Considero que en ritual más que por un hotel se paga por una experiencia, la cual es excelente y sin duda alguna repetiría. Si eres hombre de la comunidad lgtb considera a ritual como una opción , no te arrepentirás. Habitación amplia , cómoda , baño amplio y cómodo también , ambas piscinas super bien . Desayuno bueno y abundante. La ubicación la mejor , cerca de todo el ambiente de fiestas, restaurantes y tiendas . Si vas con auto puedes aparcar alrededor del hotel sin costo y da mucha seguridad dejar el auto en la calle

Con respecto al desayuno , si bien es variado y abundante ya cuando pasas una semana en el hotel se vuelve muy repetitivo, si vas solo 3 días pues excelente . Mejoraría la calidad de las almohadas

Generally very friendly staff especially in the bars and restaurant. Location is perfect between the town and beach. Huge pool downstairs and great naked pool upstairs with a nice bar and good vibe. Breakfast has very good selection including good coffee. Room is nothing special but on the upper level had a great view of the mountains and sunset. Also had everything I needed and was clean.

Pillows not great in my opinion and needs a coffee machine in the room. Also is expensive but considering the facilities and vibe, i think is a good choice if you're gay.

The location is excellent and some staff, particularly in the upper pool bar are fantastic. Breakfast is also good.

Staff on reception are rude and unobliging. I booked half board and very limited and unappealing selection for dinner, which used to be much better and one evening I suffered bad food poisoning (only place i had eaten and someone said the same ) . From my bedroom i had two items taken ( i assume by mistake) by the cleaner and I reported to the receptionist- nothing done about it. Same female receptionist ( long scruffy hair) on check out just announced how much I owed for extras - a round figure, but no itemised list available. She also told me to go across the road to get a coffee as it was 10 minutes before breakfast started - no thanks for staying. During my stay the gym was not available at all, despite being advertised and to make matters worse an extremely rude spa employee told me he had put 10€ on my room for using the spa ( which i hadn’t) when i went to check gym. Overall, having stayed at this hotel many times it is hard to believe how much it has declined and how little they care for their customers.

La ubicación, las instalaciones y, sobre todo, el trato recibido. Cuando comuniqué el problema con mi habitación, el personal buscó una solución y finalmente me cambiaron a una suite espectacular. La habitación era enorme, muy cómoda, con una cama fantástica, buenas vistas y todo estaba impecable. A partir del cambio, la estancia fue estupenda y pude disfrutar muchísimo del hotel. No es la primera vez que me alojo aquí y, de hecho, es uno de mis lugares favoritos. Es ese tipo de sitio al que vuelves y sientes que estás en casa, mi pequeño lugar seguro cuando vengo a Torremolinos. En mis últimas estancias el trato ha sido siempre muy bueno y esta vez no ha sido una excepción. Después del cambio de habitación, todo fue fantástico. Me alojaron en una suite enorme, con una cama espectacular, muy cómoda, luminosa y en una planta alta. La habitación era preciosa y la estancia, a partir de ahí, fue realmente maravillosa. También quiero destacar la atención y la forma en la que solucionaron la situación, porque me sentí muy bien atendido.

La primera habitación que me asignaron, la 507. Parecía que había sido pintada o reformada recientemente y había un olor muy fuerte que hacía que la estancia no resultara agradable. El primer día, entre la hora de llegada y el cansancio, decidí aguantar, pero después me arrepentí de no haber pedido el cambio inmediatamente. Afortunadamente, cuando finalmente se gestionó el cambio de habitación, la experiencia mejoró por completo. Es algo puntual que cuento simplemente porque fue parte de mi experiencia y prefiero ser sincero tanto para lo bueno como para lo malo. Afortunadamente, la situación se solucionó y después mi estancia fue estupenda.

Room was clean and spacious, pool was clean and lovely hangout area, hotel is close to all local bars / restaurants / clubs etc and is a great social hub. There were lots of negative reviews online, but we found the hotel and experience great.

The rooms are a little dated, but everything works well, nothing a lick of paint or change of the questionable decor - but its only questionable - its not terrible!

