was clean. The host provided mahjong set and table as well, is a good place to stay if you are staying with friends or family. The location is good as well as it is near the custom. There is also a 24hr mart in front of the building, about 2mins walk away, very convenient if you need to purchase any daily necessities.

Generally the toilet is clean, would be good if the host could provide hand soap and a bin in the toilet. It stated that there is one room with an extra large bed but it seems like all 3 beds are of the same size, nonetheless the bed was able to accommodate 3 adults.

Close to checkpoints yet far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Fantastic view, clean accomodation, all items in working condition, and gorgeous interiors! Loved the look and feel of the accomodation, and for its price, an absolute steal! Will highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Unit is very nice and comfortable for 6 persons, with ample space. Location is walking distance from CIQ. Great views!

Clean, spacious, aircon is cold, good hot water shower, TV with video games and my kids enjoyed, comfortable bed, big wardrobe, quiet environment and the lists goes on.
