Conflicting information regarding the use of their other Ritual hotel. I messaged their WhatsApp to ask about leaving my luggage there in sireno because I had a later flight. They informed me they had no luggage storage. I asked if I could leave my luggage with the other ritual hotel and they said no because "Ritual Torremolinos and Sireno are no longer part of the same hotel chain, so unfortunately guests cannot use the facilities at the other hotel. However, they are welcome to wait by the pool until it’s time for them to leave". I asked the question after receiving that message on booking.com and they said "Hello. Although they belong to the same group, they are managed independently, and the conditions for accessing Hotel Ritual have changed over the past year. Please feel free to ask us about this when you stay at our hotel, and we will provide you with the information. Thank you" If you want to use the other pool in the other ritual hotel which according to them is a separate entity then you have to pay 25 euro for a ticket (if they are seperate entities then how are they working together to make an this deal of paying 25 euro to use the pool?) Walls in the rooms are super thin so be prepared to hear your neighbours talking at a normal level but seeming like they are in your room. Rooms are dated and have paint peeling. Some breakfast staff really not interested in being welcoming. Gym is not really a gym. 2 cardio machines (1 not working) and some dumbbells... That's it

Location and the cleaning lady who was nice and sympathetic

The room looks old and is in need of refurbishment. The paintwork was in poor condition, the bathroom had yellowed and worn-out parts, and the water in the shower didn’t drain quickly but pooled. Seeing the room was a real disappointment, and its condition doesn’t justify the price. Breakfast is very basic, with just white bread and sweet pastries. There’s a lack of healthier food options, or a better selection of cheese and cold meats. The kitchen staff, whilst friendly, need training. They don’t pay attention to orders for eggs or omelettes and always brought the wrong thing or couldn’t remember who had ordered what. Overall, very basic; it feels like a one-star hotel. The swimming pool is very shallow and isn’t as nice as in the photos. But the worst part!!! The hotel has no luggage storage room or service, and when I asked for a late check-out for that reason, I was told I could stay for just two more hours but would have to pay an extra EUR 20. Terrible customer service. The hotel doesn’t really have a reception; instead, you use codes to access the main entrance and your room door. The codes for the main entrance sometimes don’t work properly, and you run the risk of being left out on the street at night or in the early hours! In that case, it’s better to stay in a flat than in a hotel without a reception. Because it’s a hotel catering to a gay clientele, they seem to think that’s enough and don’t bother to provide good service. Poor service overall. Only the cleaning lady was very friendly.

Le fait de ne pas avoir une réception ou un vigile. Le code pour rentrer le soir qui m'a été envoyé, ce n'était pas le bon. Du coup je suis resté dehors à 4h du matin. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir quelqu'un qui est rentré, sinon je resterais toute la nuit. La qualité du petit déjeuner est moyenne et le personnel qui travaille n'est pas aimable. Le fitness room hyper petit....on ne peut pas faire de sport.

Sicuramente consigliato per rapporto qualità-prezzo. Staff gentile e disponibile. Bella piscina e bel design della struttura. Tutto in una buona posizione nel centro della città, comoda per negozi, ristoranti e vita notturna.

No tienen consigna para dejar el equipaje, primer hotel en el que me pasa y no hay recepción para ahorrarse dinero en personal. Solución que nos dieron, quedarte en la piscina con las maletas el día del check out. Uno de los camareros en las comidas fatal, le pedimos los postres 3 veces y nos trajo la cuenta que no habíamos pedido en lugar de los postres. La comida muy normal. Pedí uno de los días, un café en la barra que estaba vacía en ese momento y las camareras, al menos ese día, estaban enfadadas y me atendieron de mala manera, no repetí. Ya no puedes utilizar las piscinas ni las instalaciones del ritual. Llevo 3 años seguidos escogiendo este hotel, pero creo que con esta experiencia, no repetiré. Pagas un precio muy elevado para tener como resultado un hotel low cost.

There was no physical reception, the only way of contacting was WhatsApp. Also, they do not hold your luggage when you check out, I had to uae storage facilities. This is a major disadvantage for me, it is like you use other bnb platform services. Usually hotels hold your luggage, it was very rare that a hotel does not hold your luggage.

Un hotel LGTBIQ abierto a todo el mundo. Lo mejor, el personal, empezando por las personas de la piscina y el restaurante. Mención especial a Rocío, la chef, que fue muy amable. La comida excelente. El espectáculo con cena drag nos encantó. La piscina pequeña y sin agobio de gente. En la habitación, el balcón muy bien y las camas muy cómodas. Muy limpio todo.

Que no haya recepción física dificulta algunas cosas, aunque la comunicación por WhatsApp fue fluida. El baño se puede mejorar, sobre todo la puerta.