L’emplacement est idéal, le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant. La vue et les équipements sont vraiment top 👍. Hâte d’y retourner.

Location is great for the train station, bars, and restaurant. You can use the lift to go to the beach.

Shower above the bath is inconvenient and the glass wall is pretty short and water goes everywhere from the small shower head. We took halfboard. Dinner was cold even at 730 pm when we were there.

Nice pool area. Great view (6th floor) and the beds are huge and nice.

The staff was not so friendly, and not helping. Its to expensive for what it is and their are much nice and better Hotels in Torremolinos.

Lenjeria nu era schimbata cind ne-am cazat nu se respecta programul de masa la cina ,restaurantul se deschidea si la ora 20 10 programul fiind de la 19 30 .ni s-a schimbat lenjeria in a 3 zi la solicitarea noastra facuta la receptie,in baie miros de canalizare,prosoapele de baie foarte uzate la asa tarif ne asteptam la conditii mai bune .tarifele aproape s-au dublat fata de acum 3 ani cind am fost cazati aici iar conditiile de acum sunt mult mai proaste.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, la habitación y el baño tenía mucho olor a cloaca, era desagradable, la cama muy incomoda. Con el precio, te podrían dejar una botella de agua en la habitación. El show drag, bien, la comida pésima!!! un solomillo que no era solomillo, tenías que cortarlo con serrucho. El gimnasio es minúsculo.

Ritual Torremolinos has a great atmosphere, with plenty of parties and events, two pools, a restaurant and good facilities overall. The breakfast was excellent, with very good quality and variety, and the staff were always friendly, smiling and extremely helpful. Compared with my previous stay, I noticed some improvement, which was nice to see. I also think a partnership with the gay beach bars would be a great addition, allowing guests to book sunbeds directly through the hotel and making the whole experience more convenient and connected.

The hotel is showing its age and the rooms definitely need renovation. In our room, some coverings over the old tiles were peeling off and there were minor water leaks in the bathroom. The beds were also very hard. Cleanliness and general maintenance need more attention, especially on the room terraces, around the pools and on the sunbeds. The pools themselves are also quite small considering the number of guests. Another frustrating issue was the beach lift: I asked for the key three times and was never able to get one. This should be relatively easy to improve. Overall, I find the price slightly high for the current condition of the hotel. However, I enjoyed my stay, noticed improvements since my previous visit and will definitely return. I hope to see further improvements next time.

Todo. No fueron capaces de hacerse cargo de mi situación en un momento muy difícil. Jamás iré a el, prefiero uno de una estrella que al menos sean más humanos.

Il bidet in bagno aveva il rubinetto rotto e funziona solo con acqua incandescente, quindi inutilizzabile! Il box doccia era ammuffito. L’ascensore per ben 2 Volte era inutilizzabile, calcolando che eravamo al 7 piano non era una passeggiata da poco. Ma la cosa più grave è stato il servizio ristorante: qualità scadente, cibo ripetuto e riciclato del giorno prima (il menù servito il sabato sera era presente nel buffet della domenica a pranzo!!!) parlando con altri ospiti nella struttura abbiamo accusato tutti lo stesso problema, mal di pancia e dissenteria. Peccato che eravamo stati consigliati da clienti gia presenti negli anni passati ma purtroppo sembra sia cambiata la gestione della cucina. BOCCIATA! Rapporto qualità prezzo non proprio buono anzi, da un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più! Peccato!!

Hotel che in meno di due anni è peggiorato tantissimo, prima cosa la cucina è orribile il cibo , sempre le stesse cose riciclate e crude , io e molte persone siamo state male. Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità del servizio offerto, acqua e di entrambe le piscine freddissima da congestione. Pulizia da migliorare.

La pulizia deve migliorare sia per la camera (in particolare i bagni che già sono un po’ squallidi perché da ristrutturare.

