La cama muy incomoda habitaciones de cuéntame los azulejos del baño fatal la puerta del baño llena de telarañas y horrible hasta sin pintar la repisa de mármol no es entendible no un cuadro y las campanas de la iglesia no paraban sin insonorización un poco por no deciruy cutre

La ubicación es excelente, se aparca mal, pero tienes todo cerca.

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, es antiguo, le hace falta una reforma integral, especialmente del baño, que presenta mobiliario roto y anticuado.

En plein centre ville de torremolinos, lit confortable mais pas de mini bar chose qui est importante , et une fois le personnel n’a pas voulu ranger la chambre « on nous a dit que la chambre est trop en désordre »

Staff, the nicest people ever, ready to help any time! Breakfast, idk, why people complaining about it : it was good, changing daily. Location! It's the city centre, perhaps, not on the seaside but nice restaurants around and not so far from the sea(10-15mins walking)

There are no silent hours, so sleeping can be problematic: people are very loud talking, smashing doors, etc

Very noisy and the air con was noisy too. A bad nights sleep. Toaster was broken at breakfast and coffee machine on the blink. Eggs weren’t great and no bacon. Other wise ok

Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of different selections to suit anyone, overall very good

The room safe was payable per 24 hours daily. We arrived at 10:30 pm so it was payable for that day until midnight then another payment until the next morning, I found that poor.

Największym problemem były drzwi do łazienki — od środka nie można było ich normalnie otworzyć, co było bardzo niekomfortowe i stwarzało problem z bezpieczeństwem. Kolejnym dużym minusem był prysznic. Ciśnienie wody było bardzo słabe, a woda leciała powoli, praktycznie tylko ciurkiem. Spłukiwanie toalety również nie działało prawidłowo — często trzeba było spuszczać wodę więcej niż raz. WiFi działało poprawnie jedynie przez około jeden dzień, a później przestało działać. Dużym minusem był również brak lodówki w pokoju. Łóżka były bardzo twarde i niewygodne, przez co trudno było się dobrze wyspać. Dodatkowo w pokoju pojawiły się robaki, co zdecydowanie nie powinno mieć miejsca w obiekcie noclegowym i negatywnie wpłynęło na komfort pobytu.

Excellent location. Most restaurants are close to the hotel. It might take a few minutes to the metro station . And the beach is not far away from the hotel. It is accessible on foot to the beach. It would be about 15 minutes by walk. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Big room with comfy bed.

Poor wifi connection. It would be much better if a coffee maker is found in the room.

Chambre très sommaire un lit , deux table de nuit, une tablette pour poser un peu et c'est tout . Infiltration d'eau partout dans la salle de bain tâches au plafond , l'eau couler du plafond ... Et des cafards sa baladaient ,du produits a été mis et les réparations ont été faite mais pour un 3 étoiles ... C'est limite Pas de cafetière ni frigo , il fallait le demander mais que 5 pour tout l'hôtel en période de chaleur et surtout au sud de l'Espagne c'est primordial d'avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre

Pas de wifi ...personnel mal acceîllant ne reçoivent aucun comentaire au serieux passifs et non encourageantune

O lugar é espetacular, um hotel com ótimos funcionários, e quartos em bom estado, limpeza todos os dias. A localização é ótima, fica perto da estação de trem, e próximo das praias. Check-in e check out feitos rapidamente. Gostei muito e voltarei em breve!

The location, clean, the staff were nice and towels were provided

No cups tea iron or anything more than a bed and a toilet. The room was spacious and could accommodate more than the bed.

En general estuvo aceptable.

Nos encontramos dos cucarachas pequeñas y solo estuvimos 1 noche. La limpieza se podría mejorar. Además pedimos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una con dos camas individuales.

The price is fair. The location is good because is close to everything (bars, restaurants, center, supermarkets, etc). And it's just 12 min walk to the beach.

The beds were extremely hard. You cannot sleep long because every morning the cleaning ladies make a mess and drag the beds in all the rooms they clean. You wake up early hearing furniture being dragged in all rooms above and next to you. I slept really bad for 5 nights. I had no mirror in my bedroom, my room and bathroom were very old. Another friend stayed in a different floor and had much better room + balcony even though he got the same category.

