Im satisfy with the hygienity of the rooms nor the hotel itself, hence the furniture and matters provided in the rooms also very comfortable as i able to have a good deep sleep.

Comfort place to stay

Nothing really.

Location was bad, there was so much traffic and it took us nearly 50 minutes to get into George Town. The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. Things were broken, chipped, and rusted, nothing like the pictures. Also, we stayed at the suites and everything was dirty and full of ants. I literally left a cake on the table for 5 minutes and it became the ants’ new house. Also, the floor got chipped away while we were just stepping out of the washroom. The breakfast was limited and small, but that was the most decent thing there it was okay. Lastly, the bedsheets had yellow stains inside, it looked disgusting and I have a feeling it hasn’t been changed since they opened. Would never come back again to this hotel or recommend it for anyone, as it ruined our experience in Penang.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel was also conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The luggage pick-up arrangement during checkout could be improved. Unlike check-in, where we could conveniently drop off our luggage at the entrance, during checkout the car has to go through the parking exit and tap the Touch ’n Go card just to access the hotel entrance. It would be much more convenient if guests could briefly drive to the entrance for luggage pick-up without having to go through the parking gate.

Staff good . I love this place so much !

It seems that i got the same room since my first visit last year!at least a different view

We had a very pleasant family stay at the AC Hotel Marriott Penang. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-maintained — everything stayed clean and tidy throughout our stay thanks to the efficient housekeeping team.

The location is excellent, convenient for both city exploration and family outings with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The highlight for the kids was definitely the pool — they absolutely loved it and spent hours there every day. It was clean, refreshing, and family-friendly.

The location

No extra blanket, sometimes too in night but can't find extra blankets

As expected of a hotel (plus point - superb staff & varieties of nice breakfast options). Though it is a distance away from main tourist spots, it is nearby airport. Please do check-out the Red Diamond restaurant (few km away) - good dining place & worth a value for a local flavour meal.

Bed was comfortable with soft sheets. Room was spacious as well

There is mold growth on the shower stall wall and the shower hose

Great as always!

BED. AIR COND.

TOILET. NO SHOWER SCREEN. OLD CUSHION AND FURNITURE. NO HAIR BLOWER. NO BOTTLE WATER.

We had an executive studio - two bedrooms with two baths. It was very clean, quiet and looked new. Check-in and check-out were super fast. Breakfast food taste and variety was absolutely reasonable for the price. Wifi speed was amazing.

Location was quite far from the city center. It was within what looked to us a residential township although we caught a view of the sea from that distance. We missed taking photos of the unit as we were so exhausted when we checked in.

The room was very comfortable, large and clean. Hotel location is very close to several food outlets and is very convenient. Parking is very easy at the hotel basement. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not much.

room

all was perfect

Had a pleasant stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Penang. I arrived around 10am and was pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I had an early morning flight and didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay and I would gladly return in the future.

Nothing

The suite was great. Never expected to be that big. All the 4 of us had a great sleep. You were vey kind to let us checked out at a later time as we checked in abt 4 am. I was very greatfull for that.(had to attend my aunt’s funurel). The view was excellent too. Thank you.

Good environment, good location

Nothing

Nice staff, near to International Airport, good for layover, great for families

Booked a studio with two bedrooms, both rooms ac weren’t working. Fortunately the living room two ac were working, hence could cool down the unit slightly. Basic requirement of an accommodation in tropics is to have working ac. Shower room shower head was spilling and hose broken, water was splashing everywhere, basic maintenance needs to be kept up

Nothing

The worst vacation ever. Waiting for check in from 3pm to 7pm which takes 4 hours to get a room. When I enter the room was not even cleaned, the toiletbowl full with poop and the floor was really dirty (my socks change color to black). Then I complaint at receptionist and they upgrade my room but still give us the room that has dust and no toiletries available need to call housekeeping. After breakfast I go swimming and the ph level was bad no chlorine I think and there’s people vomit in the pool. My brother hair got people vomit so disgusting. Don’t go here bad customer service.

Good, cosy and comfortable room. Goid location, cose to eating places.