⭐ 1/5 — Très grosse déception, hôtel largement en dessous du prix payé Nous avons séjourné six jours au Hotel Ritual Torremolinos et, malheureusement, notre expérience a été extrêmement décevante. Au vu du prix payé et de la réputation que l’établissement essaie de véhiculer, nous nous attendions à un tout autre niveau de prestation. L’hôtel donne une impression générale de vétusté et nécessite clairement un gros rafraîchissement. Notre chambre était exiguë, le placard était à peine suffisant pour une seule personne et plusieurs ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas. Les rideaux étaient tachés et, surtout, les draps ne nous ont pas semblé correctement propres. Ce n’est absolument pas le niveau d’hygiène que l’on est en droit d’attendre dans un hôtel de ce standing. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. On nous a répondu que l’hôtel était complet. Pourtant, à plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour, nous avons constaté que certaines chambres semblaient inoccupées. Cette réponse nous a donc laissés particulièrement perplexes. La salle de sport est également une véritable déception : située au sous-sol, elle est peu accueillante et plusieurs machines sont cassées ou non fonctionnelles. Il n’y avait même pas de serviettes mises à disposition pour le sport, alors qu’il faut normalement pouvoir utiliser les équipements dans de bonnes conditions. Côté restauration, puisque nous étions en demi-pension, nous avons testé le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Les buffets sont très basiques, avec peu de choix et une qualité qui ne correspond absolument pas au prix payé pour le séjour. On a davantage l’impression d’une restauration standardisée et bas de gamme que d’un véritable service hôtelier. Autre gros problème : nous avons vu des blattes dans le restaurant où nous prenions nos repas. Pour nous, c’est tout simplement inadmissible dans un établissement hôtelier. Le personnel ne nous a malheureusement pas donné une meilleure impression.

It's very full on being a gay hotel, but the staff and service were excellent. the infinity rooftop pool is wonderful and the location is great. the only thing is, the rooms are a little tired and dated, but they are very well kept.

Per aver prenotato con molti mesi di anticipo mi è parso un po strano

J ai aimé la situation de l'hotel proche du quartier gay ,a proximité des bars et des restaurants a juste 5 mn a pied .Le petit dejeuner est copieux il ne manque rien .le personnel tres acceuillant.

Excellent location to all the local attractions and restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Two pools to choose from, with a special clothing prohibited rooftop pool with beautiful views of city and sunset. The food was excellent and booking both breakfast and dinner buffets made it the whole experience easy and all the cuisine was delicious and creative.

Standard rooms are quite small and can be hard to navigate especially if you bring full size luggage.

The hotel itself is good value, comfy beds, retro aesthetic. The rooftop pool is fun, food is solid and the gym is alright for a hotel. It's a short walk to the beach, and town. Was a perfect hotel to make friends as a gay solo traveller. More importantly though, the staff were exceptional. Lovely people, really very helpful. Especially Judit on the desk, she was an absolute delight and saved my holiday ((i booked the wrong week somehow)). The bartenders, cleaners and resturant workers were similarly lovely, and the barber gave me a great trim. The staff are diamonds 5 stars for them all. Except Judit, there isn't enough stars in the sky for her.

Le service du bar à l’infinity pool avec le serveur qui dit partir faire une pause de 20 minutes et revient 50 minutes plus tard et 50 minutes d’attente pour une commande d’un repas au bar de l’infinity pool. Negatif aussi que les clients ne soient pas prioritaires pour avoir des transats lors des pools parties, on paie pour un service que l’on ne peut pas avoir car les externes occupent tous les transats.

La camera doveva essere superior invece pezzi di pavimento scrostati, vasca da bagno e non doccia con rumori di scarico acqua; frigo in camera rumoroso, terrazzo con affaccio metà verso il mare e metà verso il muro.

Zur Unterkunft selbst kann ich leider wenig sagen, da wir uns nach der Ankunft entschieden haben, nicht dort zu übernachten.