Location was ok near bars and shops

The bed was uncomfortable, room in need of decorating everything was a bit tatty but ok. needed to be near airport for an early flight so it was doable for the 2 nights we stayed

The staff at the hotel reception and hotel bar are always lovely and accommodating. The size of the room is good and the balcony overlooks the buzzing square where there is always something to look at. The buffet breakfast is very nice with plenty of choice for everyone and the breakfast staff are always on the ball. l feel this hotel has the best location in the old town.

The bathrooms in my opinion need walk in showers as they are safer than getting in and out of a deep bath. Bluesea needs to invest in new towels as these are extremely thin and don't dry you easily. A few more hangers in the wardrobes would be good. We normally only get 3 hangers for two people.

Os funcionários eram simpáticos e tinham check in 24h o que facilitou porque o voo atrasou e apenas pudemos chegar às 03:00 da manhã. Além disso, permitiram que deixássemos as malas no último dia , até a hora do nosso voo de regresso .

Izba bola celkovo priestranná a čistá, personál veľmi milý, mali sme aj raňajky v cene a to bola super voľba - jedlo chutné.

Posteľ bola asi najväčší kameň úrazu na izbe , dalo sa vyspať ale keby bol mäkšia bolo by to o dosť lepšie. A chýbalo nám na izbe ,že sme nemali nejakú mini ladničku a škoda, že sme nemali izbu s balkónom alebo nejaký vešiak malý (štipce), keď človek potrebuje niečo vysušiť nemá kde.

The room was very basic and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was also quite noisy, both because of the hotel’s location and the noise outside. There was no fridge unless you paid extra, no iron available, and the TV only offered Spanish-language channels.

La habitación es deprimida,nada que ver, en las fotos, se veía mejor,desepcion total Cama sonaba muchísimo,hemos dormido fatal,el agua salía a cuenta gotas,una mesa de noche normalmente son dos,toallas Stan viejas y rotas,fue lo único que nos cambiaron xq las sábanas tuvimos las mismas que desde el viernes que entramos hasta el domingo que salimos a las 11 vaya chasco no llevamos

Struttura vecchia, rovinata, materiali di pessima qualità. Le camere erano sporche e piene di polvere. Ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani, ma ogni uno nuovo era già sporco e pieno di capelli. Il pavimento è stato pulito una volta solo in 8 giorni, e comunque non è stato fatto bene. Allestimento della camera pessimo.

Necesita reformas en las instalaciones, no funcionaba el interruptor de la luz del baño y tuvimos que hacer un arreglo nosotros, el baño es viejo y le vendría bien una reforma. Sonó la alarma de incendios por una gamberrada de unos niños con los huéspedes y no avisaron ni calmaron, la gente salió de las habitaciones y tuvieron que pedir información ante el caos, no avisaron ni informaron correctamente.

A localização no centro de Torremolinos, com muita animação com acesso a comércio, restauração e bares. Limpeza excelente, pequeno almoço muito bom e simpatia dos funcionários.

Muita dificuldade em estacionar e, para quem quer ficar próximo da praia, fica a cerca de 20 minutos a pé. Embora esse trajeto seja recheado de comércio variado.

Lo único, la ubicación.

Habitación muy sucia, las toallas manchadas y viejas, y las paredes igualmente con restos nasales de otras personas. Al día siguiente avisamos a la limpiadora pero todo siguió igual, amén de las cucharas que salían en el baño. Las almohadas eran duras y una de las camas blandas por lo que te deja el cuerpo destrozado.

Me gustó todo excepto una cosa como la última vez que estuve en este hotel, es verdad que el de 4 estrellas es un salto de calidad impresionante pero este está en pleno centro de Torremolinos

Lo único a destacar es el grifo de la ducha, creo que es inconveniente ya que es de los antiguos y hay que regular mediante los dos grifos, en mi caso el del agua fría estaba duro y tuve que ducharme con agua caliente al no poder regularlo.

Està bien situado para moverse a pie. Es muy céntrico.

Precisamente porque es muy céntrico, es difìcil encontrar aparcamiento si vas con tu propio coche, ya que el establecimiento no cuenta con parking gratuito. Por otro lado, el bagno dejaba bastante que desear.