El restaurante, no sólo el desayuno si no tb la comida y sus menús (buena calidad-precio); excelentes las cocineras, su simpatía y profesionalidad. Los camareros muy atentos y agradables (en especial, Samuel)

I didn't like the communication. I didn't like that my room was gone by day 2 and allocated to someone else because I had booked the wrong geographical area but even then no refund offered. Stay well well clear. It's run down too.

Que el hotel se llama igual al otro hotel que esta frente al mal y todos lo sacamos de forma ERRONEA debería ser mas claro o llamarse distinto ya que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel Ritual Gay de torremolinos.

We hadden een economy kamer voor 180 euro inclusief ontbijt. De kamer was echt vreselijk. De vloerbedekking was kapot, de douchekop kon niet eens opgehangen worden. Dit is een kamer die je echt niet kan aanbieden, zeker niet voor deze prijs. Ook directe navraag of het mogelijk was om een upgrade te nemen, was absoluut niet mogelijk. Het hotel gaf geen andere keuze dan de eerste nacht in deze kamer te verblijven. Volgende dag nog eens 60(!!) euro extra betaald voor een enigszins ok kamer.

Las instalaciones, la habitacion en concreto

Fui a la piscina y fue imposble, las pocas tumbonas ocupadas y no habia espacio real. Por otro lado el encargado de la barra de la piscina y buffet, en concreto la chica encargada fue bastante desagradable conmigo y algunos clientes. No contidos, entiendo con sus amigos y con los chicos que le interesaba quedar bien. No me gustó nada.

L’emplacement ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel qui est vraiment adorable. La literie est pas mal également. Le petit-déjeuner est bien et le rooftop est agréable.

Les chambres sont très grandes certes mais trop datées. Pas de lumières à côté du lit donc on est obligé d’avoir des lumières fortes et vraiment pas agréables. La salle de bain étant le pire, très vieilles. Même la paroi de la douche était aussi bancale que la douche qui fuyait. Décoration d’un bleu… qui m’a fait détester le bleu je pense. 0 équipement comme un sèche cheveux par exemple.

Great hotel. Would happily stay there again. The beach is less than a ten minute walk away but, if you don't fancy that, there's a shallow pool on the roof to enjoy.

Solo estuve una noche pero, la habitacion estaba bien. Buen tamaño, nevera, balcon...

Me decepcionó la piscina de la azotea, pues su profundidad resulta incomoda, muy baja para estar de pie, pero profunda para estar sentado. Un diseño con bancos al estilo jacuzzi hubiese sido mejor opcion para refrescarse.

Pues leí algunos comentarios de que estaba anticuado el mobiliario y demás y para nada. Hotel con buena terraza, limpio, cómodo, tiene todo. El personal tanto por móvil por la camarera y cocineras 10/10. Iba con 0 expectativa y me ha sorprendido para bien. La piscina de la azotea también genial, lo que suelen ser en azotea son chicas pero no hay mucha gente.

Lo único que cambiaría sería las almohadas. Si se ven ya demasiado usadas / estropeadas

The property is in a great location and is priced very competitively.

The shower glass leaked so didn’t contain the water when showering, resulting in the entire bathroom room becoming wet when showering. The property uses the same name as a popular LGBTQ+ hotel called ‘ritual’ in Toremolinos which is confusing for some who may book the wrong hotel in error.

The room smelled of sewers the whole time i was there. The bathroom had no ventilation system so all the steam from shower would come in the room. The bathroom didn’t had any hangers to hang your towels even though was newly decorated. The air con was not very efficient and was not cooling the room very well The room had a kettle for tea but no teabags or mugs which was a bit pointless.

Chambres basiques mais fonctionnelles. L'emplacement est super. Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans des commentaires, le check est facile avec un code envoyé par WhatsApp quelques heures avant l'arrivée. Tout le personnel est sympa .

Le faut qu'il n'y ai pas de vraie réception. L'équipe est dispo et réactive via WhatsApp mais ça donne l'impression d'un accueil négligé. Il manque des petites lumières d'appoint.

L'hôtel est très bien situé en centre ville. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil (que ce soit à l'accueil, les femmes de ménage ou au restaurant). Le restaurant et le rooftop sont très agréable avec une belle vue. La literie est très bien et les chambres sont propres.

Je pense que c'est l'hôtel le moins insonorisé où j'ai pu séjourné, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres et dehors, impossible de dormir sans bouchons d'oreilles. Même en journée c'est dérangeant. Il manque des lampes de chevets, on est obligé d'avoir les lumières fortes du plafond ou de la bande LED. Les odeurs de canalisation dans la salle de bain. La paroi de douche trop petite, on inonde la salle de bain même en faisant attention. La climatisation dirigée sur le lit et la lumière blanche de l'afficheur qui éclaire la chambre.