Bei der Buchung war mir nicht bewusst, welche besondere Ausrichtung und Zielgruppe dieses Hotel hat. Erst bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns dies sehr deutlich, unter anderem durch die unmittelbar im Eingangsbereich gezeigten Inhalte und die gesamte Atmosphäre. Da ich gemeinsam mit meiner Frau angereist war und wir uns damit persönlich nicht wohlgefühlt haben, habe ich direkt an der Rezeption nach einer Lösung gefragt – beispielsweise nach einem Zimmer in einem ruhigeren bzw. weniger exponierten Bereich oder nach einer Stornierung, damit wir eine andere Unterkunft buchen können. Leider wurde uns hierbei nicht entgegengekommen und eine Erstattung bzw. Stornierung wurde abgelehnt, obwohl wir letztlich nicht im Hotel übernachtet haben. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 200 Euro war das für uns besonders enttäuschend. Mir geht es ausdrücklich nicht darum, andere Gäste oder deren persönliche Lebensweise zu bewerten. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, dass die besondere Ausrichtung des Hotels bei der Buchung für mich deutlicher erkennbar gewesen wäre und dass man vor Ort kundenorientierter mit unserer Situation umgegangen wäre.

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ritual. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und entspannt. Besonders schön fand ich die lockere Stimmung und das aufmerksame Personal. Auch der schöne Poolbereich und die Nähe zum Strand sind große Pluspunkte. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen.

Pablo es un excelente profesional, siempre atento, amable y trabajador. Se preocupa en todo momento por ofrecer un buen servicio y hacer que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Sin duda, una persona muy profesional y comprometida con su trabajo.

Instalaciones anticuadas. Cobran como un hotel de lujo y está muy mal cuidado. El problema es que la reforma que hicieron no fue integral y muchas cosas están muy desgastadas, el gimnasio con las maquinas rotas, los baños de la habitación no adecuados a un hotel con esos precios, incluso con cosas rotas, no traba bien el desagua, los dos chicos de la recepción poco agradables (la señora y la chica muy amables), pero lo peor es que tienen habitaciones conectadas por una puerta y si te toca un vecino ruidoso no puedes descansar.

El personal de recepción muy bajo en el estándar y la falta de personal para resolver problemas en las noches, falló el agua, el aire acondicionado, en el bufet se reventó una tubería y todo olía muy mal

Très difficile de trouver une place sur les transats : certains clients les « réservent » dès le matin avec leur serviette, puis ne reviennent que l’après-midi. Le personnel n’est malheureusement pas toujours très agréable. L’hôtel aurait également besoin d’une rénovation, et nous avons notamment subi une panne de climatisation pendant environ 24 heures. Une expérience assez décevante dans l’ensemble.

El gimnasio es un cuarto trastero con dos maquinas rotas, muy poco espacio y mal equipado. No es un gimnasio. Tampoco tenian llaves para acceder a la puerta del ascensor que te baja al paseo de la playa.

La situacion del hotel es muy buena y hay personal 24h. Todo esta limpio y ademas se realizan eventos y fiestas en las piscinas.

Las instalaciones son bastante viejas si bien esta todo funcional no hay nada renovado.

Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, les pains proposés sont parfaits et très frais. L'hôtel est central et bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle pour les chambres avec vue sur mer. Les 2 piscines offrent une exposition rare et appréciable, l'accès à la mer n'étant plus une obligation. Je n'oublie pas le personnel, fidèle, depuis plusieurs années pour certains, et toujours prêt à rendre service, jour et nuit.

Extremely Disappointing — Avoid This Hotel This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The rooms and common areas were dirty and clearly not maintained to a reasonable standard. The food was equally disappointing — poor quality, unappetizing, and nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel. On top of that, the swimming pool was filthy, which is especially disturbing considering basic hygiene should be a minimum requirement. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is allowed to operate at this standard. The management clearly needs to take cleanliness, food quality, and hygiene much more seriously. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are plenty of better places where your money and your health will be treated with more respect.

La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ad esempio sotto il letto c’è molta polvere, le lenzuola non vengono cambiate spesso,e per quello che si paga essendo un 3 stelle mi sembra eccessivo il prezzo, per quanto riguarda il cibo alcuni giorni sì mangia bene altri c’è posa scelta…. Se devo dire un mio parere se si ridimensionano con i prezzi potrebbe essere una situazione interessante anche per i prossimi anni
