Blatte giganti che ci hanno impedito di muoverci liberamente. “L’appartamento è segnalato su Booking come 4/6 persone; il quarto è quinto posti letto secondo loro sono 2 materassi senza lenzuola buttati a terra, che non entrano neanche per il poco spazio, oltre al fatto che sono logori e che per terra ci sono blatte. Dovrebbero esserci dotazioni per 6 persone, a mala pena ci sono tazze, posate, piatti e bicchieri sufficienti per 2 persone. Siamo arrivati di sera tardi e ci siamo dovuti mettere a dormire sul divano con il terrore, fino a che il giorno dopo 2 di noi hanno dovuto cambiare appartamento a proprie spese senza il minimo interesse da parte della struttura ne’ tantomeno di booking. Mai successa una cosa simile! Mi auguro che non vi capiti mai

Iron did not work. There was little mite/ants mostly in kitchen but some also in all rooms. A toaster would have been good as would more plates etc.

Gym not open until 8.00 is crazy if your on a holiday and need to exercise. 8am is too late

Reviewed Jul 31, 2023Having a great view was incredibly important for me, and I was most satisfied with the almost top floor view of the city and of the sea. A great bonus was both bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Penang!

Should have inform us that the aircon of one of the two room is out of order. Hope the management got it repair after us as they are aware of the problem. Lots of tiny ant on the kitchen worktop, knee-deep clean. cleaner towels, at least blankets for the 2 mattresses if more than 4.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2023It’s a very cosy apartment. Sofa and beg is very comfortable. Very quiet at nice as it’s on high floor so away from traffic etc. Car park is very convenient as well.
Just didn’t like the car park entrance as it’s a spiral drive up. Not a deal breaker anyways you get used to it.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2022Love everything about this place. beautiful property with beautiful view. the place is clean. this place has water heater too, which I couldn’t find in the last place I stay. the owner is kind and understanding which makes it even better.
almost couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like. rather than saying not liking the property. this is more of a suggestion from me. if possible, please place a dish rack so it could be easier for other guests to dry the dishes or utensils after use.