La habitación estaba poco limpia, pero sobre todo el baño… había hasta pelos de las personas anteriores, y esto es algo que no debería pasar. Las paredes sucísimas… El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, dejaba de echar aire y te despertabas del calor, obviamente para una noche que íbamos a molestar, pero en general mal.

Rooms are very dated. Needs complete refurbishment. The bathrooms are in need of a major upgrade and were not clean. The bathroom had a terrible smell.

La cama muy cómoda y la terraza con piscina es un gran añadido durante la instancia. El restaurante bien pero hay una clara falta de personal, estuve 2h bajo un toldo para un simple menú.

Escribo está reseña desde el hospital en el que llevo durmiendo dos días debido a una neumonía grave. El AC funcionaba cuando quería y bajo el aparato había humedades. Yo soy alérgico al moho. Desde la primera noche no paré de toser, y luego comencé con fiebre. solicité un cambio de habitación y no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa por la alta demanda. Pagué más de 2000€ por 8 noches en estás condiciones. Todo esto se lo he comentado al hotel esperando algún tipo de indemnización y no he tenido respuesta. Y por favor, AGARRADORES PARA TOALLAS EN EL BAÑO. Te ves obligado a ir colgando las toallas y bañadores por las puertas o el espejo.

Buona la posizione per chi vuole sfruttare la movida notturna (in declino) di Torremolinos.

L'accesso all'hotel è completamente automatizzato. il chek-in avviene on line e praticamente non c'è staff se non chi si occupa di riordinare le stanze e chi lavora nel bar della piscina sulla terrazza. L'accesso è sempre aperto e nessuno vigila su chi entra. Troppi messaggi whatsapp da cui gestiscono il tutto.

Ubicación ideal, ambiente muy bueno, y la cocinera y la camarera Raquel muy simpáticas y agradables. Desayuno bien y cena con espectáculo muy divertido.

Le vendría bien hacer un poco de reforma en los baños de las habitaciones y que la piscina fuera un poquito más grande.

Habitación individual muy pequeña, el baño reformado con una capa de pintura y poco mas. Ineficacia ante el olvido de objetos en la habitación, reclame dos horas después de dejar la misma y desaparecieron por arte de magia.

Céntrico. Cerca de todo lo relacionado con la marcha gay. Una piscina nudista pequeña pero acogedora.

For what I paid I expected a lot more than a very basic room, I paid £340 for 2 nights b&b I previously stayed in a four star hotel with so much more, welcome drink a lovely well presented room and excellent rooftop bar and prices for £159 for 2 nights So I think it’s overpriced tbh Advertising events not even at the hotel, I heard was the sister hotel till changed ownership so you can no longer visit as a guest at Sireno but can pay for a pass! For size of hotel accommodation very small terrace for guests to use, pool is only knee deep you cant really swim in it without hitting floor So more a bathing pool only as so shallow like a kids pool really but without the kids 🤪👍

It was difficult to ascertain my room type and we ended up with a double room instead of a twin room when we arrived, and had to ask to change. Bathroom decor is dated and worn, more so than expected for the price. Also, Sireno guests no longer have free access to the facilities at Hotel Ritual, despite no price reduction.

Fiquei bastante desiludido com o quarto. Tinha uma remodelação precária, nada confortável. A piscina era muito pequena e baixa. Quando reservamos este hotel, era com a ideia de usufruir da piscina do hotel Ritual; no entanto, só depois de estar lá é que descobrimos que já não pertencem à mesma cadeia e portanto teríamos de pagar 25€ para ir à piscina. Usam o nome do hotel Ritual, sem já pertencerem à mesma cadeia. O pequeno-almoço era muito pouco variado e com fraca qualidade (não tinham leite vegetal). Acho que para o valor que pagámos, não compensa de todo ficar neste hotel. Não recomendo.

Mas de diez años viniendo a este hotel… ¡¡y ni una mas!!… los cambios que la dirección ha hecho en la gestión de este Hotel han sido dañinos y tienen como único objetivo mejorar márgenes. En los últimos años, la inversión que se ha hecho en este Hotel, en las habitaciones, ha sido cero. Los precios sin embargo, son el doble que el de un apartamento mucho más moderno. Lo único que lo justificaba era su acuerdo con el Hotel Ritual para el uso de sus instalaciones. A pesar de que se sigue publicitando, dicho acuerdo, ya no existe. Además, Check in en una maquina sin recepción, imposibilidad de dejar tu maleta en el Hotel (😵‍💫🫣)… ULTIMA VEZ!!!

The glass in the shower wasn't secured properly so there was a lot of water leakage after showering. We struggled to find a receptionist whenever we left the building to report it. Manageable in the end though with some towels.
